Everyone listen! I had inspirations/ nail goal photos I wanted to achieve and that’s exactly what they did! I’m sooo pleased with how my nails look and the nail art…100%. I’m so happy I finally found a place that does a great job on my feet and hands! I suck at getting names but I remember faces. Everyone was so nice and professional! Just wanted to share.

I went to Pink Cherry Nails spa for the first time and had a great experience! Mary did my nails I asked for gel French nails and she did an amazing job. I’ll be back!!

I was very unhappy 😡 I didnt get what I had asked for and got cut up. Dont get me strong the color was great but the attention and service was bad. The first one is what all happened and what I got the second is what I asked for. This is not okay 😠😤😢

Very disappointed with this shop and the way I was handled over the phone. Have been going here for almost a year now. Service was okay until my daughters birthday today. I reserved a 12 noon appointment and called 10 minutes before my appointment to let them know that I was running 10 mins behind and wanted to be sure they could still take us or reschedule if not. I was told NO and that the next time I want to cancel I need to call 2hrs early because they lost business. Never offered to reschedule or take us at all. Very rude and poor customer service. This is how you will be treated even after frequenting their shop!

Everyone in the salon is very kind and makes sure your nails come out the way you want. Tiffany does great nail art and is super talented. Definitely would recommend.

First time there I had Ashley and she did a good job. They have an online appointment scheduler app that is helpful. But I’ll never go there again because the second time I went was TERRIBLE. The lady who did my pedicure was careless; talked nonstop; didn’t pay attention. Super disappointing. She did a horrible job of painting my nails. She left big gaps along the sides, there were streaks in the polish, and she didn’t cover the nail all the way. Such a mess. Had to redo it three times and still wasn’t right but I couldn’t waste anymore time. The paint lasted less than a week then started chipping/peeling. And the bottle was a new bottle! The employee was just very careless and sloppy.

Always very welcoming. Appointments and walk ins. Every tech is amazing at what they do. I am always impressed!

When I walked in first thing they did was they took my temperature and then they told me to go wash my hands before sitting down. They also had a clear shield between the employer and the client for both our safety. This is my second time here getting my nails done. It is far out from where I live, but it’s definitely worth the drive. Gina did such an amazing job. She is very patient and I definitely want to keep coming back here. I really appreciate them for following all the protocols.

I am very picky on choosing a nail salon but man oh man Pink Cherry checked off every satisfaction box possible. First of all, their customer service is phenomenal from every single one of their staff members. Second of all, Theresa gave me the best pedicure I have EVER had and Ive definitely had hundreds of pedicures before. I will definitely be coming back!

I moved away from the Lakeline area 3 years ago and still drive back here to get my Mani Pedi. I cant find anywhere else as good!! Gina and Ashley are superb. Dont look anywhere else 😊

Gina is my go to girl. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years now for sns. Ashley is really amazing with designs. She did my pride nails today and they look AMAZING! Would recommend pink cherry to everyone and anyone.

Walked in for two pedicures at 10am after massages next door at oak Haven. They were able to immediately take care of us! Quick, efficient kind service!

Me and my friend went here to get a fun summer nail. We sat down and they started prepping I showed the lady what i wanted a light pink nail with a French tip she put on the tip DIDNT even ask what length I wanted then DIDNT even do the French tip and DIDNT cure it or anything she didn’t file it just put on the tip and painted it. They were the ugliest nails I ever seen NEVER coming back her again UGH!!!

Sean did an amazing job! Everyone is super friendly and they enforce masks, temperature check, and have everyone wash their hands as they come in. They take walk-ins and appointments and are great about letting you know if they have to switch techs because an appointment came in.

Pink Cherry did great work on my nails but the customer service element was missing for my husband and I. We went in, signed in on the computer and waited for our turn. A young white lady walked in and asked how long it would take for her to receive service, they told her 15 minutes, she asked will it really be 15 minutes or more? They told her it would be 15 minutes. She waited , they took me back for my s&s dip and then took her back for her pedicure. My husband was sitting there looking like, hey what about me?We asked why they would take someone else before my husband and they said that she needed something special done that only the next available technician could do. In our opinion, my husband should have been next.As the customer we expect them to go in order of 1st come, 1st served. We work as hard for our money as that young lady, and felt like the Pink Cherry staff didnt respect that.

The people we’re really nice but the nails weren’t the greatest I wanted pink tipped nails but they weren’t the greatest so I asked them to paint over them very bumpy and crooked I wish she filled them more and the lady doing my nails got glue on my fingers I don’t think I’ll be coming back!

The nails looked beautiful but the process was painful.. when she applied the tips she completely glued the under part of my finger! I had to painfully pull them apart myself. And since they were overly glued she cut both sides of my finger when she filed them. For $50 Id rather take my service elsewhere, where they wont cut my finger and use excessive glue. Also when I called since I didnt complain in person there isnt anything they can or are willing to do to get me to come back. When I said I wouldnt come back she ended the conversation!! Extremely disappointed.*bumped it up to 3 stars since they fixed the glue build up and shaped them a little bit.

I broke a few nails and came to this place based on their Google reviews. Im not from Austin and was only here visiting so I was nervous to try a place that wasnt my normal. I ABSOLUTELY love this place! My nails are amazing. I asked for coffin and they are shaped perfectly, and the gentleman recommended ombre which was another great choice! I highly recommend this place!

First time taking my 15 yr old to get acrylic nails was supposed to be special.They charged 177.00 for 2 sets and a pedicure .They charge you for breathing. JUST make sure you get the price before hand and make them write it cause it changed. During this time with our economy I still wanted to do something special for my daughter and ended up getting taken.Iam so hurt.THE DESIGN WAS A STAMP ..YOU COULD OF HANDLED THINGS DIFFERENTLY ESPECIALLY WITH OUR CIRCUMSTANCES .INSTEAD OF KEEPING A Great CUSTOMERs AND HER SISTERS, Repeat customers ×Money Money Money !!

