Corey was rude on the phone and sounded inconvenienced when I called even though the listings instruct you to call them. Also, the listings on social media are not even accurate or up to date.

My wife and I worked with Citywide agent Mark Hernandez in order to find a new apartment. We were looking to upsize, but also needed to stay within a pretty specific budget and had a fairly long list of desired features in a future home. We are very nice people, but we were being quite particular in this search!In the weeks and months leading up to our actual viewing of units, Mark was incredibly thorough and attentive in helping us to set a time line and pinpoint strategies for effective advanced scouting; Mark himself did some really helpful pre-scouting for us. When it came time to actually look at units, Mark had identified a number of strong perspective units that fit most if not all of our specifications.While touring units with us, Mark seamlessly acted as an advocate for us, pointing out things to look out for and asking questions of property managers that never would have occurred to us. Mark was charming and polite, but very clear and firm with the property managers. With Mark shepherding us through the process, it felt like there would be zero chance that we would make a bad decision.We ended up looking at multiple options, but it turned out to be a very brief hunt- after one weekend of exploring options, we went back and signed a lease at the very first place Mark showed us. We have been settled in to our lovely new apartment for over a month now and as excited as we were to live here, we are even happier than we thought we would be- it is a PERFECT fit.Marks knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and considerate service made this apartment search an absolute breeze- it was actually fun! Suzan is one of the best realtor in Austin area. She helped me and my fiancé bought our first house. Its was a challenging experience for us but by the help of Suzan, we were able to get the house we wanted. she was always there to answer all our questions and concerns.

Susan was awesome!!! Most agents gave me a list of available properties and basically told me to go for it on my own, especially during Covid restrictions. Susan was the only agent willing to pound the pavement with me and on my behalf. She told my children that she was going to find them a good place and she delivered on her promise. I would trust her over and over again.

Susan made my apt shopping experience painless. She listened to my every want and every need and in very little time had found a way to accommodate me on every one of them with the perfect apartment for me.. I had talked to several other locators in the past and none were as willing to help. I have referred several others to her and her company and will definitely use her again.

After looking for an apartment on Facebook marketplace and ending up at a rundown! shanty shack off rutland claimed to be “heart of Austin” I was about to call it quits and move out of state, haha. Thankfully, I found a post on Facebook. I asked if it was avail. And was transferred to a locater, Krystal! Who has changed my life, for the better, for these next year, probably more!We had about a 20min , non invasive, fluid conversation about my wants and needs for my new apartment. she def took them into consideration as well as where I worked and the safety of an area for a 5-foot, 23- year old girl.Shortly after, she emailed me a self-generated list of apartments and they’d were all exactly what I was looking for and more!While being uprooted out of nowhere, I was for sure, able to move so seamlessly all and only to Krystal’s help!Thank you, again!

My roommate and I went in Saturday to see what Ms. Claire could do. She took are bought and call two places one was not available but the second one was. She took us over there right away and we was able to move in the same day. She check on us to make sure that the leasing office was taking care of us. I would say that If you have some idea of what it would cost to live in Austin with a clear mind frame of what you could get for the price your asking for. She would be able to help you out with no problem and very quickly.

I had just one day to look for house and Susan helped me in find exactly the house I was looking for .She is excellent , hilarious , very active and knows what house seeker looking for . I very much encourage people to give them a chance and see for yourself.

This place is awesome, after spending about two solid days searching for my own apartment only to find the one I wanted was just leased I went to visit CityWide. No joke, Jennifer at their Parmer Lane office was able to find me exactly what I wanted in about 15 minutes, she is amazing. No fees, they handle all the calls and showings and knew a bunch of really important things I didnt even think of. Thanks again for all your help!!

We needed helping finding a house that accepted more than 2 dogs and a pitbull puppy. Nancy was awesome at helping us with everything we needed! & even after we signed the lease agreement, she picked up the keys for us, and also got the landlord in touch with us straight away when the water heater wasnt working correctly for us! Her customer service is great and she always making sure everything is getting handle even after her job is done! I recommend her 100%. I will use her again but hopefully thats no time soon!!Thank you Nancy

Went it to talk with mark, about renting a house. After a lengthy discussions. He would send me and my wife listings on the MLS. And we would go from there.He never added our email addresses to the list. Wife then contacted them and they stated they couldnt help us.So they said one thing and did somthing diffent.Unless you have a 620 credit score your wasting your time. They only want to help the cream of the crop. They dont want to have to work for the money

Stopped in and met with one of the locators. Gave him the variables of what we were looking for etc. He sent some options and we scheduled a showing at a location for the next day(we would have gone that day but he forgot to pick his kid up at school and had to bail). The next day we are on our way when he tells us he got mixed up and accidentally double booked, and that he was across town and couldnt make it. We were a little distracted, but we are all human...right? So we let him pick a time 2 days later. An hour before he cancels on us claiming he had to go to his second job. Then he contacted us a couple days later to see if we wanted to go see some places. No thanks Forgetful George. We told him we were gonna go a different direction. My thought was that if hed pull his head out of the sand...he wouldnt need a second job. I have used locators in the past and have had great success. This experience was ridiculous.

