Ive been using this company for about 9 months or so. The first 6 months my score went up 100 points, therefore I started house hunting. During the process I was surprised to hear that 12 of my medical collections had reappeared on my credit report. Keep in mind my personal client portal even had listed these accounts as deletions. At this point I tried calling but it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, I emailed but got no response, and I even tried driving to the address on the website, but the address does not exist. I think this may be a scam so I contacted my bank to stop all drafts.

I am a small business owner and have no major credit issues. Texas Best Credit Repair is way faster than other companies & they accomplish in 30-45 days what other companies purposely drag out ton up to 2 years! Kinda ridiculous?!? So here is the story ...before I decided to choose a Credit Repair Company, I decided on 3 potential companies. I wont use the 2 other company names out of respect for the employees that work there. 2 were local and 1 was a national company that kept popping up on the internet & I heard on the radio a million times. I couldn’t get past the scheduling team. They said the company cannot work with me unless I provide an email address. I thought that was odd considering I called for a consultation. I explained there is zero need for an email at this point and I definitely don’t want spam/advertising emails later if I don’t go with the service. The lady (scheduler) and I agreed there was no need for an email at this point yet she couldn’t relay the info without it. Not her fault.

Texas Best Credit Repair, I would highly recommend to anyone. They did a great job on getting 100% deletions off my credit report in a short period of time. I would like to say thanks Texas Best Credit repair for making my life easier.

After one year of work, got no results. Total waste of time and money. First when you call it takes them days to get you signed up, should have been first sign. Second, your score shoots up and if you have any problems they talk to you. When your score shoots back down they repeatedly tell you they will fix where it wrong and they don’t. Then they give you six months free and don’t communicate with you. I cancelled during the free months because nothing was getting done. When I emailed to cancel, I didn’t even get a confirmation of cancellation, my log in was just disabled, very unprofessional. I’ll never recommend this place. Most other reviews are fake!

Although the process takes a while, no fault of the Texas Best Credit. Just the process of the credit reporting agencys, I was very pleased with the customer service and the results. Unfortunately, companies can report unfairly and it takes a professional to have items removed from your report. Ive been working with TBCR since May of 2018 and I must say, they are THE BEST. Better than I expected. I was accustomed to living in a credit nightmare or without credit at all. (Which is not easy.)