I was Impressed with the calm, clean, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere; however, it was my 1st visit and I wasn’t offered anything to drink, my Shellac nail color turned out too light and didn’t match my toenail polish, which was selected for me. Ben was my manicurist and unfortunately he trimmed too much cuticle causing tenderness. He did not attempt to have a conversation with me. He charged $12 for a toe polish change which I thought was high since a pedicure is $26. If I return, I will ask for someone else. Oh, and less than a week Later, a nail tip split.

I came in early so they just took me right when I walked in. I love the staff here. These guys are brilliant. They gave me a good shape that complimented my hand. The treatment was relaxing and well worth the price. I like that Im in and out pretty quickly. I can genuinely say I will not go to any other nail salon.

Nice people. Clean. Price is good. I was able to get in and out quickly. The lady I had was pleasant...a little abrupt with her directions on when she wanted my foot up or down. My pedicure was okay. She didnt shape my big toe nails the same so had to fix that. Polish on one of the big toes was messed up. I didnt notice until I got home. Still searching, probably wont go back.

I had the BEST experience! I was treated like a honored guest and was welcomed like an old friend even though it was my very 1st visit. I can tell you with 100% certainty that I will be back. My pedicure felt AMAZING and I literally have newly shaped toenails that I didnt even know were misshapen, but the associate didnt say a word about my raptor claws and instead she made friendly banter and I was given 2 delicious mimosas, on the house! I definitely recommend this establishment, 5 stars, 10/10!

Tried getting a French gel manicure today at Pink Cherry. As a walk in, I waited about 10 minutes before they started soaking off my previous manicure. While I waited the very friendly staff got me a glass of wine. The manicure itself took longer than I am used to but I don’t mind because the technician was very meticulous and my manicure looks great! All the staff were incredibly friendly and personable. I will definitely be back :-)

I always go to Hanna. She works only Fri-Sun. She makes my nails loom 10x better than before. However I am sure everyone there is talented.Make an appointment online because that place gets packed.

Feet look great but I paid $60 for nails that aren’t shaped right, very bumpy and spaces between my nails and cuticles. Had to find another shop to fix them

I just moved to Austin and needed to find a new nail place. This salon was close to my work and I decided to check it out. I loved it! I came in as a walk in and they took me in right away. Gina did my nails, and I had a request that was not something they normally do. She offered to try it out on one nail and it was perfect! Not only that, but her shaping, length, styling, everything.. was perfect! And she was so fast! This is my new nail place, I’ll be back to see Gina again. Thank you so much!!

I went during my lunch time for a manicure and pedicure, they ladies were wonderful and had me in and out in no time!!! Super nice, great conversation, clean tools and did a awesome job on my nails! I think i may have a new nail spot!!!!

I stopped in to get a quick manicure on a Wednesday afternoon. There was only one other person in there at the time getting a pedicure. I was told they did not have time for me. It was very rude! Would not recommend. They clearly have more business than they can handle and dont need any more.

I have had a lot of pedicures in a lot of different places, but Ive never walked out of a salon as completely satisfied as I was tonight. The folks there are friendly, professional, and helpful. I was stunned that the techniques they used never hurt for a second--they were completely gentle and knew exactly what they were doing. They have a vast array of color choices, and their massage chair worked like a dream (hooray!). (Lets face it, one of the main reasons I get pedicures is for those chairs, and Ive been to places where they didnt even work.) I will never get my pedicure anywhere but Pink Cherry Nails & Spa as long as I live in Charleston, and maybe even if I move someday! This place rocks!!!

The ladies were very very nice and respectful to me. Only thing is they were too busy to do the designs that I had wanted. But other than that they were great the place is clean and had a really nice energy.

I didnt want to explain the reasons behind the 3 stars but since you asked Ill be honest. I asked for a specific person and they gave me to someone else without explanation or the opportunity to wait on the requested person. The nail rep that was assisting me cut my skin on two different fingers. I asked for nail design on myself and my daughter and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. They did a pretty awful job with the nail design also. I would have preferred them telling me they couldnt do it. I asked them to fix it and they didnt want to. I ended up leaving, paying full price for something that was half done.

So I just had a week of hosting family and needed some me time. I dropped off my son at Oakhaven and decided to go into this spa since it was so close. I am so incredibly pleased with the job Gina did on my manicure. My last manicure I had done was at another salon and I had the SNS dip manicure for the first time and loved that it didnt chip the first time, but wasnt too pleased with the look. It was way too thick made my nails look wide and fat. I was a little uneasy about doing it again, but Im so glad I did. Gina was so attentive. Made sure I liked the color and the shape after doing one nail just in case of any issues I may have had before she continued. Im not one to usually sit and chit chat since I rarely get silence in my home, but she was so sweet that I didnt mind. Love how much more natural of a look and feel this turned out to be. I will definitely be back!

I had to take back my comment. A few days after I got the sns nails they started falling off one by one, I literally had to go back to gwt them fixed like every other day and when I asked them to please just start over they were rude about it and wanted to charge me. I tried to go back a few times but they turned me away not wanting to help me and argued with me about it. Whenever in other places they have fixed nails at no charge, I went to another nails salon and they have lasted me 2 weeks. The pedicure also began to chip as well. I will not be back.

Will never go hear again, they cut my nails when I asked them not to. My nails look like a five year old did them. They are uneven and un leveled and they a crooket. I hate them I have never been more unsatisfied with a manicure in my life. The lady was rude did not ask if they where okay just got up and walked in the back when she was done.
