I needed my white coat cleaned and there were still stains on the edges of the pockets, wrists, and collar. It was simply ironed, and now the stains are pressed into the coat. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Gets my clothes clean. In the past they have damaged (torn) some articles and on another occasion lost 6 expensive sweaters that apparently went home with someone else to only be returned to the Cleaners a year later, at least I got them back but they still wanted me to pay them for the cleaning.

I cannot believe this location hasnt closed down with the horrible service they are running. Basically a scam.Told me it was ~$4/shirt before i gave them my laundry. When i came back they charged ~$7/shirt. When i said i was told 4, they said that was for cleaning but not pressing. This was annoying, but i thought it may have been my mistake for not confirming price/services after giving them all of the clotheswe gave them a second chance with some alterations to a brides maids dress. They cut it way too short, made the slit inappropriately high, added an extra cut that was not asked for and essentially ruined the dress. Then they had the gall to try and charge extra and blame my wife for the mistakes. I went in and complained.They dropped some of the extra charges but stuck with their story and said they needed higher level management to get approval for a bigger discount and that i would get a call. i waited a week and then called them twice before getting a callback from a manager (and left a message). When i returned the call, multiple times, i couldnt get a second callback.

I give them 4 out of 5 stars. We just have a consistent reminder not to crease any flat front pants, which were mistakenly creased a few times and have a permanent crease now. Reids does well on most of my clothes. They are very dependable .

Lost a tailored dress shirt and made 0 effort to correct the situation. Dropped off 5 shirts and received a ticket/receipt showing the same. When I picked them up only 4 shirts were there. They had a manager call me who simply said I only dropped off 4 shirts and the ticket was wrong... untrustworthy

10+ years without a damaged or lost item. Always reliable, friendly and fast. Great options for quick repairs too.

Tell your employees NOT to tell their customers you’re more expensive than most other cleaners. I almost left after she told me that. If I didn’t need my clothes dry cleaned ASAP and be nearby I would have. 🙄😠🤦🏻‍♀️

I love your service nice friendly staff. I would love to give you 5 stars however sometime you all dont give me cowboy starch .I request it even though its in my notes and it still doesnt hold up .Other than this I am completely satisfied with your business .

Have a sign on window that states:Alterations. So I went in and was told They dont have anyone there,only at the RRock store. Otherwise staff was pleasant.

Worst place ever have given them 2 chances and both times showed up with laundry still dirty because they got confused on what I meant by same day pickup!!!! On top of that she was rude and did not apologize said it was not there fault. A little acknowledgement of a mistake would be nice. Found a much better cleaners right down the street will not be back to these incompetent people

Havent had a single problem there in 6 months of using them. Alterations lady is great. Friendly & fast staff. I recommend them.

This place rocks! I am a restaurant manager and they get all of the stains out of my shirts!

Prices are crazy! They told me it was an extra $1 to clean my skirt because it had a lining! Extra $1 for wool and silk as well.

They are a bit pricey and did mediocre work here, the staff didnt seem to be real interested in the customers needs.
