I have to give Hire Priority the highest ratings possible, they have been absolutely excellent to me. I have tempted with them off and on over the past 2 years and they were always able to place me in a good job position and in the location I requested very quickly. They pay above what other temp agencies do and their staff is excellent. If one job ended, I knew I had a choice between 1 or 2 others immediately and the security of knowing that allowed me to live a normal routine, even though I was temping. Hire Priority placed me at my current job and I would use them, and only them, if I needed good work for an above average pay.

As a property manager there were many times I had to rely on a staffing agency. I put the staffing agencies to the test and out of the three staffing agencies in Austin I stayed with this one. They are honest and upfront whereas the other two blew smoke up my backside. From the staff in this office (who rock) all the way up to corporate Ive had nothing but great experiences here. This is my go to place!

I was temping with hire priority for about 2 months before I got hired full time by a property in the Austin area. The girls in the office are so helpful and we’re always available to find work! So happy I went through them!

They do not help you at all. Once you go in and fill out all the paperwork they say they will call you and never do. Dont waste your time. There are better staffing companies that will actually help you get a job.

Worst in the city. I am currently going on 2 1/2 weeks without a single assignment from them and this isnt the first time. This happens year round. They have also recently sent me to properties by accident and told me to go home without pay. To all new employees dont think they are reliable you will find out the hard way.

I waited over an hour and 30 minutes. Just so they can tell me they dont have a position available. I even called to tell them I wanted a part time job but they insisted for to come in person and ask about it...

I have been in the apartment business for a while now and I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in a temporary staffing office such as the Hire Priority in San Antonio. The Manager Tracy is the most judgmental person I have ever met, not to mention inconsiderate. She caters to the people she want and not to the needs of others. She is very disrespectful when trying to have a conversation in person and/or over the phone, which is rare at best due to they never answer the phones at all. She treats all the employee’s like they are criminals if they do not work out for her “circle of people”. She does not respect the employees enough to ask what has happened or how the employee feels or if it is a good fit. She should be working for the Hire Priority employee’s not for herself. I find this insulting and very disrespectful. I have used The Liberty Group and will be going back to them as they are very professional and they are working for all people involved. I have experienced both, calling in to Hire Priority for staff and working for them as well. I will never call upon their services again.

This temp agency is tha worst temp agency I worked for. The two ladies that work there are very unprofessional one of em will txt me talkin trash to me. They will send yu to jobs then later txt sayin oh we Dnt need yu there Kan yu go to this other one or send two guys there an only need one. I went to a job and tha poor guy that was there prior got sent home at tha job. How unprofessional is that. Now I summited a timesheet from a month and a half ago an they tell me the NEXT day via EMAIL that the dates are wrong. Unprofessional? Yes. Itz Wednesday tha only days they pay and I have to wait a whole week to fix the dates and summit it. I told them they kan keep that check I never needed it. Smh

Here is my experience of how hire priority was for me. I was called about a position as a leasing assistant that I had applied for online that didnt require experience so I hopped on the opportunity and went to the office. Upon arriving there was another older lady who wad there applying for the same position sitting across from me on the couch in the tiny room. They had me fill out a separate application because I had done HVAC work in the Air Force reserve. The older lady finished before me and went in one of the two offices there to talk to one of the people that worked there. While I was waiting for them to be finished I was given a huge promo like calender that I didnt care for and left there when I left. So finally it was my turn and I go inside and the lady who does the interviews was in a hurry so she told me that they call people when they need them to come in and work for the day and that she would call me that weekend for work and how to fill out my time sheet and so forth. I was on board and excited about this. I got the red folder they give you at the end and left. Never ever heard from them again about anything,
