We had a great experience with Texas Cleaning Services. My house smells and feels great. I will definitely hire them again in the future. The two ladies that came were super sweet, on time and detail oriented. Tip: Make sure you leave out a step stool so they will clean your fans. I recommend this company.

My housecleaning had been really neglected for a while and I hoped I could hire help on short notice. My husband was being sent home from the hospital with Hospice the next day because nothing more could be done to save him.I called Texas Cleaning after reading their good reviews and they were able to send 2 wonderful people the next morning. The couple that came were extremely kind and unbelievably effective in cleaning things I wouldnt have even expected in the 4 hours they were here.Later that afternoon my husband was brought home and I was so happy that he could be in such improved surroundings. He was so happy to be home, and he was so much more comfortable. Later the next night he passed away.I appreciate Texas Cleaning helping me on such very short notice and being so accomplished at what they do. I was able to focus on my husband and be happy that his last hours were spent in the home he loved.I recommend Texas Cleaning as highly as I can!

What a terrible business.1. They offer a 24-hour cancellation window. It is very easy to book the service online, but there is no way to cancel online. We had a Monday morning appointment, and we needed to cancel. The only way was to call, and they would only take calls at 11 AM on Sunday. Despite this issue, they flat out declined to waive the cancellation fee. Their first response was that we dispute the charge with the CC company. It did not seem to them that this was their problem. Eventually, they let us reschedule online.2. We had booked a post-renovation clean, costing us about $550. This includes wall cleaning. We filled out a form with this information, and mentioned that we needed bathrooms cleaned, and we have hardwood floors. When they showed up, the cleaners didnt know about any of this. They didnt have equipment to handle the dust, to even vacuum hardwood floors, and we offered our own vacuums. The cleaning people were very nice, but they had no information. They were just two of them, and obviously overwhelmed by the task, though they did a great job at the end.To me, the second point is what makes this business terrible. Being incompetent in scheduling is one thing. Trying to keep as much of the money through unfair policies is also nothing new. But being incompetent at the logistics of cleaning? That is inexcusable.I hope they paid the cleaning lady because from their attitude it seems they would try to scam on the other side too.

I have used them twice already and each time has been great. They certainly show up on time since they always come out early. They do a great job and you can select from a list of many services online without calling in which I love. Besides the services itself the biggest sell for me is their website and how easy it is to make appointments and see pricing.

This company did an awful job. We paid almost 600 dollars for a moving clean and the cleaners did close to nothing. They didn’t sweep behind doors, vacuum baseboards, clean the kitchen or bathroom well and left spider webs on the walls. When we sent pictures of the job to the manager, he sent 1 person back. This person was supposed to stay and we were to be notified to come and do a walkthrough. We were not notified and the cleaner left. They again missed the ceiling fans and did not clean the cabinets which we paid extra for.After sending several photos to the manager he said he credited our card 300 dollars which is still not enough for the amount of cleaning the cleaners actually did. I also have not received any of that money.Do not waste you money on this service!!! It delayed our whole move and and was the biggest headache. If if was an option, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

I have never had a professional cleaner to come and clean my home before. I actually wondered why people would pay to clean their home... I get that many people have more than full schedule, but still...After getting the thorough cleaning from Texas Cleaning Services, I now understand the value of the cleaning service. I had 3 hours of cleaning scheduled, and I mainly wanted the bathroom and kitchen cleaned more than any other space. I didnt know what to expect, but I was excited about the cleaning service.The young female arrived about 5 minutes early and she did stay and cleaned the entire 3 hours and plus.I was working in my home office during the cleaning, and I could hear her cleaning (quietly) the entire 3 hours, I didnt hear her taking any break at all. Before she finished up, she asked me to come and check the rooms and let her know if I wanted her to clean anything else. The apartment was very, VERY clean! Everything was shiny, you could see and touch the cleanliness of the room. Especially the dusting was phenomenal. I have a wine bar cabinet that was noticeably dusty against dark wood color. It had no dust after she was finished! She also cleaned inside and out of the microwave to sparkling clean. She even cleaned my kettle that was on the oven!She did great job cleaning bathroom and kitchen, and then moved onto the other rooms, dusting, wiping, mopping, etc., etc... She cleaned the whole apartment! I dont know how many times I said wow looking and touching all the sparking surfaces...She was lovely and polite, although English was not her first language, we didnt have much problem communicating. I provided with the Swiffer, duster, and toilet brush, and she brought everything else that she needs to clean with her. Whatever she needed, like a broom, she came and asked me. It was a very pleasant experience, and I totally enjoyed my super clean apartment! Thank you!

