If you’re an inexperienced model/actor, I would definitely recommend Entourage! Cindy has been so great— I felt super comfortable and had lots of fun while taking headshots. And not long after taking them and signing with Entourage, I landed my first ever modeling job! Entourage really seems to be on top of things and I’m so happy to be a part of this agency :)

Hi I’m a 38 year old male, and have been signed with Entourage for 3 years. I couldn’t be any happier with this Agency! Not only is Cindy an amazing Agent, shes an amazing person as well! She will go beyond everything to get you situated and make sure youre on the right track when it comes to booking jobs. I have landed several jobs through Entourage such as a National / International Print Ad photoshoot for TOP GOLF , and also a Spectrum TV Commercial. Then last week I landed an Australian Car TV Commercial dressed up like a Texas cowboy, and a Print Ad photoshoot for a Mineral Water Company both in the same week!! There are some other jobs I auditioned for too, but unfortunately didnt land because the client was looking for a certain type or something in particular, and I guess I didnt fit the right look for that project. First- the gig was with State Farm insurance and he got to meet Jake from State Farm and he got to work with two players from the NFL (Patrick Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers), and met Denzel Wells (Americans Next Top Model finalist) his scene was with Patrick.When they arrived on the set they had to go through strict covid screening (temperature checks, masks, hand sanitizers, and there was even a person walking through randomly to recheck folks were following protocols... they are serious!!)They took him to wardrobe, they used some of what he brought and what they had there, next he had to go get a haircut (to match Patricks, it was for the story line), he said they got snow cones, and he actually spent about two or three hours with Patrick and Jake. He now has a few more friends on Instagram and few extra bucks in his pocket. Totally loved this experience glad he did it.Please respect the COVID rules and stay safe, if we would not have he could not have taken the gig. #MaskUp

Ive been with Entourage since 2017 a little over 3 years ago. Being signed with this agency has been such a blessing and a dream come true. Cindy always goes above and beyond making sure we are ready and prepped for our auditions and jobs. Mind you she doesnt get paid until we actually land a job (If we get it)!!!!! My 2.5 year old daughter, Faith is in the Baby Dept with EMTA. They are great. We just finished shooting a commercial just over a month after signing with them. We had so much fun. The cast and crew were patient and amazing with my energetic toddler. They made the whole experience awesome. They kept the shoot fun and casual, stress free and they all talked and played with Faith the whole time. From wardrobe fitting until the end of the shoot we enjoyed it all and met a ton of great people. We can’t wait to do it again!

When you attend the casting call they actually “sign” every person that walks through the door willing to naively throw away $200. This casting call happens at least twice a year with hundreds of people in attendance, each thinking they/their child has what it takes. Be very careful because it is a scam! You can tell right away simply by their very sparse, unprofessional office location/building as well as the owner’s extremely superficial personality and unapologetic, rude and defensive responses to emails, etc. Don’t do it!!

Cindy was very clear starting on Day 1 by telling us parents that getting jobs for babies/toddlers is not very common. What I loved about her transparency is that it helped to minimize unrealistic expectations. Cindy sends out emails with potential jobs whenever they come up. Recently, an opportunity popped up to do a photo shoot with a business who was searching for kids in Prestons age group to model holiday clothing. My son was part of this worthless agency for a whole year! Not one single call and even the casting call emails are generic and can be found by anyone, so Im sure thats what they do! I went to an audition with about 50 other kids and Im sure they picked them all just to get the $160 fee which is just for them to put your kids picture on the website and my sons took over a month to even be put up!! They probably scam all us unknowing parents who are trying to get their kids into something but only work for the ones that they really want. Stay far away because its a scam. The more people they get to pay the more time they get to scam. I was on their page just now and seen that the new kids section has blown up pics of about 20 kids and when my son was on there it was only a page filled with 100 different kids! How did my son have a chance!? Dont waste time or money on this lady and find a legit agency!

