Best service in Austin! I went in for an oil change and Perla who works at the desk greeted me with a smile! She made me feel as if I had been going there for years, super friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. Super fast service as well and at a decent price too! Won’t be going anywhere else!!

San Fernando autoservice is an extremely efficient and friendly facility. I will definitely be going there for all my future car troubles and needs. Perla always greets me and makes me feel welcomed and always answers my questions to the best of her ability.

Can we give less than 1 star? Very poor business. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The time of wait for a 15 to 20 minute service was over an 1 1/2 hours. They are not properly staffed. I got there at 8 am when they opened. I made arrangements with my employer to be in a a specific time and was late. My son left walking in the rain to school because I could not get him there due to waiting on a service that takes all of 10 minutes. The manager at the front desk also told me my monitors werent working and this is why my car failed inspection. She instructed me to drive 50-100 miles explaining this is something that could happen if there was a new battery so I followed those instructions and returned failing due to the same thing. I requested but was not given a refund because they already performed the service 😩. I would not use this business ever again for anything inspection, oil change, or whatever other services they offer. Ill be glad to complete my business transaction with them so I can omit this negativity from my life.

Love this place, I come here for all my oil changes and inspections and occasionally any mechanical issues that come up. Guillermo and Perla are very welcoming and never mind answering any car related question I happen to have. also shout out to my homie alan he a real g.

I get my inspections done here all the time, will not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I can not say enough good things about San Fernando.

I used to really like this place. Id go all the way from Del Valle to North Lamar to get my oil changed here because they were fast and the price was so reasonable. Well not this time. I took my sons 99 Expedition in and it cost a little over $80 to change the oil; this was regular oil, not synthetic. The young lady working said becaue it took 6 quarts. Mine took 7 quarts of synthetic and only cost $20 more. Too bad, been doing business with these guys for about 5+ years now. But like I told her: time to find a new place to have my oil changed.

I have worked here a few years now and can safely say with certainty that the people who work here are amazing and do their job very well and I have had no issues with them both as a customer and an employee. Perla does an outstanding job managing anything from diagnostics to oil changes.

Ive been coming here for about 4 years now for fuel pump, inspections ,and oil change withm no problems but I recently got oil change and got a quote from Perla front desk. And the quote she gave me was wrong and i should have paid more but she honored her price and I respect that. Ill b going back for my services.thx guys

I took my car to this place for an oil chancge and right after I went back to my house I noticed an oil leak, took my car bac and miguel the guy in charge says that my car was already leaking before the oil change which it is not true. This place break cars to get more money from costumers. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP.

This place is amazing, they were a blessing to my parents. They are on a fix income and had taken their car to get ac work some where else they paid over $500.00 and the ac didnt even work. We were recommended to this place. They fixed the ac problem and charged only the recharge fee. I want to say thank you especially to Guillermo Yanez for his kindness. If your look for someone honest to work on your car this is the place you don t have to look any further.

PEOPLE! PLEASE READ THIS! Don’t go to this place for anything or even less inspection! These fools abuse customers cars, I don’t live far off from this place and I always see these guys floor peoples car, brake until the wheels locked, not too long ago I was at the corner store right in front of this place, a guy dropped off a mustang, as I left I was behind the mustang with one of the workers driving it I see it take off and not brake at all on the speed bumps then stops, soon I see this guy doing a burnout IN A CUSTOMERS CAR! As always I see getting cars abused for the workers own fun. Please no one bring your cars here!!!!!

Fast and friendly service.

I took my car last month to this location and they lied to me that they changed the oil after 2 weeks my car maintenance light turned on and I went to Jiffy Lube and changed the oil again and it cost me double. I dont prefer this location to anyone and dont trust these guys. If you change your oil with these guys, stay there to see, if they really change your oil or if they put the good quality oil. I am really frustrated.

Very nice and professional staff. I came here for my State Inspection and when my engine check light came on (for a P0171).They did a visual inspection, found no vacuum leaks, and cleaned the dirty MAF sensor gratis. Thanks!

The worst workshop I could find for more than half a year to fix my car and pure obstacles that did not have this and did not have the other at the end after so much waiting they give me the car and wings 2 days that it breaks down again that according to you Sensors were missing and the computer did not work, they changed it and everything and that was not what was heating the motor that occupied the fans, they changed them without so much detail they gave it to me and not even the month that the fans burned the sensors that they put were badly the computer was not programmed in the end I almost ended up paying 5000 and for nothing do not spend your money in that workshop I do not recommend them at all

Its actually a bad place with bad communication, I brought my truck to repair and they opened the warranty on the engine x part of the dealer and they took two weeks to give me real information until I contact the diler that sold me the truck and in one day I will fix it.But I had to borrow a car for two weeks and when I thought the worst was over and I had the truck ready, it turned out that it had an oil leak.The workshop is called again and they answer you wrongly and think that you are cheating them with the problem.It turns out that they did not adjust the feet and oil leak ok. They give me an hour to pick up my truck and after two more hours of time they finally finish I hope this time it looks good

Very good service, very fast and very friendly. Besides, they recommended me with a supplier to fix another problem of my car that was not mechanical and the supplier made me a price.

It is the worst place that exists I do not recommend them for three days that I had bought the windshields and I did not want to pass inspection because I had to change them to buy one of them from the same ones I had are scoundrel.
