Jenna was very easy to work with. She listened to what I wanted and sent me photos to give me an idea of what could be done. She and her husband created a beautiful balloon bouquet for my daughter’s 30th birthday. They even called my son-in-law to coordinate the delivery. My daughter was very surprised — and she loved the balloons!

I gave a few instructions but not a lot, and Brett did a wonderful job of being excited, helpful and constructive about what we needed. I was throwing a baby shower and needed decorations for 10 people. Brett suggested a baby rattle made of balloons, and recommended 3-5 per chair. The rattle was ADORABLE. Then we needed to pick the balloons up in the morning, but I later realized (8 oclock the night before the shower) that I needed to pick them up at least an hour earlier. When we called, Brett was understanding and extremely accommodating. Since we were driving down from Dallas the morning of the shower, he asked that we call and give an ETA, as they were very busy making deliveries that morning and all day. They were ready when we got there, and beyond what we expected. They were affordable, and had such cute options, without lacking in quality of product or customer service. Theyre a local family owned business and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Please make sure to keep them in mind and use them for your next balloon needing event!

My daughter, who lives in Austin, had a birthday yesterday. Brett was easy to work with, and he was very busy. He said my daughters address was really close, so he said hed just do it for me. Balloons N Smiles did our balloons for our Class of 2020 graduation parade. They had very little time to complete quite a big task, and they did it with no problem. Our balloons turned out beautiful. They delivered them with plenty of time before our event, and the staff was super friendly.

Balloons N Smiles provided all our 300 balloons for the Travis ECHS Senior Parade Celebration. During this time of Covid, it was very challenging to figure out how we were going to get balloons already, aired up, and ready to use in decorating our campus. They had everything delivered to our campus and ready to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Balloons and Smiles provided two gorgeous balloons for our fundraiser last month. I had seen a style I wanted on Pinterest and described it to them. They created it perfectly - they were two 3 foot ballons that looked like hot air balloons. They answered all my phone calls, listened wonderfully, and delivered on time. Best of all, our attendees loved them and we raised a lot of money for an amazing group of people. They are the best!

Bret saved the day - couldn’t find a gender reveal balloon anywhere (Party City won’t fill it up for you anymore, you have to put the confetti in yourself 🙄). Called him and he got right back to me. Worked it all out and he had it ready for me the next day in time for the party. He puts smaller balloons inside of the big balloon and advised to use paper shred instead of confetti for clean up purposes. He walked me through all the potential hazards of popping, not because it will pop too easily but because this is the one balloon you DON’T want to pop prematurely - that would ruin everyone’s day. All went perfectly! It’s a boy yall!! Will definitely use him again.
