The local pharmacy in service is great. The computer system is lacking the most important feature... No verification Codes are sent back to access account; Unable to access account to refill prescriptions or to check & add new prescription.

Customer service is outstanding. Could not give a higher recommendation for their dedication to meeting our needs and really appreciate the follow-up in making sure our issues are resolved. The help-desk team is eager to help and you won’t meet a nicer bunch of folks.

Absolute garbage company. Switched back to my previous company after 2 weeks. Stupidly left their IVR system in place and phones have been down last 4 days at all of my locations. Assuming it is nationwide because I called last week to report it and all I could do was leave a voicemail. No call yet. They must use their own phone system internally.....No I did not decide to stay with you. I am switching to a new company. After 6 outages in 7 days and my complaint your fix is to offer me to Beta test your new project after youve already let my customers down.

Digital Pharmacist has provided our group or 30+ pharmacies an excellent amount of professionalism along with their services of a website and mobile app. You cant find or beat another service for independent pharmacies or chain pharmacies. They are truly a great partner to work with.

Company with very strong marketing group. Very sad product and customer service is terrible. They make you sign contract so you are stuck. I would not have put a review but after 2 years their new marketing individuals still call here after I have hung up on them each time after complaining about their product.May be a review will get your attention not to call us . I am a pharmacist and a customer of this company. Their content is pretty good, however their customer service and price are awful. Their phone number doesnt work. They changed the name of my web domain without even asking me. I had already printed all my advertising material with my other domain name. Now it is all wrong. Worst of all, no one will contact you back. This is not worth it. Pharmacies beware!!!

I own an independent pharmacy in Moweaqua Illinois. With the help of Digital Pharmacist my pharmacy will grow nearly 15% in number of Rxs. I love the app and my patients do as well. I have never had a website. Digital Pharmacist made an excellent website at a very inexpensive price. I could not be happier with Digital Pharmacist!

I gave them some phone time to hear them out but they tried to push the services on me on the first call. The rep didnt like the idea of me asking around about them and tried to press me into signing up with all types of used car salesman gimmicks. Glad I didnt fall for it because everyone I talked to has continuing issues with their services. One of my colleagues had an IVR installed 4 or 5 months ago and said its been a nightmare with constant reliability issues, downtime. On a pharmacy forum Ive heard several similar stories. They got a good laugh when I told them the rep begged me for 2% of my trust and hed earn the rest of it. If you cant take care of my friends you dont get my business.

I will never know if this product is any good because of the sales rep who has called me twice now reading the most tired, dull, and boring script I have ever heard. Even after you give her the time to listen to her script and politely tell her no a few times (and she doesnt even listen to what you say so she could figure out a different tactic to sell with) she keeps pushing saying the same thing over and over. Then she goes back and forth between making ridiculous claims about the product (100% guaranteed ROI!) and insisting shes not selling anything (how can you promise ROI if Im not buying anything???). Finally she accused my store of violating HIPAA based off of her assessment of our website! I called NCPA to ask why they put their name on this platform and they apologized and told me Im not the first to complain to them about the aggressive and rude sales call. I asked my independent pharmacy friends if theyve heard of this company and those that had heard of them shared my experience with the sales call. None of us will ever be customers of Digital Pharmacist.

Sav-Mor is a “Chain of Independents” and, over the past 9 months, Digital Pharmacy a.k.a. RxWiki, has helped us re design our corporate web site, along with redesigning 32 of our independent pharmacy sites. It’s all been so easy with their help. We also have mobile apps for each pharmacy now for refills and testing. Exciting news in the next few months, our patients will have access to their patient profiles via their mobile app. We are recommending them for anyone who wants a quality product.

Totally unprofessional attitude. They cancel the service without informing us and then after almost 2 weeks run around, sales person gets involved and wants to sell a portfolio of services and then with some cocky attitude, instead of focusing on solving the problem! Thanks but no thanks Digital Pharmacist, my business is going elsewhere!

These guys have taken my website, social media and digital advertising to the next level. Extremely pleased with my professional website, app, fb content etc. etc. Extremely fast and always friendly and helpful!
