I have used Macauley for 3.5 years, since I moved in my house and the system was already installed. The equipment was a little old, so I got an update and they handled that for me. Dustin is super responsive and always gets back to me when I have an issue within minutes. Hes patient and keeps digging until he figures out the problem. I totally recommend them and especially Dustin!

We had an incident years after our installation (our fault!) and within minutes Thomas and then Jason were in touch and even came to make a house call. Such amazing service. I am so thankful and recommend them completely!

We have worked with Macauley for years and they have done installations at 4 homes for us, including internet, TV, sound, alarm, etc. They are incredibly knowledgable, thorough, helpful and always available to answer questions, help review options and provide information on the latest systems, approaches and models. Additionally, after the sale/installation their level of ongoing service and support is outstanding. We have never been disappointed and recommend them to everyone we know.

Highly experienced technicians that are friendly and professional. Work is completed in a timely manner and if additional work is required I’m contacted by the scheduler to set up an appointment.

Buyer beware do not use this company. They are dishonest and do not stand behind what they say. They required a credit card number to schedule an appointment, now I see why. They quoted me a price per hour to do some work then charged me for more time than they were here and at a much higher rate. I disputed the charges and they refused to adjust the bill even though they acknowledged the rate they quoted me originally. They billed my credit card anyway. I would not recommend using them for anything.

I used to think this was as a great company. I spent over $10k with them installing a new projector tv and other needs when I moved to a house they had previously serviced. I even referred them to our neighbors who also used them.I needed the lamp bulb in our projector tv replaced. It seems to burn out every year. Last year they charged us $275. This year they want $825 for the exact same thing. I inquIred thinking maybe they made a mistake or had the wrong model. Nope. They told us I was mistaken even though this sells online for $190. We tried to speak with the owner Bryan who really needs his customer service skills refreshed. Beware of this company. They might have been decent a few years ago but they are rude and charge obscene prices. No wonder they have a slew of terrible reviews as of late. Now it appears the owner is blaming us for giving an honest one star review - and because we complained about his over charging and his lack of follow up he blames us. We are not the only customers that have complained - see the horrid YELP reviews.

I recently purchased a 65” tv and some remarkable PMC speakers for my new home from Macauley Technologies. I dealt with Bryan Arnold and Craig Asbach. I explained the how important listening to music was to me and the built in speaker system I had been spoiled with at my old home. (That system had to convey with the sale of the home) I was worried I would not have that level of quality in my new home. They guided me to the PMC speakers and I was stunned after listening to them in their showroom. We ordered the speakers and while we are waiting on them to be delivered they loaned me the pair out of their showroom. That’s Customer Service on the highest level. I am now listening to music on a level I have never heard, other than live. It may be better than live. Their installers/technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and respectful of your home, and you. Don’t hesitate to use them for any of their services.Ron Reue
