Ive taken both of my cars here. One for a full car ceramic coating and tint. One for a full car matte wrap ppf, ceramic and tint. Without hesitation Id come back and do each of my cars again 100%.Brian is awesome. Hes super chill but he really knows his stuff and he listens to what you want. Had a great experience at Austin Detailing this week. I was helped out by Erika who was very helpful getting me booked in and organizing a hire car. I had not had any detailing before and Erika guided me through the whole process explaining their different services and providing recommendations.I had some cosmetic paint and wheel scuff repair done to my Tesla Model Y along with a ceramic coat. I couldnt be happier with the results. The car is looking better than when I took delivery of it brand new.I would have no hesitation recommending these guys and will be going back to get some additional protective work done.

This crew obviously stays busy but takes the time to explain everything to you and keeps you up to date and cares for your car the same way you do. I recently had a good deal of detailing done to my car and it looks great. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

What more can I say about Brian Daly, Jackson, and Austin Detailing crew on the dent/pair repair they just knocked out for my Model 3 (Einstein). They did an amazing job! I posted about my dent earlier in the week in the group. I got quotes from the only 2 Tesla certified shops in SA. Alamo Heights for $3k/7 days, and Service King $2k/10-14 days. Who could be without their Model 3 for that long?! I had seen great things about Austin Detailing in a Tesla Facebook group so connected with Brian the owner about it. He was able to squeeze me in quickly, provide a loaner vehicle, and quoted little under $1k for the job. Took the car in Friday morning and picked up Saturday afternoon. The pictures don’t do it justice and the work involved to fix it up. Brian kept me updated throughout the whole process which really cool! They also cleaned Einstein after work was done, which was appreciated!Austin, y’all have a hidden gem with Austin Detailing...and SA folks, it’s worth the drive!

Asked about various services to clean my car up before turning it in at the end of my lease. Submitted a request online and was told to come in for an estimate. I drove about 30 minutes there and 30 min back for the estimate because this seemed like a high quality business that would be worth the 500-1k$ I budgeted for paint correction. After having the service manager take photos and walk around the car she said she would send the quote over that day. Day passed and no email with the quote. Next morning I called to see what the issue was and turns out they just dont think they can take on the job or simply dont want to do it. No email response saying they would be unable to do it, no phone call after the discussion, they just expected me to give up communicating and go elsewhere. Personally I find this type of behavior incredibly unprofessional and certainly wont be taking any business here in the future.

The place is great, the skill is excellent. I had some personal issue that I could not pick my car at 6pm. After I called Brian, he came at 7pm again to let me pick my car. Id really like to say this is the best car service I got ever!

Drove from Pflugerville to get my car detailed properly after an errant dealer wax job. I didnt think the paint would ever be normal again, but these guys knew exactly what to do. Car looks brand new again for a decent price and quick labor. Would highly recommend for any sort of cosmetic job your vehicle may need.

Scheduling with Laura was easy she was extremely helpful with setting an appointment to fit my schedule. All of the other detailing places I called to set up an appointment were completely backlogged for months mainly due to the fact they are the only person in their business. This business has flexibility of coming to you and plenty of staff to match.However, I took my car into the shop to have it detailed. As soon as I put my keys in their hands they got to work which is important to me with my busy schedule. Brian the owner introduced himself and he rocks! He offered advice to maintain my car and let me know if I have any questions he is always available.You can really tell Brian works hard to run his business and has a real eye for detail. I watched him work side by side with an employee and he made sure everything was ideal. When they were finished with my car it was immaculate. He is definitely a perfectionist and that combined with his hard work and professionalism will have me returning again.

This is a wonderful service. I love the fact that they come to my house and do such a great job. As a traveling teacher I practically live in my car all year, so have it detailed at the beginning of every summer. I use to take my car to places where I would wait for hours to get my car detailed. They worked on my old pickup to get it ready for me to sell. Had bad stains on the fabric seats and didnt expect for them to perform a miracle but sure enough I was pleasantly surprised at just how wonderful my seats looked after they did their thing. Also had the engine cleaned and when the hood was opened I think it looked cleaner than when I bought it. I used Google maps to find the place and ended up at the landscaping place and this place is just before that to the left. They have a small sign so look for that as the place is not visible from the street. I will take my other vehicle there for sure!.