Since I’ve been signed with Entourage I’ve had nothing but extremely amazing opportunities! I’ve booked modeling and acting gigs. My most recent was booking the Lead for OSHA 20 hour industrial film for Caterpillar! Cindy got me in the audition for a small role and was able to book the Lead. She is in constant contact with me and working hard for what I want with my career. I never thought I’d find an agent when I moved back from LA that would work and care as much as she does. Haven’t even been signed for a year and already booking roles...each one bigger than the last. Thank you Entourage for everything!!!

My experience with Entourage has been unbelievably wonderful! I have been working as an actor and really perfecting my craft. I enjoy the positive feedback and quick service that I receive! Awesome Agency and great institution!

Did the baby/toddler audition. From what I could see, they selected everyone who showed up and was willing to pay. Looks and personality had nothing to do with it. We signed on and my husband and I agreed that if our child didnt book any jobs in a year, we would not renew the contract. Throughout the year our child was with Entourage, I didnt feel like they had any idea who my child actually was, and I didnt feel like they made any effort to get our child modeling or acting work. The emails we got about auditions were generic emails that anyone can get by signing up with a casting agency - many were not even for roles that fit our child (for example, imagine having a 2 year old African American little girl and your agent sending you mass-forwarded emails inviting her to audition for a role described as middle aged white male.) The one time I did email Cindy with a question, her response was basically, Im too busy to help you with that right now. The extent of her help is basically getting info about castings in Austin (and a few in San Antonio) and mass emailing them out to all of her clients. I dont think she ever truly went to bat for our child or tried to get work for our child. We were just a number. Maybe its different with the adults, but the baby program is an unprofessional, impersonal mess. We did not re-sign our childs contract and I would not recommend.

We are new to this industry. I have to say it can be very intimidating, however Entourage Model and Talent Agency has been with us every step of the way. My son expressed his desire to want to act and model. I wasnt sure if he actually had any potential. He was pretty persistent, so we decided to audition. It turns out he does have potential. We realize that this industry is a lot of hard work, and is not for everyone. The fun is in the learning, and the adventures along the way. Entourage and Cindy has been such an invaluable part of this new adventure for us. We are so impressed by the professionalism. If you are looking for a model and talent agency then I would highly suggest auditioning for Entourage.

