MyITpros is absolutely amazing. As a remote employee, they have been a life saver since I was onboarded in March 2017. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Jordonne, Rufus, and Jason during my most recent problem...a TPM issue. They did everything they could to fix my laptop and in the end had to wipe the HD and start over. They did so with minimal downtime and were able to solve the elusive issue in the end.
