Cleaner did very well and cleaned everything. Couple of window ledges and top of my dresser was missed and not dusted but to be fair I had a very dusty house with my cats and dog. Lots of work. Im happy with the result.

They were accommodating to my tight schedule requirements. They were prompt and worked fast. I was hoping to have a deeper cleaning of my baseboards, to be washed- as I am opening my home for open houses this weekend as we have listed for sale. However, they did a great job, and I will be able to easily go over the areas I need spotless for the open house. Would recommend! It may have been a communication error on my part.

I scheduled a moving out cleaning more than 2 weeks in advanced. Cleaning was set up from 10:00 to 1:00. I had to add on the second bath and the refrigerator. Which to me should have been included since it was in their words a move out clean.The day of the cleaning I received a text at 10:04 they were on their way. At 10:49 I called the office and asked what was going on. At 10:58 received call back that they were on their way stating they couldn’t find the house. I guess no go’s in today’s time. A young woman arrived at 11:15 and she could not speak a word of English. We spent the next 30 minutes trying to understand each other through the translate app. She didn’t even know what she was suppose to do. Remember I requested the move out cleaning. Two more ladies showed up at 11:30. Only 1 spoke English and again I had to explain what they were to do in the house.We all went inside the house and I had to physically show them what I wanted 😡 grrr. It’s now almost noon.The one that spoke English left and the other 2 stayed to clean. At 1:09 I received a text they were through and asked me to come inside. I looked things over. Not the great clean I was expecting after causing me such anguish. The rugs were not put back down, the items on the dresser and such were returned to there place and bath could have been better. Maybe they rushed through to meet the 1:00 deadline.Totally disappointed and then they had the nerve to charge me the quoted price.Do not use this service. They are NOT worth the price. Totally unprofessional.

A checklist of what exactly was going to be cleaned would have been useful. The top of the fridge wasn’t cleaned, the widows were left dirty, the top of the doorways weren’t wiped, the fans were left dusty, and there was still dirt on the walls. There was also a communication barrier so I couldn’t communicate with the person cleaning. Pretty mediocre service for the price.

Its so nice talking to humans on the phone! The person who helped me was patient and a good communicator. They were a bit early but thats better than being late! I gifted a service to someone and they really appreciated it. Thanks for doing a good job!

My wife and I last week scheduled a deep cleaning for our house we just bought. The house was empty and has a lot of work to be done on it - its about 20 years old and has all of the original fixtures that came with it. We were able to get a 3 hours cleaning appointment for two days later. It was really easy to book the appointment for and TACG did a great job of informing us about the job and communicating with us. The original total bill with add-ons was $365. Weve used many local cleaning businesses in Austin in the past, and were excited to support another.Unfortunately the cleaning itself was not satisfactory. The cleaners showed up over half an hour earlier than the job was scheduled for (10am). I rushed to unlock the house and then left. We got a text before noon that they had finished cleaning as we were pulling up to have some appliances delivered. The cleaners were sitting outside on their phones waiting to be picked up; they left as we entered the home and as the delivery men showed up with our appliances. Once they were installed and the delivery men left, we surveyed the house. Aside from the bathrooms, it didnt smell like the house had been sanitized at all. There was still dust in our vent fans, door frames, dirt on baseboards, stains on windowsills, etc.We let TACG know about our disappointment. This was our very first time using them, and it left a bad impression having the cleaners show up significantly earlier than anticipated and not finishing the job as they sat on their phones. They reached back out to offer to schedule a follow-up cleaning to finish the job within 48 hours, or to offer 10% off the base package (basically, they offered a $30 refund since they werent accounting for the add-on prices). Again, the initial cleaning was their first impression; we did not trust them to do the job adequately the second time, and we do not have the flexibility to be present to let them into our home and stay around to ensure they did everything correctly.-----After a lot of back-and-forth the last couple of days, where they hinted at legal retaliation against us because we were refusing to pay anywhere near $300 for their service, we ended up settling on a bill of $212.In the future, we will stick with other local Austin cleaning services that have exceeded our expectations in our first experiences with them.

Nuirys and all the women do a great job. My apartment in the Domain is clean as a whistle when they leave, They are honest. I dont have to worry about leaving my place while they are cleaning. Highly recommended.
