Ive lived at Camden Huntingdon for about a year and a half, and Ive had a review that Ive been meaning to post plus another great experience today so heres a 2-in-1:1) I just wanted to give a shout out to Bryan with Maintenance. He has helped me with multiple requests and each time has been pleasant, polite, timely, helpful, and informative. I’ve lived in other complexes where I dreaded having to submit a maintenance request, and I just wanted to express my gratitude!2) I recently lost my mail key, and Ive been turning my apartment upside down for days trying to find it, expecting it to be an expensive ordeal to replace. I emailed the office who responded promptly (they always do), and not only was it just a few dollars to replace, but it was ready super quickly and Connor even brought it to my door!All to say, the Camden staff is consistently awesome and are a huge part of while I continue to rent here! By far the best community staff Ive rented from, and Ive been renting in the Austin area for about 10 years now.

The office staff is very tentative and friendly, there isnt a problem they wont listen to. And there isnt a problem the maintenance cant fix. The apartment themselves are very nice and I very much enjoyed decorating it. My neighbors are nice which I am very thankful for, lots of friendly faces and lots of furry friends.

The manager Rachel is very genuine and shows a true genuine care for making sure the residents are comfortable. So my experience the first month has been great with the office staff. To me the office staff and manager are what makes a big difference at an apartment complex.

I’ve lived here for two months now and so far I am quite satisfied with living here! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the amenities are quite nice and the apartments themselves are well finished, clean, and well maintained. The maintenance team is also quite quick. If you make a request for a repair they will usually have it done within the same day or next day. The price is also quite reasonable for the area and with rising costs in Austin, this is one of the few apartments complexes where you can get a one bedroom for around $1000 a month. The only downsides are that the gym is not the most well kept and I really question how often it is cleaned or maintained. I have also read a lot of reviews on here about crime and though I have not experienced any firsthand, there have been a couple of instances where I’ve seen homeless people wandering around the complex. There was even an instance where a homeless lady was “hanging out” in my breezeway one night...which was bizarre to say the least because this is a gated community. There has also been a mail box break-in since I’ve moved here, which is concerning. Overall I would recommend living here for the cost and what you get, but the building staff and other residents could do a better job with security and making sure that the pedestrian gates are closed. With crime unfortunately rising in Austin, it may be worth investing in a security gate for the outdoor mail room.

I came to tour Camden Huntingdon with my friend last week to look for a two bedroom and the leasing consultant we worked with, Alyssa Reynolds was amazing! She was able to answer all of our questions before we even asked. The apartment was beautiful but it could use some updates.The community is a little older but you wouldn’t be able to tell without asking. The amenities looked good too. However, our main takeaway and what really put this community as a high contender was due to Alyssa’s happy attitude and her knowledge and genuine want for us to find the perfect apartment. She was able to recommend places to eat, and things to go do since my roommate and I are both new to Austin. I’m very impressed with my first experience with Camden and how I and my roommate were welcomed instantly and felt like part of the Huntingdon family already (as Alyssa put it ). I’m hoping after discussing further with my roommate that Camden Huntingdon will become home.Thank you for all of your help Alyssa!

I love living here. The building is older, and it can show with peeling paint, flickering lights, and in the carpet. But none of that takes away from our experience. Theres a ton of space to walk a dog. Our neighbors are super cool. A lot of people say hello, even with masks on. But my wife and I love the staff most.Alyssa was super kind and caring to our kids. She got them excited about our living room closet by calling it a superhero cave. She let our puppy go crazy while providing treats. And she sent a staff video congratulating us on our new baby. Were moving out to have more space for the evolving team, but I promise wed stay for the cool people.This is the best apartment experience Ive had.

I went to go look for an apartment in this area very close to the Domain. It turns out my job will not be relocating me due to COVID. The office staff was very nice and professional. Nadya helped us and answered all of our questions. If you are looking to rent an apartment, do yourself a favor and ask for her.

Toured this place almost a month in advance of my move in date. I was specifically looking at top floor apartments. The unit I wanted (top floor) was not available to view at the time of touring. I specifically asked about differences in the same floor plan between the model units I viewed vs my unit and I was told there are none. 5 days before move in and my unit is available to view, I go to my unit and the ceiling is so short my hand hits the fan when I raise it. Carpets are unclean, nothing like the units I viewed ahead of time. I was not made aware of these differences and had to cancel my lease. Not only that, I had to go look at other apartments 3 days before my move in causing unnecessary delays and stress. Lost my 250 $ admin fee which they said can not be refunded based on a technicality since I was approved for the apartment whereas they put me in a position where I had no choice but to back out. I would not recommend unless youre able to view the exact unit you want to live in. Also be aware that water is not sub metered but based on community usage.