Entourage has helped my twin daughters from the baby/toddler dept booked an audition for modeling clothes for an amazing baby boutique. This is INFO ONLY...My daughter was a SAG member at 18 mos old and by 4 had earned 67,000 from national commercials. I have been a manager of an agencys children division years later after my daughter stopped work. For the negatives here, not sure this agency and Cindy are getting a fair shake. Im impartial...here is the deal.Any given Sunday rule...any child can book a gig...ugly, cute, or otherwise. Its ALL in the eye of the client and what they are looking for! Agency cannot control that! Cindy is not MISS CLEO...she cannot predict that your child will book or not!!!4 major markets!! PERIOD! LA, New York, Chicago, Dallas! Bottom line! If you are in a SECONDARY market, needless to say the work is not as plentiful...nowhere near as, in a MAJOR MARKET!YOU ARE NOT PAYING AN AGENCY FOR REPRESENTATION WHEN YOU PAY FOR PHOTOS OR CLASSES IN A SECONDARY MARKET!!!!! Your comp card is your BUSINESS CARD!! Cant book Jack without it. And if your secondary market agency makes 20 bucks off your shoot, so what! They are maintaining office space, phones, websites, THEIR TIME, ENERGY AND EFFORT!!! You are lucky anyone is willing to set up shop in a secondary market cause it sure isnt for the money, but for the love of the industry! And to give you a shot versus NO SHOT!!If you want audition, after audition after audition, MOVE TO A MAJOR MARKET and EVEN THEN IT MAY NOT HAPPEN!!Some kids work once, some a lot, some have 10 auditions and NEVER book!You decide that you want to give it a shot or not! Only ONE thing is absolute in this business...YOU HAVE NO shot with no signing! Im a 71 year old grandmother and I was thrilled when Cindy selected me to be a member of The EMTA family. Cindy is always positive, upbeat and encouraging. Those qualities are very helpful if you might be feeling a bit insecure.Yesterday was my first big job and it was a BLAST!!!An audition, a call back then waiting and anxiety were mine for two weeks. Yippee I was selected then a fitting and a full day for the shoot. The director was flown in from London...three wardrobe girls, two make up & hair ladies, our own trailer, catering, shooting on location and more behind the scenes people and equipment than I could count. It was absolutely a fascinating experience and a fabulous workshop.This commercial is for QT stores and a product called Snackle. It will be shown later this summer in the Dallas/Ft worth area and many eastern states. My confidence is soaring but I might be a bit spoiled now.Recently Cindy held a master class on auditions skills and tips. I am quite sure that class had a huge impact on me landing this job. I went to this agencys camp last summer with not only the desire to learn about the modeling and acting worlds, but with also the hope of getting signed. Cindy told me that I could be able to sign with the agency, and the website even said that children who go to the camp get considered for a contract. I went to the camp, and I learned a lot and had so much fun! Cindy even said that I did a very good job. But after the camp, she wanted to tell me that her roster was quite full, and that she wasnt going to sign me! I asked her why, and she said that it was because there were too many girls in my age group that she was trying to find work for! Well if that was the case, why did she say that I had a good chance of getting signed!? Also, why is that on her website!? She should definitely take that down.And not only this, but she told me that if there was a time where she wanted or needed me, that she would contact me. An entire year has passed by, and absolutely nothing! Now, I dont regret going to the camp, because I learned a lot from it. What bothers me is that there was a ton of miscommunication, and that might be something that this agency needs to improve on!

I have been with Entourage since 2007 and I have had the pleasure of being cast in numerous national print and commercial roles ranging from a Car Salesman selling a family a safe vehicle, a guest having fun at Schlitterbahn Water Parks, a construction worker using heavy duty trucks to get the job done, and appearing as a bank customer in Manglehorn with Al Pacino! If anyone wants to find an agency for yourself or your children Entourage is highly recommended. The agency always sends out e-mails for acting/modeling jobs. For children and babies, I recommend this agency in San Antonio. There are not too many things for babies because the industry here is not Los Angeles of course! But those little baby roles do come. My 6 month old son Jett just got booked for a H.E.B commercial. The agency signs babies up at 12 months old only. But if you are lucky the agency will put out roles if anyone is looking for a baby. My other 3 children are with the agency. They have gotten auditions but never have booked a job.That is the casting directors decision on who they want. My 3 year old got selected for a Huggies commercial as well a year ago but she got really sick and was not able to film. . The agency itself will submit you or your children when a role comes up and they will let you know if you get selected for an audition. The agency is always on top of things. If you have questions the agency always answers and they will always get back with you.Entourage has offices in Los Angeles and Austin. I am so glad I went with this agency in San Antonio!

Lady, if you can treat someone like me who was just calling in for information and have an attitude already, makes me wonder how you treat the folks signed with the agency.

My sister Jazlyn received a phone call for a last minute cancelation on a photo shoot for a commercial in Austin and this was her first professional shoot. Wow it was a full production shoot with everything what you would expect for a photo shoot. The commercial photo shoot was for Chevys new car they are going to introduce in 2017. The clients, crew and everyone involved was awesome and nice to my sister and to make her feel confrontable. I want to say thank you to Cindy and the staff and Entourage for working behind the scenes promoting and knowing people in the industry that are great to work with because it was a positive experience by my parents and sister.

Only sent reality and hair show auditions.I was put into beyond stressful positions waiting on Cindy to communicate.Getting paid would take a minimum 90 days or until I emailed her and the check was miraculously on her desk...Inefficient.Unprofessional.Does not care about your brand she cares about getting paid and then “forgetting” to pay you as well.

