Worst experience I ever had. I was in a single bed apartment and was moving to a two bed when I got married. My wife did not like the location of the new one. I had already signed the paperwork to move, but I canceled so I never got a key. We moved elsewhere after another 30 days. I got hit with a bogus bill that I refused to pay. They charged me for the month to month for my lease had expired. In addition kept my deposit, added multiple charges amounting to 1,600 plus. Worst of all, they reported it to the credit bureaus. This negative information can stay on those reports until he’ll freezes over. Somehow property companies are immune to legal action against fraud.

We have been living here for 9 yrs. And now that we have new owners for the first time are seeing good change. From all the cleaning outside and all around. And as for the new staff they are very helpful .And one very special one is Shinika, always willing to help with a smile.I know it will take time but you can see the difference all around. No communication, theft, no maintenance, bad neighborhood terrible staffing. The staff will say they will call you back for an important matter and never does. They are vary unorganized and rude. The over talking leasing agents that sit in the office will try to pass the blame to the previous owners even thought I spoke with them. The water was off for days at a time with no compensation for the bill. The leasing staff just admitted there is only one maintenance person on staff on schedule and he is only doing emergency tickets. My AC went out in the middle on the night during summer time (i have a 2 year old) and this was not considered a emergency. I was skeptical of this apartment complex when i first moved but considering the apartment shortage this was our only choice. The staff before made me feel a little at ease but this new staff could care less about your feeling for the terrible service.

Do not move in to this place not worth the rent you’ll be paying.The service is horrible. I called the morning on my move in day asking if I could come in an pick up the keys so that i could start moving in my stuff but I was told that they weren’t able too because the apartments was getting cleaned and they where making sure everything was in good condition before giving me the keys. The key was given to me at 3 o’clock, I went to inspect the apartment and it was not clean. There is mold in one of the closet and the whole apartment is just in really bad conditions, when I applied I was told that it would be a renovated unit and this was definitely not the case. I called the office around 5:08 that same day and told them about the apartment conditions and the lady I spoke too told me that her manager and assistant manager would be on their way to inspect the apartment, I waited there for an hour and repeatedly kept calling them before closing time which is 6:00 pm and no one picked up the phone. No one even bothered to notified me they would not be able to make it. Long story short I ended up canceling everything and not moving in. Here are a few pictures I took of the apartment that was “getting cleaned”.

The communication is absolutely a mess. Cant shower because they turn off the water everyday, and insist each time that its the final day they will be doing so, but they have been saying that for weeks now. Chained off one of the pools with no info on when they will be reopening, was originally told they had a gym that would be reopened soon but is still closed which I suspect will stay that way permanently. Cant get straight answers from anyone in the office. Moved in about two months ago and incredibly disappointed with the conditions so far.

Place is bad and my water and shower don’t work anymore!!Been here a year and everyday is been hell.Can’t contact maintenance. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone.All these bugs around the backOf the apartments is unacceptable!The roaches are crazy nasty!

Do not live here if you can. This apartment complex has been sold to another company and ever since the switch over its impossible to have the maintenance team come out. My shower is no longer working and my dishwasher is falling out. Its been over 3 weeks. The communication overall on all the changes was extremely poor, for instance the payment portal or requests were things I needed to call in myself to setup instead of them proactively reaching out like any proper business would. My day is spent not having water despite being told that maintenance was for the day prior, they were only made aware they had the dates wrong when the tenants called in advising of such. They are understaffed and are so unorganized that your life will be greatly impacted by their inability to care for you properly. Please do not live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Ever since the new management has taken over, our apartment hasn’t even been habitable. It started with plumbing issues that have been going on for over a month and our water being turned off through the entire complex DAILY, MORNING TO EVENING!! Now our AC unit hasn’t been working for almost 2 weeks and it took maintenance for ever just to “fix” it and for it to still not be working. I call daily for any kind of update, for them to tell me they dont know every single time. I called several times to the office and no answer just to walk into the office and see a worker sitting at his desk not doing anything!! They obviously don’t care about their residents and it’s overall a terrible place to live because of the lack of care they show their residents.

Great place. Prime location, management is quick to get things fixed, great for first apartment or for long term living. Ive been here 4 years and the only reason Im leaving is a need for 3 bedrooms, which they dont have currently (but hey, never say never in Austin)

This apartment complex and the property management needs to be put out of business. They refuse to fix anything. The air conditioning doesnt work. Overall disgusting place to live. 0 stars.

