We recently engaged Crawford Thomas on a search for an HR Professional based in California. California is a tough market and very competitive. We had tried for months to fill the position through our own efforts but could not find the right candidate. Once we engaged Crawford Thomas Recruiting we instantly got traction. The Recruiter and Account Manager ( and Justin respectively)zeroed in our needs and quickly identified the profile of the type of candidate we were seeking. They presented 6 very qualified candidates within 48 hours of having the search. We narrowed the field to 4 final candidates and set up interviews. We made a successful and highly qualified hire but could have easily hired any of the four candidates interviewed. The Recruiter even had a couple more candidates identified in case we didnt hire one of the first 4!
