Dropped off lawnmower for service, we were told that it would be at least 24 hours before they could even look at it, and give us an estimate. After 24 hours we heard nothing. 36 hours nothing. 48 hours nothing. We were trying to be patient. Yet after a week and 1/2 still no response. We finally called and the quote we were given was absolutely ridiculous. We could buy a new mower for what they quoted for service. Picked up our mower and paid the $35 diagnostic fee despite the overall terrible service. Please take your business elsewhere. It really isnt worth the hassle going to this facility. If we had read all of the other negative reviews we never would have wasted our time.

Would not recommend to anyone getting repairs on small engine or lawn equipment . Had a problem with trimmer shaft not turning under warranty and they claimed the carburetor, fuel tank and spark plug needed to be replaced before they could even look at issue claiming it wouldn’t run. When I got weed eater back it cranked and ran on FIRST pull in Lowe’s parking lot. Also called to understand why these components were needing to be replaced on a 6 month old unit and never received a call back. I’d trust a YouTube mechanic over these guys
