Grrr... I rarely write an unhappy review but I feel the need to warn people. Initially Frank was very helpful and helped me locate the fuse in my hot tub to see if that was the issue. It happened to not be the issue. He sent out his tech who spent less than 10 minutes diagnosing that I had a faulty gfci breaker so that was the end of their service. They told me which part to buy- which was the incorrect part. It caused the hot tub to be off for an additional two weeks as we waited for the incorrect part.Luckily, a friend was able to figure out the correct part needed. In the meantime, the hot tub was not circulating. Once we (on our own) corrected the issue, there was a new leak. Im assuming this is due to the gaskets/parts drying out for the weeks we waited for the wrong part. I emailed to let them know that I was unhappy due to being told the wrong part but asked if they would kindly help with the leak as I was giving them another chance. No response to my email. So I called two times and left messages. Frank finally called back but I was unavailable at that time and he didnt offer any help. So I called another 3 times, left messages and have never heard back by email or phone. Just super disappointed. This could of been resolved.

Two weeks ago the delivery team was putting the finishing touches on final set up for my new spa. Model 735L. Frank and Lisa were excellent in the purchase process. No pressure and just happy to share any and all details. I looked at several dealers around town and settled with Austin Spas. I knew when looking that I wanted a certain jet configuration. Having used now for two weeks I can confirm this one is perfect. I can control the flow up and down for each jet to get the right pressure. If you are looking to purchase definitely go with the two pump option which works different areas in the tub. Multiple seating options for different jets of water hitting your body and this one has a lounge. Control panel is simple to use. Has helped me sleep better and is relaxing those aches and pains that come with an active lifestyle.

I didnt want to wait 6-8 months for a new hot tub and Frank sold me a very nice used unit. He checked it over prior to delivery to make sure everything was working OK. Harold then delivered it to me and gave me lots of useful information on how to keep the water treated and general maintenance. Im very happy with my experience and now have a hot tub for winter! Thanks guys!

I knew I wanted a hot tub in my new home but knew nothing about them or what to after I bought one. Lisa was so helpful while I was decided exactly what I wanted, Frank was so generous with his time in helping the electrician figure out exactly what to do to get the site ready and Steve was an absolute pro in getting it from the curb to the site, installing and helping me learn what to do. I cannot imagine how anyone would buy a hot tub from a box store and have to figure all of this out alone. I made a great choice with Austin Spas and Pools.

Frank and Dee are awesome. I spent a lot of time shopping and researching the best hot tub for my needs. While some dealers in the area seemed only interested in fast sale Frank and Dee worked with me to answer all my questions. Frank also went out of his way to help best prepare my site for the hut tub as I had gentle slope and deck in my yard to work around. I would highly recommend them!

Even on the hottest days last summer they always seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. My pool is clean, blue, and working great all summer long. Im a big do-it-yourself-er and when the motor and heater went on my hot tub, I decided to order parts and try to fix it on my own. I got the parts installed just fine, but when it came to wiring I had no idea what to do. I called Austin Hot Tubs and Spas and described the issues I was having and they were quickly able to diagnose and repair the issue. They were easy to talk to, I was charged a reasonable rate and the work was performed on time. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

This company came out to fix a leaky valve on the hot tub at a new home we just purchased (the sellers had hired them on our request). They made the repairs and assured our sellers the spa was in working condition. When we moved in and we noticed the spa still had a leak and we called them to to request them to come back out and fix it. The lady on the phone was very rude and defensive. They also wanted my credit card number before they would even come out to look at it again. All in all my experience with this company was that they dont value their customers or stand by their work.Also, some quick advice, if you REALLY look at the other reviews for this company....and you dont think that many are fake....look again. A company with this POOR of customer service could never be rated this high. For example, Look at the one from only 2 weeks ago from Richard. He reviewed Austin Spas and Pools then also reviewed an Auto Repair place in Houston. Wait a minute? He uses a spa repair place in Austin but takes his car to Houston? And thats the ONLY activity on Google for his profile ever? Yeahhhh...

We did shop around before we diced on Austin Spas and Pools and we realized the service and hot tubs they provided were the best quality, price and customer service. I would send my friends or family here.

As first time spa customers my wife and I did not know what to expect and we were somewhat scared of the whole process. When doing our research online, we read about horror stories other customers had with unprofessional companies they used. The bad experiences we read about with other companies included everything from pushy salespeople, construction crews who were unprofessional, messy work, unfinished features, mechanical problems and unresponsive staff.We met with a couple of other spa companies before selecting Austin Hot Tubs and Spas. For us it was an easy decision after meeting with your salesperson, who made us feel comfortable, relaxed and they weren’t pushy at all. They answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns and thy even gave us little known tips about the spa buying process and ownership, so we would be successful with our spa right from the start. It showed us they really cared.Our spa is about to go in and I am eager to see the results. If it’s anything like the first part of this process then I have nothing to worry about.