I guess they didnt get the email, because they didnt show up until I called them.They didnt show up after I called, was sent straight to their automated voice-mail, and told to send them a text regarding my concern. I sent a text message to the number I had called, that the cleaners were over an hour late, and I would honestly prefer to cancel at this point.Magically, I got a call from Jacob almost immediately, who told me that the cleaners were running behind and would be there in about ten minutes. I asked him if I could have some sort of discount for the inconvenience? Jacob stated he would give me ten dollars off and hung up. He did not apologize for them running behind, that no one called to inform me, he didnt seem like he cared at all, and was quite frankly, very rude.I want to point out here, I would not have minded if the ladies were running behind, but I would have liked a courtesy call of some sort to be notified as to whats going on. And because my previous appointment was lost in their system essentially, how was I to know this one wasnt lost too or mis-scheduled?The ladies showed up and did a great job, no complaints there.After the appointment, I noticed I had been charged MORE than agreed upon for the appointment. I also noticed that they failed to send me an emailed invoice when they charged my card.I called Texas Cleaning Services today and was told I had to email them to request an invoice of my appointment, which I find ridiculous. Any other business would automatically send you an email when they charge your card and this business requires you to hunt them down to ask them to send it to you, its crazy.When I finally received the invoice, I realized why they didnt send it to me, I was not given the agreed upon discount that Jacob had promised and was also charged miscellaneous taxes and fees.After all the hassle, I will never use this service again and will not recommend them to my friends, family, or neighbors.

I had Texas cleaning services come to my apartment this week and I was extremely satisfied with the work done. My apartment looks spotless and actually better than when I moved in. The time frame was a little long for when they could arrive as it was 3 hours. But this was just as it was a very busy day. I really appreciate how nice they made my place look. I thought the pricing seemed expensive at first, but after receiving other quotes the pricing was in line. They sent a very professional group of people and although you may always be worried about someone stealing from your residence you do not have to worry with these people. They were extremely professional and nothing was taken. Cleaners were very nice and quick. A+++

Being a new mom its definitely hard to deep clean so I was looking around for a cleaning business. I came to google and saw the 5 star reviews for Texas Cleaning Services. I sent them a message and instantly was sent a reply by Jacob. Jacob let me know their services and pricing, and was able to set me up with an appointment the next day!This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, but after what an amazing job they did, it wont be my last! Jacob gave me a time slot(330-5) for when they would arrive and that he would call me to let me know before they headed to my home. Sandra arrived with another lady, both were friendly and started working right away!!My husband and I left the house to let them have their space while they worked. Sandra said she would text us when they were close to finishing. Not even 2 hours passed and our house was done. The house was beautiful and smelled so good! They did such a great job and cleaned everything, even moved furniture to clean behind. Im so happy with my clean house and I cant wait to use them again!

I was really excited about seeing great reviews and finding this company. Great customer service until after the appointment when I called in about the cleaning and Jacob was sarcastic with me. If you want a tidy up service and not a true deep clean, I would recommend this company. On my deep cleaning, corners were cut mainly on my floors and baseboards. The rest of the cleaning was standard but nothing to brag about. The cleaning team was timely, helpful and communicative. I like how they folded the bathroom towels. I wish I couldve received the same cleaning that everyone else is bragging about.

The ladies were on time, efficient and did a great job!! I found the cost to be very fair. Used them for a terminal cleaning of a large house and their work was fantastic. Would recommend them. The kitchen sparkled, the wood floors shined and dust was gone.

