When factors outside of their control made them run a bit late to my location, they made sure to keep me updated on when theyd be getting there, which I found compassionate and helpful. Plus, they were kind and friendly, and let me ride with them to the pep boys so I wouldnt have to pay for a lyft.

Good customer service. Very pleasant for a towing company. Guy that released car to me was patient. They gave me a small discount (prob bcuz they could see I was struggling. [Had to sell all my stocks & crypto to get close to their price. Plus, the whole reason my car was there was bcuz someone broke the window & stole it, AND wrecked it. So they knew I was gonna have way more expenses anyway.]) So it wasnt all about the money with them like it seems to be with most tow companies. Very professional on the phone too.

Does not have professional drivers to do the job...when bad weather exist.. they dont want to take a call .. .never call this company .and they charge over the normal rates.. as they supposed too

They were very professional from the get go. Offered me a flat rate and stuck to their word. They gave me a 1 hour time frame of when it would be and were right on time. Angel did a great job hauling my car from a sticky spot and gave me a ride back to my house. Highly recommend.

I called early Sunday morning and needed a tow from the north side to the south side. I called and received a quote over the phone and the resulting tow was the same as quote. Very reasonable and in a timely fashion. The man who met me was very outgoing and we had a few laughs about the spray painted van. We loaded up the van very easily with the truck and drove to destination. Van was dropped off in location I requested and I am very thankful for that. If it was any faster they would have been called lightning towing. Thanks 🙏🏼

Called and left a message at 6 AM. Rick, the owner, called back shortly after, apologizing for missing the call. I explained my situation and the logistics. He said Gustavo could get to me by 830. No problem I replied. He showed up before 800 and took care of me. Price was as expected. I hope I never NEED another tow (who does?) but I would not hesitate to call them if needed. Excellent service. I had to get my car towed out of a parking garage and they were friendly and very quick to show up. They were also extremely affordable, my bill was far less than I was bracing myself for. I certainly don’t hope to need a towing company again any time soon, but if I do I’ll definitely be calling them back.

I worked with Rick, the owner of Bullet Towing, to manage the towing of my brother’s vehicle. My brother died unexpectedly in April 2020 and one of the tasks was to find someone reputable to help us with the towing of my brother’s vehicle. Rick went above and beyond to assist our family; He educated us on how personal property like vehicles can be processed after someone dies. He continually acknowledged our family’s pain and loss while stepping in to assist in making this as painless as possible. His empathy, responsiveness, and advocacy for our family when dealing with the loss of our brother/son/uncle was unparalleled. After waiting four hours for another tow truck company that never showed up I called and spoke with Karen. She was very straightforward told me the price and said she could have a driver there in one hour and 15 minutes. Approximately one hour and 15 minutes later a driver showed up. Karen then followed up and informed me that they were four minutes late, I informed her I consider this Completely acceptable and she would be getting a Christmas card. Driver was courteous and professional and I was charged the amount I was quoted.

We called in at 9:53 AM EST with a 30-45 min window ETA....are just arriving now at 1:35 PM EST...no call to let us know there would be a delay. Unacceptable - I dont really care that much about the price but the time wasted by not getting it into the shop and having my mechanic look at it will cost me double as thats another day Im down a truck. Will not be using them in the future

I was having unknown car issues and wasn’t able to get ahold of AAA. I contacted bullet and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice and understanding. I ended up calling back asking him if they would submit the invoice to AAA and he honestly explained why they don’t work submit invoices for payment and told me if I needed to cancel the pick up just let them know.I was able to get through to AAA and was told I would be receiving a free tow. Naturally I accepted the tow and called back Bullet again the gentleman was extremely nice & understanding and even wished me luck going forward and happy holidays. Thank you for your kindness even though I didn’t use your service!

Have used Bullet Towing before. First time i used them they arrived early. Second time i used them, they arrived early as well, was quoted almost 2 hours, and they arrived shortly after an hour. Awesome job guys of being accurate on your time quotes. 👏🏻 i will use them again for sure!

Wow. Towing companies are inherently shady and just out to screw you over, right? Wrong. Or at least not with this towing company. I called in a panic, stuck in a ditch, and even though they dont normally tow in my area, they still helped me out. They were super fast, and half the price that the other towing companies were going to charge me (which makes you wonder, eh?). Also, in my experience, towing guys have been kind of scary and intimidating. This towing guy was so friendly, and even made me feel better about the fact that I ended up stuck in a ditch. I dont hope to need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, Im definitely calling Bullet Towing.