I think I’ve already posted a review about moving in, which was absolutely horrible. Now that we’ve gotten things settled we like the place okay, but I’m pretty PO’d right now because we were given a notice in advance that the water would be shut off on Wednesday for my building. However, they sent out on Thursday through email that it was actually going to be off that day through to September 2nd from 9-6. Instead of 9-5 only on the one day like they originally said. So here I am at home with my baby who needs a bath and to eat formula every few hours, I need a shower, to flush the toilet and wash hands, thinking the water being shut off was over, but now that isn’t the case. Thanks for the heads up. 🙄

New ownership and management is abysmal. Bad maintenance. Low-ball contractors. Trash and debris everywhere. Tons of new fees for useless services. Ive been here for years, but I will be leaving as soon as my current lease ends.

I havent even lived here a year yet and Ive had so many problems. Flooding, water damage, appliances not working right. The people in the office are very hard to get in contact with. Ive had several work orders and no one has come by yet.

I feel safe and comfortable at the apartment I am at. My son and I walk freely around day or night to exercise. Our neighbors are nice and friendly. Our building is clean and clutter free.

I dont live here but im here every day because my boyfriend lives here. I come every day for my son and stay for hours. Ive been attacked by a dog and a homeless man. But the office does nothing. I am wanting to move in with my boyfriend but I wont live here. They never take care of the plumbing. The pipes give off a rancid smell in his apartment. Plus the patio always has bees even with candles and bug spray. Its a nightmare. Plus the staff hires random men off the streets to do remodels that stay till 10 or 11 pm on week days and later on weekends. I hate coming here!

Since the new company took over they no longer take money orders so they say to pay rent and make maintenance requests online. Well it’s only good for paying rent. They have never complained an online maintenance request that I put in I have to call the office to set it up and they Still don’t show up. They went up on rent but are not updating ANYTHING. Appliances =OLD , Everything is old and outdated. I have never had roaches in my life. But here I have seen a roach or 2 I call them to spray it does no good. Plus they charge for the Exterminator. I was in my restroom and could hear the neighbor using the restroom. These apts need to be upgraded BIG Time and there is no security.

Lived here four years now. I will not be renewing my lease. The complex was sold and is now called The Morgan.My renewal rent was raised by $100! I can understand a gradual yearly increase, but that is ridiculous. Also I see no major improvements in the complex to justify it. I guess I would be paying for the building that burnt down several months ago.Maintenance staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Office staff about 50/50.The apartments are old and all the appliances are very outdated. Some to the extent of being unsafe.Ive seen multiple evictions since Ive been here, so that says a lot.Anyway, there are several other complexes in the area with less crime and better value.

Do not I repeat do NOT apply here. These people will place damages on you and charge you when your lease is up. My apartment was perfect before I left and they found a way to put charges on me. And I did not receive any deposit back.These people are scams, heartless, and pure devils. These people are very shady and remorseless.If youre considering this place, DO NOT do it!!! This place needs new management and new maintenance.Stay far away from this place and do NOT believe any positive reviews. I actually lived here.This is what happens when you have good people and then you screw them over.Reconsider people, reconsider!

The office staff has always been super helpful and extremely efficient. Especially Miss Lyndsey who has helped me first move in with in the rushed timeline I was under. She then has been if great help with any request. Replies to inquiries are given with a refreshing sense of urgency that is lacking in most apartment community staff these days. As long as I live in Austin Im call the Chardonnay home.

Lisa and Jan were able to turn what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant experience. This whole process started out a bit unsteady, but in the end the situation was rectified . Thank you so much for going above and beyond for my husband and I, making this transition across state, and this move in smooth.

I have lived here for nine months and have been very pleased with the service here. Any time that I have had an issue (which has only been a few times), the front office has been very prompt about addressing it. They are very friendly, and really try to get to know you on a personal level to make your experience better.

Signed a lease recently though I wont be moving in immediately and found the office staff to be helpful and pleasant. After briefly looking over the apartment, I found the the toilet didnt flush well and asked them to look into it. I returned to the apartment a day or two later and there was a note waiting for me that they had adjusted the handle and replaced the flapper.While the apartments are a few years old, the units that I have seen were well maintained and the grounds seem well kept. The staff responsiveness is an added bonus.

Going on three years no problems no issues. Friendly neighbors and quiet for the most ...allot of amenities and community oriented. Staff and maintenance do a good job on my opinion would recommend if you are looking for a place ...

