Jenkins was recommended by our insurance company and definitely no regret in having them because even though there was a change in the contractor, having Rick as our contractor in the end was a blessing because he did a great job in finishing the work. the thing I like the most is his integrity and honesty which is a very good asset for his company. He is very easy to talk to and he really takes time to explain things to you and he Listens, which makes us feel valued as clients. he really does take ownership of what he says as well. You can tell how a good person he is, he takes his work personally like he is working on is his own property. definitely highly recommended. the people he sent to our house to do the jobs as well were all the same high quality work kind of people. thank you for doing a great job and helping families like mine. Jenkins Restoration did an absolutely beautiful restoration on our kitchen. Joshua Myers, our contractor was fantastic he worked with us to give us all we wanted and more. Freddie Barron and his helper Octavio were very skilled and professional about restoring our kitchen back to the way it was and at the same time brought a 1960s kitchen into the 21st century. Your company recently did a kitchen restoration for us. The employees did a phenomenal job. Whenever we had questions they had the answers. They listened and helped us out. For everything you guys have done for us. We are thankful. Josh Myers and Freddy Barron were nice, kind and once again very helpful.

I had a fire that required an extensive remodel to an older home. Jenkins was the third contractor on the job, the first two had to be fired. That meant the Jenkins had to correct all the prior mistakes as well as finish the remaining work. My adjuster, RD Harms, was beyond professional, organized, knowledgeable, and thorough. He worked with my insurance company to rewrite the estimate so that the project was a success. When someone has an event like a fire that displaces them, it is traumatic, even if there is no loss of life, which thank God, I did not have. However, the stress of such a large unexpected project without an honest, competent partner is horrible. I certainly wish I had known about Jenkins from the start. I highly recommend them.

Rick Vincent has been very responsive and on top of it. He has been encouraging and a great communicator between myself and the other contractors. I appreciate his willingness to have my back in a somewhat stressful scenario. Thanks for helping us get our home back up and running!

Rick and his team at Jenkins were very good at working with our insurance we are happy with the team that did the repairs on our house. and the mitigation guys did an excellent job as well we enjoyed working with them while repairing the damages that were done we would highly recommend using them again They are a world class company and our first choice from now on.

Had a leak and they came right out and checked everything for us. They were recommended through our insurance and I can see why because they are nice people and great at what they do. Jose was great and was very patient with us as we decided what route we were going to take with repairs and restoration. I appreciate his & their patience and not rushing or hounding us for answers. Also, I appreciate all the changes they made for quotes for us.

Josh Myers did a great job at holding his people accountable for their work! If it wasn’t for Josh, this would of been a bigger headache than needed to be. Josh alone is the reason why we would recommend this company to anyone needing renovations. He is a great, hard working, family feel type of person!

This whole experience has been a nightmare. I made an Insurance Claim and they Insurance Company picked Jenkins for the work. A job that should have taken about 2 months is now over a year and and 9 months and still isnt done. They just send guys when available now. I have asked for a schedule of when they would have guys here since the beginning and never received any. They have different guys coming and you get one team that seems good then they send a different group that makes mistakes and cause damage and has to be redone. If you have a claim in my opinion take the money and find your own contractor. As I said this has been a nightmare.

RIck, the manager was great job. Kept in contact with us throughout process so we new what to expect and when. Actually provided more than was promised. Berry whose crew did the work were very capable and proficient I would recommend.

Slow service. They take months to finish work. Most frustrating thing happened to me in 2020 is jenkins. Yes corona is second.

I have to rave about this company and their employees especially Josh Myers! Our kitchen sink developed a leak which led to bottom cabinets being restored and more work to the kitchen. Right from the moment Josh Myers called me to the completion of the project, he was fabulous! Josh explained every step, was caring about what we went through and answered every question I had. Freddy Barron was a big asset to this and we are so pleased with his work ethic and skills! Jenkins Restorations (Daniel and his team) did an amazing job handling all of my belongings after my house fire. Daniel remained in great communication with me about the entire process, letting me know what to expect and when. I am very impressed with their services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!

