Nice and professional guy unlike some other digitizing experiences I’ve had. Very reassuring when providing the tapes and the tape quality is above anything else I could do at home. Although more expensive than other options, the price is clearly reflected in the expertise and quality of service.

This place does great work.............. (but I wouldnt know).operating hours are 10 - 5 during the week... (when the rest of us working stiffs are actually, you know, WORKING). and Saturday, they are open, however, [By Appointment ONLY]..... oh, well, excuuuuuse me! I guess its finally time to activate my Freemason membership, and become a regular at The Cloak Room on Colorado Street. I must have missed the line out the door, winding around the building that makes this business so IN DEMAND.Lame mr cassette..... Very Lame, and Pathetic!

Found a 30 year old VCR cassette in the garage that contained some cherished family video, but we had no way to play it. Took the tape to Mr Cassette and he did a geat job of digitizing and transferring the contents to a DVD. Very quick turn around time too. Its going to make a great Chritmas gift to my family!

Wow. Looked all over for help with restoring a very important 50+ year old cassette. No one would touch it. Found Jeff and Mr. Cassette. For a VERY reasonable price they saved the (broken cassette), gave us a new one along with a cleaned up (removed static etc) CD! This was very important to our family and I cant say enough good about this company!

This place was able to respool a VHS tape that shattered in transit, and burn it to DVD. Fast turnaround, excellent quality work!

I brought Jeff a thirty-year old VHS that was extremely important and extremely damaged. My parents and my brother have passed away. This is the only video I have of us together. I took it to three different places who told me there was nothing that could be done. He saved it!!!! Its the most important hour and thirty minutes minutes I will ever have. And I will have it forever!Thank you so much!!!!!

Dropped off two VHS-C tapes earlier this week and just finished watching them for the first time in so many years. Brought tears to my eyes hearing my grandparent’s voices for the first time since they left this world in 2005/2008. Also realized that my baby self made a cameo on one of the tapes. The quality of the video was so much better than I had expected!! Lovely store and will be bring back slides and some 8mm cassette tapes for conversion once my family sends them to me. Thanks again!!

Jeff is great! Hes personable and pays attention to details. Ive had him migrate old pictures from a Zip drive to CD, and old VHS tapes to DVD. Im a satisfied customer.

Have not had what I need done yet do to living in disability . But can’t wait till I have a cassette I had made back in my late teens early 20s at SAM GOODIES . Of some of here favorite old standards. She loved the tape of 120 mins . And played it often.I came across it going thro boxes of stuff from four movies across country from Southampton Long Island NY. To TexasNow I have it to do what I have been wanting to do for years. -SMALL UPDATE...PROBLEM RESOLVED through BBB of Austin, TX.....--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------....MR CASSETTE...-OVERALL: LOUSEY...!! -And Im Being Nice To Say That Much... ;( ......Came By Today (6-12-2018) To Pick-Up my DVD copy of 70mins.& should have got back my $20 shipping fee out of $57 deposit fee but did not get it...!! Instead Jeff who pretty much runs most all of Mr Cassette...decided not to mention that point the first time I came (on the 8th June)- I called on the 11th June in AM to notify Jeff That I’d pick-up tape & disc myself personally...When I arrived on the 12th Tuesday…I was told: he took it upon himself to add another disc & stated that was the difference left over w/o conferring w/ me prior to my arrival to pick-up...!!?? -Reason given for added disc he stated was: We Give NO REFUNDS...!” My ADVICE: STAY AWAY From Mr. Cassette...(He) They WILL SHIZER The “Little Guy” Whenever They Think They Will Get Away With It... ;( So...If You Dont Want Any Heartache ....