Management here is two faced. The way they treated you when you’re applying for an apartment is way different from the way they treat you once you’ve signed the lease. It went from smiles to an arrogant attitude. They take no responsibility for the issues this apartment complex has. Don’t be fooled these people are not genuine.

They are now making you pay online...no other choice. There is a convenience fee attached also. So if you rent is $800 you need to add $25. This was AND IS NOT PART OF MY LEASE! All these reviews are correct. We have been without water for 4 days the longest due to pipe busting. Guess who got billed for all the wasted water? Us the residents. Its cheap and I was desperate. You definitely get what you pay for.

Applied to this rental property but decided to go with another property, and management has been holding my deposit. It’s been way over 3-5 business days. When I called up there last week they sounded like it’s something hadn’t even processed yet. I don’t care if you’re busy or if you forgot, you can’t just hold people’s money because you’re salty they went with another property.

I currently live in the apartments and had a awful smell in my house. I found out there is a dead Rat behind my dryer. I called maintenance to come and have it removed because there is also I giant hold behind the dryer. They told me they were not coming. I have a 17 month old and 4yr living here and the fact they cant come remove a dead animal. Im beyond livid. Not only that the rat has attracted flies. I will definitely be getting my attorney involved and getting out of this lease immediately. I would never recommend someone living here. Especially knowing someone was killed in the building next me a few months ago.

I have had so many issues living here. I keep my apartment clean, but I have to have a bug zapper in my apartment. I have gnats coming out of my bathroom sink. I have cockroaches. I had one run across my foot in my bathroom the day after they sprayed. My electric bill is always $170+ a month. When it got into the 30s in December I could feel cold air coming through my front door from across the room. The thermostat is always wrong. The ac only turns off when I turn it off, and the heater only turns on when you turn it up to 80. The staff is awful. The lady in the front office told me I had eight days from the first to pay. The next month when I had a letter hanging on my door wide open for all my neighbors to see I, saying I owed late fees, I went to the front office to talk about it. I was sent to speak to a woman in back who did not respond to anything I said. She sat there and stared me down with this dead eyed stare. Imagine the look somebody gives you when there is absolutely nothing they are willing to do for you and you are wasting their time. They only offer one way to pay and it is through an online program. You can not pay in paper. You can not pay any other way. The withdraw happens at random. I have had my rent withdrawn the next day. I have had it withdraw 8 days later. My truck has been broken into in the parking lot. If you put clean dishes in the dishwasher they will come out greasy, not exaggerating. I have come home to find somebody in here. My neighbor was having problems so they came into my apartment without any notification. I am honestly swatting gnats while writing this. I understand that living anywhere comes with its problems, but I have lived all over the country. Ive lived in a tent in the Rockies Ive lived with a hoarder (including animals). I lived in Afghanistan for year. I lived in a run down old ski chalet in Montana and half of the house was closed off with a carbon monoxide leak. I have never been so frustrated by any of my 20 prior living situations as I am by this place.

First off, my lower rating has to do with the experience of the management 1 person in particular I believe her name was Jane or something she sits in the back corner office to the left. She was SO RUDE. She seemed irritated that I went though something traumatic. I came in having to leave my lease sooner than anticipated due to a FAMILY VIOLENCE situation. She nor the woman before me showed ABSOLUTELY any empathy never once did she even seem to be understanding. The way she spoke to me was so demeaning. And spoke about not being able to honor me giving my 30 day notice when its in the clause of the lease contract. How are you in management and not know this?! I called my victims coordinator right there in the office because she told me based on my paper I gave her she wouldnt be able to honor but had to speak to her supervisor. When I was on the phone with my victims coordinator she was speaking SO LOUD on top of me while I was on the phone so they could hear her. It was so UNPROFESSIONAL & embarrassing. I went in the office already feeling helpless and she made me leave feeling worse than I walked in. It was so awful.The apartment itself I loved. Didnt have much problems other than hearing the neighbors above walk around. Oh one time during the middle of summer my ac went out a few times. One time I called maintenance early morning he didnt come until the evening which was after I called 2 more times and by the time he got there he said its dark we cant work on anything like that...I told him Ive called since this morning and he just looked at me with a blank face and said someone will have to come back tomorrow. It was over 100 degrees in Austin.

Almost was there for 7 years and it was great few years we stay there but later, management seems to be rude and just because we stay there so long. They didnt care Since we were old resident. Before we move, we complained about roaches but they didnt try to fix the problem, however, they threat us and told us to move out within 2 weeks.

