Telco has really set a new standard for how low voltage projects should go. I just completed an office build project with Telco in the Austin area and I was simply blown away. Ive worked on at least a dozen office builds over the last few years and this was the smoothest project Ive ever had in terms of low voltage work.Pre-sales, project management, and implementation were all on-point. The effort from my side was so minimal, I forgot LV was even part of the project. They were great at anticipating my needs and adapting to any change requests. Organizing an office move is stressful - particularly when building management isnt always knowledgeable or consistent! We had a lot of issues during our setup with a Nextiva System. I wanted cordless phones and, for whatever reason, they simply wouldn’t stay connected. Telco worked with Nextiva for me and attempted resolution after resolution before we went with desktop phones. The level of support from Telco, especially Kaela and Leo, was beyond anything I’ve encountered in the tech industry. Expect outstanding customer service, attention to detail, patience and understanding, and more, from Telco Data.

I was having trouble with my phone system for weeks after having another company do the install of two new phone lines. It created a disaster for me and my staff and we were all frustrated. Ive worked with a few different cabling companies over the years and I have to say that my latest experience with Telco-Data was by far one of the very best. They organized all their work on site perfectly with my GC. They gave me detailed maps showing all the drops and were very quick to help me make minor changes a long the way. The crew that came in to finish the job were the nicest dudes ever! They worked their butts off to meet my deadline and were very kind when I had...wait for it...even more minor changes at the end of the project. Ill be contracting them for any work I need done in the Austin area from now on.

Excellent service by Lorenzo. Smooth install and training, and he was patient and knowledgeable. A cheat sheet with shortcuts on how to use the system would be helpful. Also, were still waiting on the typed labels for the phones, which should be here by now. I am an IT Manager for a property management company of about 600 employees. We had to perform a complete relocation of our corporate office to a multi-story office building. This consisted of demo of each floor and ground up tenant improvement. I needed to have redundant broadband installed, fiber between floors, Cat6 cabling for every workstation and access point and a completely new VOIP Cloud based phone system installed.Telco-Data took the reigns of this part of the project and worked with the construction company during the entire build out. They attended the project meetings and were flexible with ever changing deadlines. They provided procurement so I did not have to shop for equipment myself. They are a master partner and re seller for the ISP and Cloud phone company so all I needed was to tell them my desired specs and equipment and it was done. They setup the accounts, oversaw the procurement, conducted or assisted on the installations and followed up on the training. I needed only to get weekly updates on progress until the build out was complete. They made my job much easier.The greatest part of this, 4 months after the job is complete, they are still right at my door whenever I need a tweak, fix or upgrade. Many companies will cease to acknowledge you exist, once they get paid, but that is quite the opposite for this company.They consist of a team of highly skilled experts whose sole purpose is customer satisfaction. They have provided some of the best customer service I have ever seen.