We hired TCS to come in and deep clean our new home. We moved in a few months prior to the cleaning and the home wasnt in terrible shape but being that family is coming to stay for the week of our wedding I really wanted the house to be spotless. And boy is it SPOTLESS! There are things so clean that I didnt even realize were dirty until after the service. Our glass shower is so clean I almost walked in to the door. The bathroom tiles are about 3 shades lighter in color. Beds are made perfectly, dust is gone, and the house smells great. I wish Id hired Texas Cleaning Services and her team sooner. Fantastic job! I hired TCS to deep clean my home after two dogs, two adult kids, a traveling husband, and grad school left a lot of things neglected. I cannot say enough nice things about Elaine and her team. My house looks like a model home! In three hours, my home was transformed from dog heaven into a showplace. They cleaned things I didnt expect, like wiping out a dusty candle. I still did not expect the attention to detail and professional level of cleaning that they brought. We hired Texas Cleaning services for a move out clean of our little Apartment in Cedar Park. We went back and forth weighing the options of a professional vs doing it ourselves and going with Texas Cleaning Services was the BEST decision we could have made.She was friendly and kept me updated. She made sure to do a walk through of the home and after seeing it myself, I can see where all of the five star reviews are coming from. The fridge and stove top looked brand new. The kitchen (regardless of my efforts to keep it tidy) looked like nobody had ever used it. The baseboards were scrubbed and the floors were vacuumed meticulously. My wife is a very clean person and will only use a cleaning service if it does a better job than she can (not an easy task) and Im happy to say Jennifer can do it. Weve had the same housekeeper for 4 years and she knows exactly how I like everything in my house... which was why it was so difficult for me to grasp that she couldnt clean our house anymore (family reasons). He also wanted to be around since we do not put our dog in a kennel and he didnt want to make the cleaners nervous or uncomfortable. The ladies were prompt and extremely professional. They were quick too! Our 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house was completed in 2.5 hours! When I came home the house smelled fresh, all surfaces were clean, no more dog hair on the carpets, and they even dusted our blinds. Keep in mind we only paid for a standard cleaning. Wow! We have used home cleaning services across Dallas, Minneapolis and now Cedar Park, and we have NEVER experienced as thorough a cleaning as Texas Cleaning Services provided. The price is high for their service, so you should be prepared for that. However, we have learned that you typically get what you pay for, and Texas Cleaning exceeded our expectations.The cleaners arrived early, and after finishing we did a walk through together to ensure we were satisfied with the service. We are signing up for the monthly rotation because one cleaning/month with them is WAY better than 2 cleanings/month with some other companies we have tried.Thank you to Julian and Juliana! You two were fabulous!

My boyfriend and I have used several difference services throughout the years never really finding anyone we liked or felt like did a half way decent job.So we were a little skeptical... but after seeing our apartment today we are so happy and completely blown away by the job they did. There were things I was not expecting to be done (like organization of my vanity with all my make up on it, my boyfriends nightstand, our work desktop, closet organization and a fresh scent sprayed etc).You can tell there was extra care and attention that went into this job - and we only did the standard plus! Lauren Rosario was great! We didnt get the name of her partner yet though. The price is inline with other services maybe better as we had two people come from 3 hours and it was around $150.I like the options they give you for extra savings (signing up for certain time slots and setting up a reoccurring services) We will be sure to use Texas Cleaning Services as our regular service.

We have been so happy with Texas cleaning services, largely because Emma is great. She puts so much thought and care into our cleaning, and she always goes above and beyond. She made sure to clean all the baseboard trim, cleaned up our linen closet (she folded everything so nicely!), emptied our dishwasher, etc. etc. Shes also just a lovely person. Weve tried other cleaning services and never felt like we found a truly dedicated cleaner - they always just rushed through the job. But Emma is so thorough, so I recommend them!

We had our first apartment cleaning ever the other day, done by Cynthia, and we are still absolutely in awe of the meticulousness and attention to detail she used in cleaning our home - it really feels like walking into an entirely new apartment! Im pretty sure our shower is cleaner than it was when we first moved in. Plus, she left a chocolate when she left, which is such a nice touch (makes you feel like youre coming home to a hotel!) Ive never expected that Texas Cleaning Services is going to be this keen to details. Ive been with other cleaners but as much as I can remember, these people really made a great intro with their cleaning. No spots and they really cleaned my house with all thorough focus to it. And one good thing that they are good at is if they are going to be late, they will inform you and you have the option to choose to reschedule or replace the cleaner. I read the previous reviews. Couldnt believe anyone could be that good. But they are!!! My house looks great and smells better. They cleaned places I didnt/wouldnt think of. I did the deep cleaning service and now want to hire them regularly.

We have been using Texas Cleaning Services for about 8 months now, and they are great. We try to always book the same group (Julian and Ilda I believe) because always do a fantastic job. They leave our 2 bedroom apartment spotless, they fold things up in such a detailed way, and they are always so professional and nice. Booking online is super easy, and although the cleaners dont always speak a ton of English, there is always someone over there who speaks perfect English. Ill continue using TCS for our regular cleanings!