I would be honest I would give this place 1 star for the quality and age. I am giving it a 3 star only because the apartment manager Jane is great at fixing issues when brought to her attention. Keywords here is her attention. Other than that, this is you get what you pay for. I would rather splurge and spend the extra 50 to 100 for a nicer renovated apt in the area. The age is definitely showing as the appliances and fixtures are so outdated that they look and behave as though they were released 3 decades ago, which most were. Pest issues including roaches and rodents, numerous maintenance repairs including AC. Many people with dogs dont pick up so there is often poop through the grass, trash is often over filling the bins and left on the ground, mold issues, foundation issues, sewage issues. The positive is cost, location, the apartment manager

This complex is one of the most ghetto ones on Wells Branch. Termites were falling from the ceiling onto my boyfriends face while he was sleeping (this continued for weeks) and now his air conditioner has been broke for a month. Maintenance keeps telling him to contact the thermostat company and Austin Energy when its clearly a malfunctioning unit and either the maintenance crew doesnt know how to fix it or theyre too cheap to replace it. There are abandoned vehicles in the apartment with homeless people living in them. They charge entirely too much for a tiny apartment with a bunch of problems; do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

The staff, absolutely ridiculous, we were just trying to get an apartment and they acted as if we owed them money. nose stuck up like they ran the world. We are just looking for a nice apartment and there guy would of had our money but they act as if they are better then everyone else I couldnt imagine living here for 7 months and having to deal with that.

Place is great for the price. Lived at a few other complexes in Austin within the similar price range and this has been my favorite. RIght on the disc golf course and close to i35!

The whole application and move in process for very simple and easy the staff was very helpful with filling out the paperwork I did not have to wait at home wondering or hoping I got the apartment I was approved that day right in the office and I love love love my apartment very clean big balcony nice size for a one bedroom great location Im very happy living here

Worse place to live very rude and disrespectful staff,very poor sewerage system,leakage twice seweragewater entered into the rooms☹,got changed for nothing many time,in the end too when i was leaving the apartment they didnt give me my deposit back of $200.00 even though everything was perfectly fine i got even pictures and videos too but they ended up charging me $200.00 more☹,think twice before you buy the apartment here... if you dont belive me just check there ratings you would know your answer..

My husband and I just moved out of this place, and all I can say is Good riddance to bad rubbish. At first, the staff seems friendly and helpful; do not be fooled. As soon as you sign that lease, they no longer want to help. The property manager will arbitrarily decide she doesnt like someone, and all professional manners go out the window. They almost never follow through on what they say theyre going to do. Also, the carpet in my unit turned black in some spots just from walking on it! And the walls are paper thin; I could tell which TV shows my neighbors were watching. The only reason Im giving them two starts is because rent is cheap, and washer/dryer is included with your unit.

Pools are never open...IN THE SUMMER TIME. All day BOTH POOLS! LOTS of crime...over priced still waiting on my maintenance request from 2 weeks ago. WORST APT EVER....AMMENITIES ARE A LIE....check it out yourself and make them take money off the rent. They have a sign that says property of the year says who?

Twice my apartment flooded from a busted water pipe, the first time that occured, it ruined my dining room table. The second soaked my beds mattress and made it unusable. Also, if you enjoy using the bathroom and being able to take a shower, good luck, because the water is often completely turned off because they are always repairing the water lines. If you make the mistake of leasing with Chardonnay be prepared to pay outlandish fees after leaving. Theyll nickel and dime you and flat-out lie about supposed damages that dont even exist. If you lease here, itll be the worst mistake youll ever make.

Nice and quiet place to live I stayed behind the office no issues until I moved out (aside from the water being off for a day at the most this happened more than once within my 12 month lease). I would strongly recommend being present for the move out walk through there was one small spot on the counter which could have been removed with bleach however they said it required the entire counter top to be resurfaced (meaning spray painted) because they were unable to fix just that small spot. Also had one one spot on the carpet the size of a quarter that would have come out with water. I felt I was totally taken taken advantage of would have given at least 3 or 4 stars if not for this. The manager said they have contractors that clean the apartments apon move out and they have to pay them whatever they charge. I ended up paying a total of $210. You are warned

