On April 1st I had the best phone buying experience that a person could ask for. Jenessa and Adam were very helpful. They gave us a good explanation of what we bought and made sure we completely understood the new phones. They let us ask questions and gave us the answers we needed. I highly recommend buying a phone from either one of them. It was a truly great experience.

I had issues with my phone related to settings causing an echo anytime someone called me, and D.J. was able to resolve them quickly. Very pleased with the customer service & knowlege of settings &phone functionality!

We stopped in on Black Friday, there were several people waiting before us and from past experiences we knew it would be awhile. It was nice to see the staff greet everyone, let them know right off the bat there was a wait and made sure they knew what they were there for. I just wanted to replace my two year old phone with something that had better battery life really, nothing fancy. The staff werent pushy at all. I got what I wanted, we updated our plan, and left happy. You cant ask for much more than that.

I had the best young man help me with my new phone in Austin mn..His name was Isaiah..He took his time and showed me where everything was..And gave me his card just in case I needed more help..Thats good service..thank you Isaiah!!!!!

Great customer service.

This is the only Verizon store in town I will go to. DJ was attentive, helpful and made sure I left with what I wanted and needed. Cody was also great at helping when it was needed. I came to the store fustrated and angry after being at the other Verizon store in town and left feeling relieved and taken care of. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a phone. I have always dreaded upgrading my phone because of the experience that comes with it but I am confident I will be able to look forward to it in the future at this store.

Ive walked into this store a few times throughout the months and the manager there hasnt been able to assist me, and tells me its not Verizons problems that my phone has mechanical issues even though its something I have no control over. Just plain laziness and putting no effort into helping me with my issues.I RECOMMEND VERIZON WIRELESS LOCATION ON: 14TH ST NW AUSTIN, MN NEXT TO TARGET. THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE AND THESE GROUP OF WORKERS ARE FOCUSED ON PROFESSIONALISM.

Adam went way above and beyond to help me. He was very personable and is a straight shooter. Most stores have salesmen that are only trying to get the sale. He will tell you how it is and has gained 2 lifetime customers. I really highly recommend this Verizon store! Every time I go to the other Verizon store in town with an issue they cant/wont think outside the box or help me.

Direct and very helpful, no time wasting

I went in paid a phone bill of $191.00 and they applied my money towards another persons account. I understand that mistakes happen, but it has been 4 months now and I still have an overdue fee, Ive been collecting late fees each month that Ive been paying, and I have had unreturned phone calls multiple times. They have told me multiple times that it will take 2 weeks to fix and it is still unfixed. Adam was very helpful when I spoke to him one time as well as Marcus, but still have unresolved issues which is frustrating. I have contacted corporate Verizon which cannot help because they use different systems, corporate TCC and they say they can not help with anything on their end, but they did offer to at least call the store. It is still an unresolved issue and to be honest I dont expect it to be resolved any time soon with my past experience. I would not recommend even going in to pay a bill. I learned I will be doing it all online from now on!!

These guys are trash.. Complete trash.. Go to the verizon store by target.. I went into the store 2 times now i refuse to go there.. First time I went there I had a $50 credit twards a new phone and they didnt honor it the other store did though.. The second time they were all busy I can under stand that... We were the only ones waiting in the store.. Another person or two showed up.. The employees KNEW I was first They all aknowledged me.. They helped everyone else after 30 minutes of waiting and watching them help other people before me I left they didnt even care that I was walking out the door and went to the the one on 14th st.. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU LIKE THE REAL ONE BY TARGET.