I thought they did a pretty good job, first time I used them and it was for deep clean. We are not gross people but there was certainly places that were neglected and they really got to them all. Even cleaned out my dish soap holder. Price was reasonable too, I got several quotes and theres was comparable if not better.

Surfaces were clean, beds were made, dishes were done, and they even cleaned inside my oven, toaster oven, and fridge, which I hadnt expected. Ive been using Texas Cleaning Services for a few months now and have been waiting to review. Im pleased to report that each cleaning session (I have a 1 br, cost is $130) has been always met my expectations or has exceeded them. The house is left sparkling clean after. Jacob is very responsive and will keep me posted about times especially if there is traffic or if there is a need to reschedule. I have not been left in the lurch. All the cleaning ladies and men have been really pleasant and were always courteous in their cleaning. For context, my 1 br cleaning typically takes 1 - 1.5 hours to clean - bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, windows, living room and hallway. I hope the service remains this way for as long as I use them!

Jacob was very prompt and helpful in responding to my initial inquiries as well as throughout the entire process.Unlike many other companies I contacted in the Austin area, Dasia, was on-time, friendly and very professional. Dasia essentially sealed the entire first floor of my home and did an outstanding job. she didnt rush the job; instead, she took her time and did the job right the first time, which is very rare these days. She also cleaned up and put the room exactly how it was when I left it. Ambar cleaned our home for the 3rd time yesterday, and she is consistently excellent. She is also a very friendly person who I am totally comfortable chatting with when she arrives. I usually try to be out and about while shes here so I dont make a mess as she does her job, but yesterday we overlapped a bit and it was really nice!Texas cleaning customer service is also excellent, and extremely responsive. Our home is sparkling clean and while she moved all our furniture to clean around and under, everything, -accessories, pictures, valuables- were returned to their original spots. After the cleaning service I lined up a week in advance was a no-show on Friday, I quickly contacted Texas Cleaning Services and they were able to send out Leti and Claudia on Monday.They arrived on time and both worked hard for about 5 hours. They were both pleasant and hard working.I wouldnt hesitate to contact this company again and ask for them. They came thru quickly, just when I was expecting company.THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN!!!

This is my first review Ive felt compelled to write because I feel like Texas Cleaning Services went above and beyond to meet my needs. I messaged them through google a day before I was planning on moving out of my apartment, and I was worried it would be too late to find anyone on such short notice. They responded so quickly and were able to tailor the amount of service needed (regular cleaning instead of move-out cleaning), even though I was moving out. They followed up the next day with a phone call as well, and were again very responsive. I ended up not needing their services since we had enough time to clean the apartment ourselves that day , so I called Jacob to let him know an hour and a half before the cleaners were supposed to show up (I know, I feel awful!!). Jacob was super gracious about it. Just based on customer service, I would 110% use their service again!

Texas Cleaning Services has been cleaning my house on a regular basis for about 4 months now. Each time theyve done a fantastic job, shown up on time, and left the place sparkling clean. Add to that their fantastic customer service via email and phone and Ill be a customer for a long long time

Were relatively new clients of TCS but have been extremely happy so far! Started off with a slightly poor experience with one cleaner, but the folks at TCS followed up diligently and were careful to send across someone more experienced the next time we signed up for a clean (Alejandra, who was very good and gave the apartment a much needed, thorough clean). Our current cleaner, Jasmine is simply great! She has a lovely, positive attitude, pays attention to detail and is very receptive to specific cleaning requests. If youre looking for someone who is friendly, yet focused on getting the job done, shes the one!

I used them for 4th of july weekend and they did a great job! They let me know they were running 10 mins late and still did a deep clean! I let the house get a little out of hand and they did the heavy lifting which made organizing later much easier. I like that you can tip your cleaning staff afterwards too! Will definitely be using again!

Phenomenal ! Super easy and convenient booking online. Appreciated the fact that they were able to get someone out to our home on 4th of July. I think this speaks volume about their company. Great customer service as well! Dayana was the person who did our cleaning and she was great! She showed up on time. Our home looked really clean afterwards. Easy transaction as well. They send you a receipt afterwards and charge the credit card on file. As a millennial, we love this! No need to write checks or ensure that we need to be home to pay. We will definitely use this company again. Would highly recommend them if youre in the Austin Area !

What I like about this company is that they want to know what are they doing wrong, not just what are they doing right, they are not afraid of hearing your feedback on what could make them do even better. You getto have the same cleaner come to your house who, over time, will learn what areas they should really focus on according to your preferences.