This is going to be an honest and truthful review of Chardonnay at Wells Branch. It may be long, but it is the truth.The location is great since Mopac and 35 are easily accessible. I don’t consider the Wells Branch area too far north in Austin. HEB, shopping centers, and other restaurants are close by. The airport and downtown area are about 20-30 minutes away. Also, there is a decent 2.5 mile looping walking trail that can be accessed from the apartment complex. There is also a Frisbee golf course behind the apartment complex.The apartments itself, at least the apartment I stayed in, seemed very old. The oven, stovetop, dryer, and dishwasher looks very old. Not only does it seem old and worn out from the outside, but the appliances on the inside as well. Do not let the online pictures fool you. I would definitely check out these apartments in person before moving in. Do not make the same mistake as me and move into this apartment complex without checking it out first. Because these apartments were built years and years ago, the insulation is terrible. There are times during the winter and spring where the temperature is essentially the same inside and out. Think about that… The water bill is expensive. There’s no other way to put it. The water bill is determined by apartment building, not unit. However much water a building uses up, it gets divided by the number of people living in each unit. If your building is all families, then you’re out of luck. My water bills ranges from $40-50 per month and I live by myself.As for the cleanliness of the apartments, I would not expect much. All wood cabinets had some sort of stain on them. My refrigerator had some yellow stains on the outside. They claim the apartment is cleaned during the week before you move in. The day I moved in, the carpet felt dirty. I bought a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the whole apartment (1 bed 1 bath) and had a full container of dust.I would say the security and the sense of feeling safe is a tad below par at Chardonnay. Sherriff SUVs are always around during the day and late at night. Don’t be surprised to be woken up by domestic disputes in the middle of the night in the middle of the parking lot. Lastly, don’t be surprised to see homeless people around since there are a bunch behind the apartment complex. A homeless guy was arrested a couple weeks ago for sleeping on someone’s patio.The apartment complex in general is fairly clean. There are maintenance people cleaning the complex throughout the day. Although, the garbage trucks do come very early in the mornings around 5?AM. But they only empty out certain dumpsters, but not all of them. This means they’ll be back on another morning. Don’t be surprised to see cigarette butts laying around the complex. I would be cautious if I had dogs or children.Speaking of dogs, owners do not pick up after their pets. Even though there are doggie stations throughout the complex, there is dog poop everywhere. The complex recently built a “dog park” where the volleyball courts use to be. No one played on the volleyball courts, so they took it down to build a dog park there. Unfortunately, owners rarely bring their dogs to the dog park. I, personally, believe it is too small. Owners do not clean up after their dogs or themselves in the little dog park. There were always dog poop and cigarette butts in there. Also, be careful when walking around the complex with your dog or by yourself. I’ve had numerous experiences where three different Chihuahuas tried to attack me and my dog. All three experiences, the Chihuahuas were off-leash and the owners were nowhere to be found. There is a lady with a Boston terrier on the first floor of Building 18 who is never on a leash and is vicious.I’ve never had too many maintenance requests. But I did put in a request to replace my light bulbs in the bathroom. They never came. And in the portal it states that it was fixed the same day as I submitted my request. Did I say they never came? Also, I never had any luck getting in contact with the office.

Resident over 2 years. Honest review.- Very dated appliances (15+ years ugly tinged yellow....embarrassing) that will incur more money due to how inefficient they are. This is not an exaggeration. Ive upgraded since been here to a bigger place and its the same. The model apartment they show is not an accurate representation. Take no excuses and look at an actual apartment. The place is old and the construction shows it. If you live downstairs you will hear every movement due to aging wooden floors above you. The crime rate is rather high, from theft to violent crimes in the area. They do have a security guard, but he posts up at the front office. If they make rounds, Im sure they dont prevent much. Oh and the front office was also broken into.- The Rent> You will be lured in but the rent will climb each year. Expect to pay nearly the same youd pay at a newly built complex that is fenced in with modern appliances. Ill be generous when I say youd pay maybe $200 for a modern place, but in reality youre paying that here with the old appliances and faulty water system. (Over $70 for water? Cmon..how can it be $50 one month then $70?)- The Staff> Once youre in youre nothing. Like a car dealership. Ive even been in the office and hear them talking trash about residents. Its really shocking to know how worthless their customers are. Maintenance will show up and they usually respond within 24 hrs.... Ive learned this having to need them SEVERAL times a year. (Again... things break down often.) I will say this... maintenance people are VERY nice and always friendly.Shop around. Theyll tell you that the prices are due to not being able to find a place to live in Austin and their price is great. Now that Ive had the chance to live here for a while, Ill tell you thats a bunch of crap. This places rent shouldnt exceed $750 for a 2 BR, but they are pushing towards $1,000. My suggestion is to search around the area. If youre choosing the location due to proximity of work or to avoid the busy roads, then go down Thermal Drive or Metric. Youll notice you have plenty of back roads to use and nicer places to live.I do not recommend this place. It is not bad its just being presented to be more than it really is. The longer you stay, the closer theyll try to get you at that sweet spot rent that youd pay at a newly constructed complex. They dont care about your on-time payments or loyalty.There is a place behind Wal-Mart on I35 and Palmer that charges $250 dollars more for a 2BR and the place is fenced in and they have covered parking. The amenities are great too. That is just 1 example of my current search for a new place.