I brought my car into Austin Detailing after a foster dog had a massive accident in my car and rendered it unusable. they took my car same day and had it ready by the afternoon. drop off was quick, friendly and easy and my car looks (and smells) great!

My wifes car was completely soiled inside by the auto relocation company. There were greasy fingerprints and smudges all throughout my light interior. Austin Detailing did a fantastic job removing all of the greasy stains and made the rest of the interior and exterior look like new! These guys are extremely professional, punctual, and the best part is that they will come right to your house! I was extremely impressed and fully intend on using their services on a regular basis.

This place is not as great as it might seem from their reviews. A lot of pictures in the reviews are from Brian Daly (who I think is the owner), or just other staff members. Although, Ive seen that car detailing places seem to be hit or miss anyway. I took my 2012 camry here, that I bought new in, uh, 2012, and this is the first time I needed detailing on this car. Ive always maintained my cars such that they dont get too bad, and may be thats why my expectations were higher going in (i.e., the detailing guys are pros, and Im just another guy; surely they can do a better job than me; they did, but not by much). I do realize theres only so much new one can make a 7 yr old car, but in some spots it seemed that they didnt even try hard enough. When I asked, they said they tried everything. May be they really did, which just makes me wonder if I should bring my other cars here. Their legalese also states something like, well try our best; no guarantees.

Brian from Austin detailing is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I got our BMW i3 tinted all around using Xpel prime Xr [including the windscreen] & they did a perfect job at a fair price. They also finished the job in less than 2 hours. We have noticed an immediate difference in comfort in areas that had too much mid-day sun. We would recommend Austin detailing for window tinting & any other service that they offers. Good guys and great auto glass tinting, thanks again!

This is a fantastic and well run service. The guys were in contact with me before arriving and kept me updated on their arrival status; none of that waiting around all day for someone to show up that many services put you through. They made the whole process so simple, especially considering my car is in a garage. On top of it all, Brian offered some of the friendliest service I have ever experienced in any setting. When it comes to cars I am always afraid of being hassled, but these guys just give honest, friendly, A+ service and quality work.

I cannot say enough good things about Austin Detailing - they were prompt, professional, and did a great job.I called to make and appointment and got really lucky as they had just had a cancelation for the next day. They arrived right on time and just simply asked me move my car out into the drive way so they could have plenty of room to work. They worked on my car for over 3.5 hours and it was so sparkly when they were finally done.The owner ended up dropping by just before they were finished just to make sure I was satisfied with the work, even said if I noticed something they missed to just give him a call and he would fix it (of course I did not). Pricing was reasonable, although I was not sure if tipping was normal or not so I did leave a tip.Will use again!

My wife spilled a full cup of coffee on the front seat of her 2012 GMC Acadia. Austin Detailing got it all out, stains and all!! My wife was very impressed. It looks like it never happened!! Weve taken two Teslas to Brian and team now, and have been incredibly satisfied in both instances. We were part of the mad Model 3 rush in April of 2018, and despite dealing with a massive influx of cars, I always felt prioritized and important, as Brian was extremely communicative throughout the process. The same goes for the second vehicle they worked on just last month. For both cars, we went with full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating, as well as tint on all windows + sunroof + rear windshield. Last year, they outsourced the tinting to a local shop (who did a great job), but they now do tinting in house as well, and did a phenomenal job. This time, I was torn on how dark to go with tint, and Brian provided a great breakdown of lighter and darker options and Im extremely happy with my decision. They even wrapped my center console with a slick matte black wrap for free. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Vacuumed out my seats and was extremely kind and professional. This is the Austin service I grew up with! After getting the run around from another detailing company ( they ran late, finally showed up, reschedule due to rain, and then never showed nor called the next day) I gave Austin Detailing a call but was leery that it would be another dead end. I really wanted the car detailed within the week, as I had just purchased a new car and wanted to get my old one moved on, Their schedule was packed, but I was excited when Laura went out of her way to juggle some things to get me in. Brian came out to detail my car. He was thorough in communicating with me every step of the way, even when another appointment had him running late. I needed to get my car cleaned in a hurry (my dog had a major accident in my car over the weekend) and they were able to see me first thing Monday morning.I worked at an office nearby, and they were able to offer me a ride to work after I dropped of my car, as well as pick me up to get my car once it was done. So convenient!They did a commendable job. Ive never seen my car so clean! Took my 2008 Infiniti G37 to Brian. Turns out, the car had been repainted prior to my purchase. Austin Detailing sanded, polished, and Opti Glossed it. Brian went far and above what I expected and performed a small miracle. It now looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend these guys, and will definitely be back and recommend them to friends

