If youre consistent and show up every morning you will get sent to a job not like some other temp agencies where you apply and have to show up a couple of times just so you can get a ticket. As far as rating I give LaborMax Staffing a Five out of Five. Thank you for the opportunity!!!!! Ricky C.

I use to work for these people for years, called them up the other day seeing if they needed a hand with anything and the front desk lady wouldn’t simply tell me if they had work or not and took an unnecessary attitude with me simply for seeking work. I have to make an hour commute to work these pissant jobs when I need some quick cash and for how desperate they seem when they constantly send me text messages begging for workers, they should respect their contractors when they’re trying to see if investing time going to LaborMax would even be profitable.There are enough non predatory staffing companies who don’t rely on wasting contractors time(basically trying to keep contractors hanging out at the labor hall so that in effect, they have to act as employees to make less than $8 per hour after they usually have to invest an average of 3 hours a day just to even get work.... pretty scammy if you ask me and should be illegal) to make a buck- go elsewhere, these people will waste 3 extra hours of your day for a measly $60-70 and refuse to modernize or even reasonably communicate to help not waste their contractor’s time.

Please dont waste your time filling out an application with this joke of a staffing agency. The incredibly unprofessional, lazy employees of LaborMax dont seem very motivated or interested in their jobs. Instead they seem to enjoy cranking up the music on the lobby TV to ridiculous levels as new applicants attempt to complete an absurd 14 page application with a two page test. The only table in the entire office where you can sit down and fill out an application happens to be located directly underneath that super loud television. Hey LaborMax corporate, maybe you should make a stealth visit to this branch sometime and see how qualified job candidates get treated by this office. Try focusing on *anything* while the self-centered sloths behind the counter crank horrible Top 40 songs at high volume directly above your head. Stay far, far away from these clowns!

Zero Stars!! Sarah was beyond rude to everyone for no apparent reason , a true power trip , very unprofessional and uncalled for . She should be replaced immediately . Who wants to deal with that kind of childish attitude early in the a.m. the other gals were very nice .