I have lived here for 6 mths & never have I had a problem with my apt or staff or maintance. If something is wrong they always come and fix it da same or next day. Im very pleased with these apt and cheap too.

Skip this apartment complex! This complex is loud and on weekends it is extremely loud. Regularly encounter trash around buildings to include dog feces and, recently an overturned cat litter box on the sidewalk. Maintenance requests take 4-6 weeks to complete. Police are called to complex regularly to deal with one resident or another.

Manager shows favoritism to particular resadents and will wait for you to leave and go in your home with out permission. Have it on youtube. Was live streaming and she was trying to kick me out cas my carpeting had stains on it. Not a place for families thats for sure. I pay $966.00 a month for a one bedroom on 2nd floor. Do not trust the old lady manager. She looks like she was tweeking on meth in video too.

Dont move here unless youre a millionaire. Rent is way too expensive, and Im pretty sure that you can find a cheaper place elsewhere. Almost $1,000 for 1-Bdr & 1-Bthr... I left this apartment complex almost a year ago, and Im very glad I did.The front office does NOT care about their residents. I remember complaining, as well as a few other people, about a car that was taking up FOUR parking spots, and what did the front office do about it? Absolutely NOTHING! They told us to give them its license plate number, when they could have actually walked over there!!! Or used those golf carts they have sitting outside their office! Then, for 2-3 days, a car appeared and its car alarm was going off non-stop; even at night when people are trying to sleep! And Im a light sleeper, so i lost multiple hours of sleep because of this. People, as well as myself complained, and what did the front office do? NOTHING. Again, they asked for its plate number. Nothing was ever done about either problem. And the worst part? The water gets turned off WAY too often. And people expected to pay for it! Im pretty sure you can find a cheaper place that actually cares about its residents. And when the water is out, they only allow 2 water gallons PER HOUSEHOLD! There are actually families living there! How the f*** do you expect that to last them as long as you keep the water shut off? Pathetic. Dont even bother showering when the water runs out. You cant get any more gallons once youve used up the two you used.Appliances are OK, but simple stains they have to fix, they end up replacing that entire spot instead of spray painting it or using a simple tool. Rip off place. Be prepared to buy a microwave because they dont have any in the apartments. They actually DO have a washer and dryer built in, so thats probably the only pro about this place. Walls are paper-thin, as well as floors, so you can hear everything next door. Couldnt even use the shower without it creaking everytime I moved an inch.Got a letter to send? Make sure that you have time to walk to the front office because thats the ONLY place where you can drop off your letter at since the mailbox area has no spot to drop it off at. I dont even think you can drop off a package there. Honestly, I wouldnt even trust them with any packages of mine.During their strange daily open hours, make sure you get there during the actual normal morning hours listed outside because the maintenance people dont know s*** and lie. They were SUPPOSED to be open that time as well. Got new hours? Make sure to keep up with them, not lie about it.They even cheated on the leases. In the past, people could walk to the front office and pay rent with the dropbox they provided. Now everybody is forced to pay online, with an extra $25 fee. Such bullcrap. A complete scam.Two words to sum up about this place: good riddance.

Definitely a great place to live!

The amount of personal information they ask makes you feels like your going through US immigrations. Also, the person handling the information let me use her office machine, long enough to see other peoples personal information. I would stay away from Lincoln Properties.

This is the worst apartments at wells Branch AreaWater bill is the worst, When I left apt on 30 Nov. 2013 they gave me bill $ 1300 charge, when I moved in they gave me old Capet but right now they told me they need to change carpet and I have to pay $800 for new carpet,I got Water leakage issue in apartment by their mistake in May 2013 and my whole apartment damaged by water, carpet tool and I show them pic but still they don’t’ have answer and told me they are going to collection office for my bill,
