I have been coming to Family Nails for 3 1/2 years and I won’t go anywhere else. No one else in Austin touches my nails. The staff here are fantastic, warm and welcoming. Lately I have been trying new colors out and Ana and Lyn are always so eager to help me choose. Ana, Sonny and Lyn are all fantastic nail techs as are the rest of the crew. Total hole in the wall but worth the visit! I have never left dissatisfied and you can’t beat the prices either!Thanks Family Nails!

I have never been to a nail place before. I didn’t know what to expect. It was st Patty’s and I was out for a walk I came across this gem and Phoon, I hope I spelled that right. She did my feet and did this all by hand. She was awesome in every way. Thank you to the ladies there. It was great.

There was no wait when i went(it was about 4:20) it was the first time Id ever been, the lady was nice 😊and did exactly what I wanted. I love my nails(she busted out my art work fast too lol😍😍)

Been coming here since I was 16 , in 24 now! I love the staff. They all make you feel so at ease & will get whatever you want done right. Literally the best coffin shape in all Austin. They just moved locations due to a small fire, they’re now located at VIP Nails off Stassney & 35. I’m in between the papa johns & fiesta. But it’s still the same great staff with the same great service! Always showin mad love!

All I can say is I absolutely love this place I have been coming since day one!!! Laura, Lynn & Na are the sweetest as well is everyone else. They do amazing in my nails & toes even being diabetic they make sure to be extra careful. Now my daughter who is 12 gets her nails & toes painted here! They sure are the place to go!! They are reliable always consistent and good prices! ❤️

I love this place. They are super professional and very accommodating. I have been converted! I used to go another salon but this place FAR exceeded my expectations! And they have LOW friendly prices! There is nothing negative I can say about this place. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

This place did a great job on my nails!!! Being that it was my first time going it was a great experience. The woman who did my eyebrows took the time to give me advice about them. It’s a small business building but worth going to.

Used to love this place but not so much anymore. My 3 coats of gel nails is down to 2 coats and it’s peeling off after only 2 weeks. Will be shopping around for better places.

My friend came here to get her nails done on her lunch and off period , they made her nails too short , did the design wrong and when she told them she didnt like it they took it off , now were her nails are almost done 2 hours later... Theyre telling her she has to pay $40 for her nails even if she didnt like them $15 for the set and $25 for her new nails , if she didnt like them they shouldnt have charged her , its the girls fault they were short the first time !Also the girls here cant even draw a simple snowflake , they just made a star type thing like a * , Im never coming here again , even if its a 5 minute walk from my house, Id rather spend time waiting for the bus for another location !! Dont come here .

Just got them done. I dont know his name but hes the only guy there. Did an amazing job! Shaped my coffin nails perfectly and did an awesome job on my French ambre. I highly recommend.

Called to make an appointment here and they told me to just walk in and it would be faster. I get there and the place is PACKED takes them over an hour to sit my friend then another 20 minutes to sit me. The owner sits me down on a chair and starts filing my nails then tells me I need to move for her APPOINTMENT. They made me get out of the chair for an appointment after I tried to make an appointment ?? After that I had just given up and decided to go sit by my friend until she finished her nails. As my friend was finishing up the owner has the AUDACITY to tell me that she’s ready for me now. I told her no and that I wouldn’t be coming back and they tried to get me to make an appointment WHICH IS WHAT I TRIED TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE. all around horrible service they don’t care about their clients just about the money. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else

Great staff, variety of materials to do any type of nail art, I saw Sunny and he is fantastic!! Called ahead of time and he gave me exactly what I was looking for ( gold flakes coffin nails)! Im very picky with who I see, and was very satisfied. I will definitely be returning as a regular, glad I found my nail tech.

I am very particular about who does my nails, pedi, and eyebrows. And once I find a place, Im very loyal. Ive been trying so many different places ever since Ive moved back to S Austin. I decided to give place a try. Yeah, Im DEFINITELY coming back here. Laura and Phoung did an AMAZING job. Theyre so much more reasonably priced than where I was going. And did 100% better than my previous spot. Yep, LOVE IT!!!

Service is not professional not standards just plains lazy mess on their part. I do like process but again you do get what you paid for and will never cone back tho this place .

I came here on 11/16...I asked if they knew how to SNS nails cause I didnt want the tools to be uses..they said yes..they didnt know how..when I said that not how you do them he said this is better... Now my nails have that ugly intention on them...so they didnt know how to it...they just wanted to take my money...I will never go there again...if I could give zreo star I would...

My first time here was a bad experience. Got a full set and just one week of having them one came off and I went back to get it fixed and they tried to charge me. Not worth it ended up good no else where and they were able to redo the set and spend another 60$ not worth it
