Austin Carriage is the original horse drawn carriage company in the city of Austin. They really are fantastic and know the lore of the city well. The drivers are very skilled and ours even parallel parked the carriage that we were on. Romantic, knowledgeable and friendly. The team at Austin Carriage aims to please and please they do. They can be reserved in advance and it is a wonderful option to a standard cab if you are out on a date.

Called and was told no carriage rides in Downtown Austin!

Horrible customer service!! Felt like i was an inconvenience. Just wanted to arrange a carriage ride for a proposal, i am coming from St. Louis. I was told i should wait because i am not going to want to jump into a carriage ride after i get of the plane and i only come in to town to make money WOW!! I understand and i was willing to spend my money there but felt like i was an inconvenience so i will not be doing business with them.