New to the area and was looking for a good car detailer and now I dont need to look any further. Had our Honda Civic detailed after a long road trip from New York City.They were able to clean the seats that had several stains and also get all the hardened sap, bugs and grime from 3 years of driving in NYC off the exterior. We were completely impressed with the quality job that Jason and the crew did. It sparkles in the sun and smells almost like a new car. VERY PLEASED with the results and would absolutely recommend them.My only minor comment is that it took a couple of attempts calling before I got a response. They are by appointment only so you need to be patient with response time but absolutely worth the wait!!!!

I did just about the dumbest thing you can do to you car. I left the windows rolled down during a storm--a 6 hour storm--and then did absolutely nothing to fix it for 5 days while it baked in the Austin heat. When I called Austin Detailing, my car had already accumulated the worst smell of mildew and I thought at the very least they could make it smell a little better. Nope. They got rid of it completely. And while they were at it, they got rid of every stain and dust particle in my car too. Best $100 Ive ever spent!

Wow, my 2004 blue Ford Sport Trac looks brand new!I was a little skeptical of auto detailing from a past experience, but I had to pick up some clients from the airport and needed a professional. I checked some reviews and called Austin Detailing.I expected to get a voicemail on a Sunday afternoon, but Laura picked up and she was great. She explained all the packages and current specials and was a big part of why I decided to book. Her professionalism made me feel like I was going to receive the detail that I was looking for...and they came through!My dark blue paint job was fading and scratched up and the cloth seats inside were stained. Brian came out with his team and spent some extra time on the paint job, because it now has a nice deep shine and the scratches are minimized. No other detailer has been able to remove those seat stains, either.Thanks again to Brian and Laura! I will be back!

This place is AMAZING! Ive had my Nissan Xterra since 2009.. I feel like I just got a new car all over again. I almost ran into the back of 3 cars the day after I picked my Xterra up bc I was looking at how amazing the inside looks. Pay the money, its well worth it, and only admire it while completely stopped. 😀

First, let it be known that this was my first and only detailing service to date.Five stars for customer service, 4-5 for detailing. I had a good experience from beginning to end; Laura was friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment and Brian, the owner, is genuine and knowledgeable.I brought my 2005 Mazda Hatchback here for a full interior and exterior detailing. My car gets truly disgusting as I have dogs and ride horses. They did an excellent job to restore her. The interior was once again a black beauty and the exterior offered a sleek reflection. Vents, compartments, windows, carpets: all sparkly. It felt great.Yes, I would recommend Austin Detailing.-------After I brought the car home I looked her over again and thought they missed a few spots of the interior. Specifically, where the plastic meets carpet. Nothing major, just not what I considered detailed. Apparently Brian comes behind his team to double check the job but was out of town. Laura did everything to address my concerns that perfect customer service requires. I am very happy with the way AD treated me and believe they did a great job.-------PSA:In the future I want to explore other options to compare. Before I went to AD I did a LOT of research to find my best option. Which is why Im writing this, as maybe youre reading these reviews to compare. There are other shops out there with great feedback, but AD received my business because of price and availability.For a full int/ext AD charges the SUV price for a (Mazda) Hatchback, not a small car as I had expected. **They were upfront about this before booking. But I still wanted to know why, as my logic was that a Hatcback doesnt differ in size/doors/windows than a car with a trunk. I was fully expecting it to be because of the tire well and the small, plastic compartments in the hatchback area. Which is why I was ultimately disappointed in the detailing: that area wasnt cleaned at all.ADs owner informed me that its due to the flooring material used in these crossovers which traps dirt and hair. Additionally, interior details dont even generally cover the wheel well. So, I suppose, the extra cost is for extended vacuuming and (I cant remember if anything else was mentioned).What AD doesnt charge for, however, is pet hair removal. And, to be fair, Ive heard theyre flexible on the price if your car isnt in bad shape.I didnt expect all of the stains in my 10 year old car to vanish, but for the additional cost I thought the extra-tire well would be the culprit. Because if a detailing service doesnt cover that, than who does? (AD cleaned it up for me after I expressed my confusion)This really isnt a big concern for me, but I do find it worthwhile to note what calls for an extra charge.------
