I dont hate it I need a car with some keys in it that dont have to pay for if possible.

Only reason why I am giving 5 stars is because SHARON is awesome & always helpful, where as the 2 other ladies there act like you’re not even there. Was waiting today for some work & a customer was literally standing there for 6 minutes until Sharon told him that the lady behind her can help him. Really need to start greeting customers & act more helpful!!

I didnt even buy anything from this place, I was just the customer who left something of value in his car and called to see if they could possibly find it for me. The first lady (no name) I spoke to was very unwilling to help me at all, but then Jacqueline M. took over and went the real extra mile to search for the car for over an hour to see if she could rescue my item from it. I was so impressed! Not only was she communicative and professional, she also heard me out and understood my situation (even though it could be considered very insignificant), and it meant the world to me. I dont know the rest of the services from ADESA Austin, but I am so very impressed by the exemplary customer care I received. Thank you Jacqueline!

Poor service rude lazy workers in the front office. Do your job.

Terrible service. My vehicle has been payed for and I call to pick it up and they have one person working who says that she can’t help. Terrible business ethics. Leaving my without my vehicle the whole weekend and hindering my ability to do everyday things like get to work, etc.

I went with a friend of mine who has a dealer license.. This place has very nice cars & the people here are respectful , i learned a lot about bidding & what its like to buy a car from a dealers view....

Another very well-run auto auction facility, ADESA has a huge selection of vehicles to bid on every Tuesday morning. A very clean and orderly facility, clean restrooms, and comfortable seating areas make ADESA a dealers dreams come true.

The gm..well call him Rich has single handedly ran this auction into the ground. He is too worried about the cosmetics of the company that he neglects those that make it all possible. He loses accounts, personnel, and respect on a regular basis...Go back to the valley..he only hires women underlings based on his insecurity of other dominant males...i pray he leaves and they bring in more of a people gm that understands his clients and not trys to save money at the expense of the dealers that pay the employees salary

Only one guy was helpful in not finding our car. Several employees were just standing around gossiping, clearly not working. I didnt know this place existed amd from my experience I wouldnt recommend business with Adesa Austin.

Be nice if they would answer their phone for clients.

Wonderful car auction. The people that work there are very helpful and concerned.

This is a Dealer-Only Auto Auction house and it is fairly large. They run 6 lanes of cars at the same time. It is not open to the general public.Confused by previous posts. Only Dealers pick up cars here after an auction purchase or if car failed to sell. Why would a Dealer send a car to auction with money in it? They want the car to sell, not come back!Any personal items would have been removed at the Dealership or during Intake/Clean&Detail. There are times when change may be left in a car but I doubt any real money was in the car at pickup or even if the poster was a Dealer.

This place stole $180 out of my truck!! The guys name was Lucas and after I gave him my key he pulled my truck up and the sat there for awhile before bringing it to me to get my things. When I was finally able to look in it my money was gone !! He even made a point of telling me that he had to pull it into the auction area garage because theres cameras in there. But I guess thats why he took so long in the parkinglot where there werent any cameras to see him stealing my money !! Of course no one cares and just assumes Im lying . I guess they think everyone is as dishonest as their employees ..
