I have used Dropoff a few times and feel safe using their service, however, multiple times Ive chosen the ASAP option (which costs more) and the driver is late. For example, today I placed an order to be delivered to the recipient by 10:20 AM, however my driver didnt even pick up the package until 10:30 (the website said he would pick it up at 9:50). Since the recipient is 20 minutes from my office, the package is now late. I recommend using their service if youre not on a time crunch as their scheduling is not accurate.

We use Dropoff several times a week in our printing business. We have used several courier services over the years and Dropoff is by far the best and most professional. We have by using Dropoff since they started and it is great to see them expand across the nation.

Have unfortunately been using drop off for my company’s deliveries. Terrible customer service and pricing. One time recently they arrived early to the destination and charged wait time per minute because they were early. Use Favor. Much better courier service

Dropoff has failed more times than not. They are extremely unreliable and late. One time the restaurant told me the driver was late because he ordered his own food. Anytime their drivers are delayed they never call me and let me know, just in case I need to make other arrangements. I always need to stay on top of them. I will NEVER use them again. They just cause stress and inconvenience.

They cancel your deliveries because they cant fulfill, but tell you only 30 minutes before the delivery, even though it was scheduled days in advance. This has occurred multiple times.

I applied for agent position and these guys were very unprofessional and rude. They have no reviews and they are a brand new business. If they dont know how to treat applicants I wouldnt even try this service. It appears to be a SCAM!!!!!!! I didnt want to give them one ⭐️
