It only took them 2 hours to clean our house, which usually will take us the whole day. I’m able to adjust my appointments online if needed, and they allow every 3 week cleaning (which can be pushed out a week for every 4 week cleaning, if desired). I was impressed at how quickly they were able to get us on their schedule for our initial clean. Their communication is pretty prompt and organized -- they send a text with their approximate arrival time the day of your clean, and another text when they are headed your way. You have up until the day before your scheduled time to reschedule or cancel without a fee. I appreciate having that flexibility, should anything come up. We pay $10 extra for non-toxic products, which Im told is only soap and water, FYI. There have been cleans where their green products were not used, or something got missed, but they do guarantee their work and took care of it once I brought it to their attention. One consistent challenge Ive had, though, is being able to communicate with the cleaners due to a language barrier. But overall, Ive been happy with the company.