I landed my first gig literally 48 hours after signing with Entourage. I couldnt be happier and am very excited to see what other opportunities present themselves. :)

Tried calling them two days in a row to try to get info from them they never picked up the phone. Ended up going to their ofice on tuesday at 3pm their Office was closed.

This is based off of my experience from a couple of years ago, but after talking to others i feel it needs to be said. The audition I went to felt way too casual for a professional agency audition. The audition itself in no way helped the potential talent show off their acting abilities. And the q&a sessions afterwards had me, a relatively new commer to the scene, quesitoning the agencys validity. I would not recommend them to anyone.

ANYTIME an Agent SUCKS money out of you...they are NOT being an AGENT at all. Sometimes photographers, make up artists, hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, coaches etc...run scams to generate income by selling you those services while masking themselves as a Talent Agency.Most common is the Photomill scam and multiple classes that will get you nowhere other than broke. FYI...like any temp position. You will need a resume and also in the entertainment industry a head shot. Basically known as materials. If you act you may need a demo or a voice over demo. We do not have a lot of work in San Antonio and most jobs in San Antonio pay way below SAG scale, often are volunteer in trade for a CD (good to get experience) or are for extras (usually 75.00 for an 8 hr day) when and if we ever do any major studio movie here. Sorry but someone has to give you the full Monty

We found the agent to be not only professional but very knowledgeable about the industry. The only money we have spent is for headshots and comp cards, which is to be expected in this line of work.

Prior to joining this agency, I visited this page. Im revisiting it 2 months after signing with Entourage. I had a previous film experience, and was hoping that Entourage would offer more of those experiences. I had called a number of agencies in the past with flat out rejection. When calling Entourage, I was invited to audition. I auditioned and ended up signing a two year contract. Although I could have hired anyone to take my head shots, I paid a reasonable fee for Entourage to take them. Im glad I did. Immediately after signing, I was asked to audition for a national commercial. I did poorly in that audition, however, it was extremely motivating. Two weeks later I was chosen to appear in a local t.v. commercial. No audition. That particular commercial was for trade. A very fair trade. I will agree with a previous post that trade is sometimes part of the payment, however, its up to you to accept your terms of payment. Im glad I took that gig. I had a blast! You never know when the folks you worked with on that job will call on you again. Maybe the next call will be an offer you cant refuse. I will say this, my inbox is full every day with an offer from Entourage. Sometimes they are not for me. Sometimes they are and I cant make the dates. When I find a role for me, I email Entourage back. I quickly get a reply back letting me know that Ive been submitted. If Im accepted by casting, Ill receive an email from Entourage or sometimes a call letting me know the details. Two months into this thing, Ill let everyone out there know that Im happy with this agency. This agency will promote you. After reading some of the posts, Id like list a couple of things:1. You are your #1 advocate. Promote yourself to the best of your ability on your own. Facebook, your website, etc.2. If youre not getting picked or call backs after submitting, casting chose someone else. Just keep with it.3. Take rejection in any form, whether it be not getting a call back or failing an audition and turn it into a positive. Get lessons, learn, reach out, etc.4. Try to contact others in the field. Talk with them. Everything seems glamorous on the surface. Underneath, real people exist. Theres nothing like having a down to earth conversation with an actor with big screen experience. I have found most actors are more than willing to offer up their experiences and advice in an email or phone conversation.So, in conclusion, Im rating Entourage with a Very Good. I will be posting again in the future. If I happen to land something big, Ill probably rate Excellent. If I happen to hit it big time, Ill contact google and persuade them to add Most Excellent to there Quality list. Im confident that Entourage will continue offering me work. Ill keep responding to their emails. Ill show up to auditions when asked and I will always hope for the best.Showing up is 80 percent of life. Woody Allen.

I am currently a few months into my contract with Entourage and Cindy has booked me 3 times this month alone!
