Excellent customer service! Johnny Rendon, answered the business line phone promptly yesterday afternoon and we discussed my need to have my dead 2008 Ford Focus hauled away. He asked for pictures to be sent to his cell phone, he reviewed them immediately and both texted and called right back with the quote. He offered to take it yesterday but it was late in the day and said it might be tough but hed try. We made an appointment for this morning. He arrived promptly this morning as stated, very pleasant and easy personality by the way, and he presented the cash, and in a flash the car was gone. Excellent experience. I got stranded and the towing truck arrived within 30 minutes. Jose was friendly and professional. He even maneuvered to back the truck up with the rack, and reposition/remount it back to the front wheels so that I didn’t have to roll the truck at all. Would definitely use this service again.
