Incredible attention to detail! Patrick took care or my family and I like we were his only client! We knew we had an ongoing plumbing leak but were weary about calling a mold inspection company due to a few horror stories we had heard from family and friends. I called around and did plenty of research but most of the established companies felt sales based, with little customer care or concern beyond getting me to schedule the job. I eventually was given Patrick’s contact info from a colleague who had a positive experience related to a small mold remediation project in a rental property. We expected that mold would be found but to our surprise it was just water damage. No mold was found, and air quality sampling confirmed that there was nothing in the home related to the leak that would hurt my family’s health.
