Mike did a fantastic job! The faucet in the apartment was unusually small and he worked and worked to make the hoses fit properly. He even made a trip back to the office to get more hoses so he could access the water from the outside. He gave me the option to reschedule but I needed carpet cleaned that day. So he went above and beyond to get my carpets cleaned. He made it work and they looked amazing!

My experience was fantastic. Very attentive to detail, on time, courteous. And I like supporting the local folks. Ive used them multiple times and am never disappointed. I like that they do multiple types of floors and take the time to put the things on your shoes to keep from tracking stuff in. Thats a little thing but important to us.

I’m really happy with the service I received from Mike at The Steam Team. He made 20+ year old carpet look practically brand new and our white kitchen tile is so shiny! The grout in the kitchen had never been cleaned and it looks amazing. Mike arrived early and explained everything to me. He gave me options in terms of additional services (such as grout sealing) and provided me what the cost would be. He arrived around 1:20 and was done with 3 bedrooms, office, stairs and landing, kitchen and bath by about 4pm.

Water, water, everywhere .... Things are never pleasant when you need Mitigation Services. However, I must say that dealing with Tim has been the most pleasant part of the experience. He arrived very quickly and did a through professional job. I hope that I never NEED those services again. However, if I do, I will certainly call on them again. Roman cleaned and treated my carpet today. You know that funky odor you can get even after opening all the windows? Its gone. Roman is awesome and for the entire house it cost about $250. Plus the equipment and chemicals work and Roman explained the process. Ive used TST 2x year for over 8 years - great people and I think the price is fair for a 1500 square foot house in South Austin

Made appointment to get carpets cleaned. Mike showed up on-time. Mike was thorough in answering my questions and reviewing our carpet cleaning needs. Mike did an excellent job on the carpets! Ive steam cleaned our carpets on my own with a rental machine and been satisfied with the results but they dont come close to the work that Anthony did with Steam Team. The carpets look amazing and the tile he cleaned looks like it did when we first built the house! I would highly recommend using Steam Clean for your cleaning needs and would work with Anthony anytime.

The scheduler was very helpful and professional, dont recall her name though. Brian and his tech were late (but this is Austin and the appointment was around rush hour afterall). These two guys did an amazing job, I honestly didnt expect the stains from 4 pets and 2 years of neglect to come up clean, but they did! YMMV though, not every situation is the same. Will definitely hire the Steam Team again!

Our aircondioner decided to leak in the attic. We only found out, when the ceiling fell in. We were referred to The Steam Team by a family member. Once we called, we were assured that they would take care of it, and that someone would be out quickly. Daniel was our service adjuster who came to insure us and inspect the damage. I originally booked with another company because The Steam Team was booked until next week. Brand X showed up, without a call on the way as arranged, and immediately began telling me that the carpet was really old and I wouldnt be happy with the results. Said he couldnt do the job right then because there was too much debris on the carpet. Took me under 5 minutes and was carried in one hand. Rubber bands and such. Then more talk about what bad shape the carpet was in. So I told Brand X, Your right. I should replace it. Thanks for coming.Called Steam Team again, hoping there had been a cancellation and got lucky. Got my On the way call. Tech was friendly and positive. Threw in an extra that I expected to pay for, and absolutely exceeded expectations in every way. Carpet looks way better than I thought it would and will make another lease. Maybe 2. They cost more than Brand X, but well worth it!

Ive worked with SteamTeam for multiple projects, but prior to this most recent, ive only had furniture and carpets cleaned. This was my first time using their remediation services, and I was quite satisfied. Tim was great, and gave me an honest assessment (even told me I could likely do the work myself, but I wanted to pay to have it done, so I went ahead with the work). I absolutely love a service provider that is truly representing the customers best interests, and not solely focused on the bottom line!He was very detailed about the damage incurred, and what was needed to dry wood, remove damaged drywall, insulation & baseboards. He was very timely in his updates, and kept me apprised of the progress throughout. SteamTeam also gave me updates along the way as the workers entered/exited the premises. I would definitely use them again (need some stuff cleaned soon :-) ), and I would also recommend them highly to others.

My apartment kitchen flooded after a rain storm, and Steam Team was called in to help with repairs. I came home to a mess. The hose that hooked up to the dehumidifier to drain in the sink leaked all over the floor, the crew left several personal items in my sink, the toilet seat was left up, other items were moved and not put back, and they left my apartment unlocked. Later, a team member barged into my apartment without knocking when they were called to remedy the hose leak. Completely, totally unprofessional and unacceptable.Update:The Steam Team came back to paint in the kitchen area, and AGAIN were completely unprofessional. Furniture was moved and not put back (which makes no sense considering none of it was in the area affected), pictures taken off the wall and left on the couch (why??), dust was EVERYWHERE, muddy footprints all over the floors, the shower curtain halfway unhooked (again, why??), toilet left full of urine, and to top it all off, they shut the door to the bathroom and so my cat could not access the litter box ALL DAY. I am uncomfortable in my own apartment now, and my apartment complex is going to continue to use the Steam Team for further repairs, and I am having to resort to taping the toilet shut and hoping nothing else is damaged or worse. If for some reason you decide to use this company, make sure someone is home and actively monitoring their work because they have zero respect for people’s homes.
