Robert and team were very nice at introducing me. Robert was able to review my coverages with me and make sure I understood the coverages I applied. I have homeowners with Allstate currently and he was kind enough to print out a plan of what State Farm coverages and premiums would look like. He is not pushy at increasing coverages or switching homeowners. He really wants the policyholder to be informed about their coverages and make sure they understand them if an accident occurs.
