The team was responsive and professional! It was very easy to schedule the cleaning; I filled out the online form on Friday, and they made it out on the following Monday. John did a great job; he placed guards around corners to keep the equipment from damaging any walls, and made our dusty carpets smell fresh again! The cleaning occurred during a very rainy week, so with the high humidity, it took a day or so for the carpets to dry out completely (without a dry-vac pass), which we expected.Daniel was also very helpful when I asked questions and offered great advice on how to take care of our carpets!

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. Okay...so for three weeks I have tried to get the 13x11 carpet we have in our living room steam cleaned. I called three of the major carpet cleaners in Austin.The first one, didn’t communicate nor show up even though I filled out their forms & scheduled the appointment online. The second, acted like they could come out that day and as soon as they got my info quickly stated they wouldn’t be able to do it that day even though I mentioned it at the very beginning of the call. The third, did the exact same as the second. Finally, I called B.E.C.T. I spoke with a guy...he was enthusiastic and happy to help. He stated they’d be out in an hour.Boom...they showed up on time. Also, one of the owners actually showed up to do the cleaning himself because their other guys were booked.The minimum charge was $125. Which I expected and didn’t mind paying. Very reasonable. This was not only a large rug but also SAME-DAY service. Just off of the sheer fact that doing the one rug was so quick...Daniel says he’d lightly steam clean our behemoth of a couch because we only needed the rug done.They did an amazing job...and quickly at that. Very clean & very professional.Thank you thank you thank you Daniel. You made this just as quick & painless as I thought it should be. Damn good!!!You got a client for life.

Daniel and John were awesome. They definitely take pride in their work. My travertine looks gorgeous. They were very fair in pricing and made sure we were totally happy before we paid. Had be clean come out to polish 2 marble and.1 travertine counter top. They removed all the scratches, etching and shined them back to new looking! Awesome company to work with!

Oh man it was terrible I got my mango smoothie all over my rug and it was just awful. I tried cleaning it myself and it took so long to clean it up and even after I cleaned it was still so dirty. So I called this company up and did their job amazingly, they did a great job on cleaning it up, there where here on time, and where very professional.

I had the guys come clean my carpet and area rug. I’m an animal foster, so you know what that means. My carpets were pretty stinky. They now look and smell fantastic! They took their time, made sure it was done right and were super friendly. I’d recommend Daniel and his company to anyone who asks and I will be using them again. A super helpful team. I had a small but persistent stain that wasn’t coming out with my own steam cleaner. They called an audible and instead of bringing up their entire setup they used my cleaner and their chemicals to get the stain out- and they only charged me $30 dollars for this.They made my getting the small stain out and convenience a priority. They wore masks inside my home which made me stay safe. And overall they were friendly.Definitely would recommend them!!

I had a great experience working with BE Clean. Communication was quick and easy. They showed up on time. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly. They were professional. Two examples of this: 1. Putting up corner covers to protect the walls in case a hose or something else touched there. 2. covering the wood floor before laying down equipment. I appreciated the excellent customer service and plan to contact them when I need help again.

Both Daniel and Alex are amazing guys. Very professional --- they take pride and truly enjoy their work and strive their best to go beyond customer satisfaction. We recently had them to get my 1200+ sq. ft. natural stone (Travertine) tiles cleaned and polished and, I was truly amazed by the final outcome --- it is as shiny and clean as any new installation. The project was large and went on for multiple days but at every stage of the project, they did an excellent job ---- starting with explaining the process and what to expect, keeping up with the stated schedule, always staying reachable and flexible and finishing the job with exactly what I had in mind. We were so happy that we gave our rugs too for cleaning, which also came back nice and clean. I would definitely recommend them to everyone for their work.

As owners of two very hairy pets, one of which has occasional accidents, our carpets get pretty gross. But B.E. Clean was able to fix that! They were on time, friendly, and very thorough. The communication was amazing from time of scheduling all the way through to the finish of service. This is something that is definitely lacking with other companies around town. We have a 1 year old so there was plenty of stains that needed to be worked on. Alex definitely takes pride in his work as our carpets look brand new in the apartment. I will definitely be using their service again.

These guys are rock solid and do good work. Don’t have to worry about being ripped off or not showing up. They will take care of you. I called these guys out to clean 5 rooms of carpet and a sectional. I have two dogs, one is smaller with bladder issues. So little spots everywhere.... I had the carpets cleaned once before and the company told me the stains were permanent, well be clean carpet and tile removed every single one of them!! Wow I’m so excited! Will use them forever!

Alex & Daniel came to our 40 your old house and did a fantastic job with the tile, wood, and the little carpet that we have. They did such a great job that I trusted them to do a very expensive Persian rug that we have. I was a little hesitant at first because of the value of the rug but it turned out absolutely phenomenal. I will use them again in the future.

Ive moved between rental houses a few times and BE Clean has cleaned my floors at move-in and move-out each time. Theyve done carpet twice, tile, a large area rug, and all my furniture. Everything looked spotless afterwards; even after 20 years of wear and tear, the grout in the tile looked completely restored - it was almost a black and white difference. I even had some urine stains from my cat on the rug and now you cant tell at all. Their prices have been reasonable each time. Ive signed up for their maintenance clean plan every 6 months and Im sure itll be a great value, since paying them to clean it regularly will help me get my full security deposit back when I move again. These guys are top notch, and definitely worth using for any cleaning needs!