I wish a had a better word than great to describe the interactions I have had with Rick and his team. I was faced with an extremely difficult situation and Rick made it almost a non issue. He kept me up-to-date with the happenings and stayed in contact even after hours. I am very grateful that I stumbled across this place. I would recommend them to anyone.

Typically you are not having the best of days when you need to call a tow service. But you cannot help but feel at least a little bit better after talking to Carissa on the phone from Bullet Towing. She is professional and gets the necessary information to give you a quote, but she does it with such heart and a sympathetic ear. I felt their prices were fair, the tow driver punctual, and he was also very kind to me on a not-so-good day. I would recommend Bullet Towing without reservation!

Super nice people and my car got safely towed to the requested destination. I highly recommend them. I never imagined feeling good about using a tow service before, but both the lady on dispatch and the tow truck driver were very considerate. They asked me what was going on and empathized with my situation, which was very much appreciated. Ill use them any time I need anything towed again.

I have used their services twice and both times been very impressed.I had the same recurring problem over and over where my car wouldn’t start. CarMax couldn’t figure out the problem after 3 visits in the same year. And then Tony G. showed up from Bullet Towing and told me I should try taking it out of park and putting it back in. It started immediately!!! He explained that some cars have a sensor connected to the gear and even when it’s in park sometimes it has to be re-done just to activate the car’s sensor to allow the car to start. He knew more than CarMax and has saved me more stress! And then, Bullet Towing didn’t even charge me for the lost time in coming to me! GREAT COMPANY, better people :)

I chose Bullet because of their prior Google reviews; called midday on Sunday; call was answered promptly and clearly by Jenny; dispatch was prompt, and the driver, Danny, called me saying he was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival Danny was very helpful and professional.Only a $90 tow charge, which is very competitive versus other towing experiences Ive had - especially for a Sunday.Ive saved their information in my phone; hope to not need them but wont hesitate to use them in/around Austin.

Didnt get a tow from here but received tremendous help! My truck broke down around 11pm and I had no clue what to do. I called the first tow company from my Google search and a helpful lady named Karen answered. She gave me all the help I needed; even setting me up with another tow company that was closer to save me some money. These people are fantastic, I would highly recommend.

I was, and always have been skeptical about towing services. We have all been burned a time or two but today left me no choice, I had to get a lift. Tony came by and hooked me up and we were on our way. He was more than professional and personable and made this somewhat stressful time more easily digested. This company had only 3 reviews when I searched for towing services in Austin, TX, but all 3 were Excellent. Very fair pricing, service second to none, and most important - prompt, timely, and extra careful. We paid for this tow from a different city, and had no trouble having someone come out to meet us at exactly the time they said theyd be there. Terry was the gentleman who helped us, and his positive attitude and courtesy helped turn the situation into a painless one. The dispatcher was super helpful, and after calling 4 other companies, Bullet was still $10 less than everyone else. All of this on Super Bowl Sunday. Thank you Bullet, thank you Terry. Tony at Bullet Towing came to the rescue when my car spontaneously quit accelerating on I-35. Its never fun to be stuck on the side of the road, and to top it off it was about 98 degrees outside so I was thrilled that it only took Bullet Towing 30 minutes to arrive, despite it being evening rush hour traffic. Not only did he have a quick arrival, Tony went the extra mile and drove us back to our house after he dropped our car off at the mechanic, which was so nice since we just moved to the area and literally had no one to pick us up. I will definitely use Bullet Towing again if I ever need the service again in the future!

My battery died and after trying to revive it once, I decided to get it towed to the nearest Auto Zone. I called and spoke with the owner and he advised for me to try a few tricks and lo-and-behold, it worked.My battery started working again, enough for me to drive and get it replaced, without it being towed. I actually called and thanked them. Why? Because any business owner that cares that much about his customers to avoid making a sale says TONS. He could have easily said something to come and tow my car. I wouldnt have known the difference. But he didnt and I was more impressed with his ability to help me as a person instead of making a sale and thats why Im leaving a review.

The vehicle operator Jeff showed up on time and was both charismatic and professional. He went above and beyond in his responsibilities and helped clean oil off my driveway left by my beleaguered vehicle. Id be happy to use Bullet Towing again in the future.

I had a car in Marble Falls that I needed towed to Austin and after ten minutes of holding they gave me a ridiculous price of $457 to tow it. I then asked if I could get the 10% discount for mentioning their website, like it says on their website, and the lady told me Ok, then its $447 and I told her that was not 10%, but $10 and that it should be $411.30. Then another lady came on the phone, who Im guessing was the manager and told me that they actually dont go out that far to tow. So not only are they ridiculously priced, but they gave me the run around, wasted my time, tried to shyster me with the 10 dollar scam, and flat-out lied to me.