I was referred to Jenkins by my insurance company after my house flooded. They were quick to check out damage, build a quote and even get a team in to do the drywall repair. We did request a change order from our original scope and paid for the upgraded materials and labor required upfront. It took 3+ months and lots of delays before we ultimately cut our losses and terminated our contract. The branch manager was professional, highly responsive and cooperative in the termination process of the contract. Communication was an ongoing challenge and the subcontractors were unreliable. Kudos to branch manager for driving to fast resolution, but overall I would not recommend this company.

Jose was phenomenal to work with. No matter the time of day, he responded immediately to my calls and texts. He was very patient throughout the process ensuring that we had all our questions answered. You would be hard pressed to find such a detailed and responsive contractor!

I will not recommend Jenkins Restorations to anyone due to my experience working with them the past 11 months. I had a fire in my 1668 sq. ft. property and it had to be rebuild. I lost virtually everything I owned in this fire. After the fire, the only thing left were the interior/exterior studs because the roof and joist were also destroyed. Jenkins replaced all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, cabinets, flooring, etc. The only unexpected delays were because the plumbing drain line needed to be replaced and also some difficulty passing the building inspections from City of Austin Building Inspectors. The initial move-in /completion date was 4/15/2019. Then it got pushed back, again, again, again and again. And all of these five times the completion date got pushed back, I had to contact the Project Manager and ask if I was going to be able to move in? He didnt give me any notice that we were behind schedule and were not going to meet the deadline. Terrible communication and unprofessional of him, and his manager, not to recognize he wasnt going to meet the schedule he told me!!! To make it completely frustrating and stressful, I was required to give 30 day notice to vacate the rental duplex I was residing in. Five times I notified the landlord that I would be moving out and four times I had to go back and ask for more time. (Luckily, the landlord hadnt rented to another tenant or I didnt changed power service, cable, gas etc.). In the end, the house was completed and it is nice, but the scheduling and communication about the scheduling delays, multiple times, was very unprofessional and very stressful for someone who had lived in a house for 20+ years and lost virtually all my personal property. I feel that Jenkins Restoration fell very short of their mission statement of Restoring Property and Lives with a servants heart and will put my experience online to share my Jenkins experience with everyone. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Look elsewhere.

They did an excellent job on my insurance claim. Water damage. Contacted insurance company to move them along. Clear estimate. Jose promptly returned calls and kept me posted on any changes. Will use again for home remodel.

I have been dealing with Rick for over 6 weeks on a job that should have been completed in approx 2-3 weeks according to my insurance provider. . We were trying to get the large hole in our ceiling fixed prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday - which we had plenty of time to do. He drug his heels on getting the estimate into the insurance company. When it finally got approved, Rick called me to tell me they dont have time to do the work. Ive not dealt with anyone so unprofessional and unreliable before. Frustrating!

I was in despair when my one storey home flooded but Jenkins Restoration came to my immediate rescue and put my mind at ease. Within hours dryers were placed everywhere, damaged items were removed and although it was noisey for a few days...my home was getting dried out. After the drying process they came in as unobtrusively as possible and made my home look better than it was prior to the flood. I would highly recommend this dedicated company always

Glad to have found Jenkins Restorations through a USAA referral. They were responsive, on time and did a great job repairing water damage from a water heater leak. Even helped me out with a few other projects I was needing to get taken care of. Work was done in the estimated time frame and looks great. Will keep their number in my phone for future repairs.

Josh was very professional and quick to resolve all of the issues we had when our tub leaked water from the second floor into our living room. Service and workmanship were great.

Quick, professional and responsive to the restoration of our home after some water damage. Couldnt have been more pleased!

I had a wastewater flood inside my house after tree roots blocked the sewer service line. I called Jenkins and they had a remediation team show up that same day to set up fans and dry things up. The next day, I was contacted by Jose, one of their project managers. He came out, did an assessment of the extensive damage (every room except the kitchen and spare bedroom were flooded) and then worked with my insurance company to get repairs started. The repair job went very well, and Jose was very good at answering all my questions and walking me through the process of getting the house repaired. The quality of work that was done was excellent, and everyone I interacted with during the renovation was very professional and very helpful. I would definitely use Jenkins Restorations again.
