I’ve had good pedi’s. It’s a good idea to call for appointment since they don’t have a lot of staff.

I love coming to DK nails so much that I drive from San Marcos, TX just to get a dipped mani and deluxe pedi. All of the girls are very kind and do a fantastic job!

First nail salon Ive been to in Austin since moving here. The techs were really nice and actually took their time. They werent just trying to get you out of there. It was a nice, relaxing experience. My feet look and feel so good. Will be going there again!

I was very pleased with the pedicure itself. However, it took too long. I was there for almost two hours. In their defense, I came in when they were quite busy, but they also told me to come in 30 minutes before close on a Friday night. I will be happy to come back but maybe early on a Saturday or a random weeknight instead.

Very attentive and pampering

I was hopeful and looking forward to trying a new nail salon. Clean and new like the other reviews said, yes. But had a bad manicure that seemed very quick and carelessly done by the staff and chipped after only a few days. Very disappointed.

Beware of their unscrupulous business practices!My wife went in with a gift card she received from work and was asked to return in an hour, even though one of their employees was just lounging around. Okay, perhaps theyre waiting on an appointment. She does a few errands and goes to local stores to kill time and after the hour passes returns, only to be told to come back another day.I assume this is because they already received the money and arent losing out on anything besides tip.To make matters worse, one of her coworkers was told she couldnt use her gift card because too much time had passed since it was purchased, regardless that no expiration date is listed.

Great!! Low-key, quiet, clean salon with very attentive staff. Cathy, the proprietress, is sweet and genuine. I felt very welcome there.

Worst service Ive ever had. I walk in choose a color sit down in my chair for a mani/pedi and the lady tells me that the color I chose was to light and then picks a different color for me after we get that worked out she proceeds with my pedicure and when it is time to check out she tells me that I owe her $75 for a $27 pedicure! She kept saying that since she did the work it doesnt matter which one i originaly chose, that I have to pay for the one she did. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE EXPENSE ONE! I will not be going back because of this. I did notice that the lady that did my pedicure was someone I had never seen before and I had been going to this salon for 2 1/2 years. Maybe its because she is new but that does not mean she can try and con me into a high dollar pedicure.

Very friendly and clean! I got a regular manicure and pedicure 9 days ago and they both still look great.

Fair price and friendly service

I went there today and I left with my nails looking like my grandchild painted them! Very disappointed in the service... I came home and repainted my nails my self.