Corey was very disrespectful and abrasive. He called several apartments in front of me that he said were great options only to never share the information with me because those particular places did not offer the proper compensation to locators. Told me to check with the apartments I currently live in because he “doesn’t work for free”. They lied on the Ad posting about he unit and the pricing to get you to call and share no information until you agree to come in person. So many other great apartment locators avoid this place!

Ask for Jerry, he is the best at finding apartments at the best price! Got an eviction or felony? He will try his best to find you something even if you have bad credit. Call for more details!

I emailed this place... Got a phone call next day... We talked over the phone for a bit told them my situation... They said dont worry will find you a apartment... they said they were getting a listing together and next morning we will meet up... and go look at different properties... Never got a phone call back or a email... so unprofessional dont waist your time here....

I would not recommend this reality company to anyone .. I saw an add on fb marketplace for a apartment for rent that I liked .. I messaged The person who responded back to me and asked me to contact them to give them more info .. I really don’t want to do that bc I don’t wanna go through all the hassle of a realtor .. I just found a new place on the internet and I just wanted to know one simple question where is this place located bc if it’s not in an area I want to be in than I don’t want to move further with anything .. so far 3 messages on fb and they are reading my messages bc I can see it and no response .. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them and their owner Susan Albertson

I found this company through facebook after responding to a listing. The individual replied and told me to call Citywide Realty and they would be able to help. I call the number several times and no one responded. A voice mail. prompt came on and requested that I leave my information and that Clair would get back to me. I was confused because Clair was not the individual that I messaged on facebook, however after a while I thought nothing of it. I messaged the first individual back and told her what had happened. she replied, and suggested that I call back on Monday as it was Saturday when we began the initial conversation about the listing. I called back Monday. Clair answered the phone and said she would look into the listings that would best fit my needs and text me the details.A week had gone by since we spoke and still I have yet to hear from her. I decided to text her and check in on any progress that has been made. I received no response. Not sure if the work load is super heavy for this individual or what but it only takes a second to check in especially over text. I will be moving forward with a new agency

Me and my woman had a GREAT experience with finding a place we can call home through CityWide Realty! My agent was named Claire, and not only was she flexible, but Punctual and more than fair. She worked with us for Free, and directed us to the Area we were wishing for and found us a place we can call HOME within 2 days!!!!!!! I recommend everyone looking for a place to stay in austin and surrounding areas to stop by and meet an agent and get started ASAP!!! I spent fifteen minutes on the phone with Pierre talking about what I wanted. Show up for the appointment and its immediately clear he took zero notes. When he tried to start the process over from scratch, I walked out. Dont let these people waste your time.

Recently my girlfriend and I were looking for a new apartment in the north Austin area. We found close to 20 different complexes and tried to contact them all, but only managed to get in touch with 3 or 4, and while the rent rates on their websites were within our budget, they turned out to be old and outdated. We decided to give Citywide Realty a call. Brooke, one of the agents there, contacted the other places that wouldnt respond to our voice mails or emails, and came up with a list of properties in the area we were interested in. We met her a few days later and toured the 2 places we were most interested in. We signed the lease, and moved in a few weeks later. The service was free and all we had to do was write Citywide Realty and Brooke on our lease, as to who helped us find the property. We also received a move-in gift which included grocery bag with a few kitchen items inside.Overall, they did a great job finding us a new apartment. They saved me a few hours of sitting on the phone, and all of that was free. Honestly, what else could you ask for.

I remember going here trying to get me and my girlfriend an apt.We talked to the guy on the phone and everything seemed good. Well as soon as we get there we already felt rushed and i mean super rushed. we were told if you dont get it you wont get it tomorrow which we understand but they were eager to move us on the spot like all they wanted is there share of the money. but yet the apt we were looking at had bad rat problemsetc... and they didnt care anything about that at all. they just wanted there money.

Poor customer service, they can not help you with anything, plus all the prices that they list in social media are fake.

Free apartment locating and great service!

I dealt with the North Office - I believe they are running a scam to collect application fees from several people. A house popped up for two days. The guy said he collected several application fees from several people and the landlord did not like them so he was cancelling the landlords contract but he was keeping everyones application fee because he still had to run their records. I asked what my credit score was and he did not know therefore he did not run my credit report he just kept the $100.00 application fee. I got RIPPED OFF..

After texting me for days while not being clear about anything we finally scheduled a showing just to have the locator not know what we were talking about! Waste of time& space, find someone else!

Horrible Never ever work with Terry Ledbetter horribly unprofessional when you least expect it !