I retired in March 2020 -- the week the Covid-19 shutdown was mandated in California. Our Texas departure date kept getting pushed out. Due to moving company challenges, the actual move-in date changed three times.I found Camden Huntingdon online and based on the website photos decided to call. I spoke with Rachel who immediately got me. She sent photos of an apartment with the same layout as ours. She took photos of the entrance to our apartment, the patio and the view from the patio.The movers ETA was sooner than we thought and Rachel and her team came through for us once again. Our son lives in the area and we wanted him to be able to pick up our keys. Rachel arranged for a Facetime call for us and our son, I emailed our permission, and he picked up the keys the next day.Never have I worked with a management team as professional, warm and welcoming as this one. Never have I lived in an older community (its 20 years old) as well maintained as Camden Huntingdon! The attention to detail and to our needs is unequaled. Thank you, Camden Huntingdon team!

The office is amazing, Bryan in maintenance is the reason we have lived here for so long. He works very hard and does a good job. Alyssa in the front office is amazing as well. So kind and keeps everyone up to date. We have lived here since 2017 and only have positive things to say. Jenna in the district office is kind and hard working. I can’t speak on living here because I haven’t, but finding out information to lease was very pleasant and it was all because of Nadya. She was very informative and had no problem answering questions about the apartment and property as well as just general questions for apartment searching. Loved her!

I was looking for an apartment close to where my new job would be and I had been looking a several other places in the surrounding area before checking out Camden Huntingdon. When I arrived, Katie McCoy helped me see what options I had available and have me tours of the property options I had to best help make my decision that fit my needs. Katie was extremely personable, warm, and friendly. She assured me that I could take the time I need to ensure I made the best decision for me. After I decided to live at Camden Huntingdon, Katie continued to be one of my main points of contact for anything that I found amiss in my apartment. She, as well as the entire staff, continued to provide excellent service without any hesitation, and always took the necessary measure that looked out for the resident’s best interests, health, and safety.

I had a virtual tour with Nadya, and she was super helpful! She did a thorough tour of the apartment unit via FaceTime, and answered all my questions about the unit, and the community. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the tour, and the community as well!

Walked the Property will my friend Andrew in search of his new apartment. and I just wanted to say that the staff and leasing team were fantastic. Everyone there at the property was nice and attentive any questions he or I had was answered. shout out to the person that toured us Alyssa, she was AMAZING! she made the process fun and light had a great time walking the complex with her and would highly recommend her to any of my friends looking for an apartment!!

Alyssa and Katie are absolutely amazing. They light up the office and make you feel as if you are family. The community manager, Shelby is kind and helpful. Assistant manager Rachel and the other lady a Nadya have both been rude and unprofessional.The community is well kept and crime hasnt been as high as it used too. Parking is still a mess and there have been no improvements there.Overall the community is worth the price

First off the leasing and maintenance staff are excellent. But thats where the excellence stops. The overall apartment was a huge letdown with leaky windows and cracked bathtubs. The price that was being paid did not equal the quality of the apartment. There were constant vehicle break ins, residents being followed/harassed , dog feces not picked up, and overall unkempt property. The mailboxes were broken into several times with very little response from the management. The main gates entry pad is held on by a giant zip tie...need I say anymore?

I lived in this apartment for 3 years and only had to leave because I moved to another state. The people at the leasing office and maintenance team is amazing. They respond to your issues or query on time with a lot of patience. The staff kept changing but they always maintained a culture of keeping the residents their priority. I also want to mention, there was an increase in crime around that area, but Camden kept their residents informed and tried to do every possible thing to make them feel safe. The apartments are nice and luxurious. It is a gated community, have a small gym and a nice pool.

I would like to share that Brian and the entire maintenance team are the best part about living at this property. They are always so quick to respond to any request, so professional and thorough, and always follow up. Thank you for taking care such good care of our apartment and community. My family feels lucky to live at a property where the maintenance team clearly takes so much pride in their work. Thank you!!

The community is decent, loud neighbors make sleeping difficult but it’s apartment living. Car break-ins seem frequent but management promises new cameras and safety meetings, that’s appreciated. Overall office staff is welcoming and Alyssa Reynolds especially has been nothing but exceptional. The maintenance tram is quick and efficient.Decent value for the price and in a good location.

This apartment complex was one of the best since Ive lived in Austin! I lived there for 5 years in building 13 and it was very quiet! The maintenance team was the best, Brian and Liz stayed on top of everything, and was easy to get in touch with and always handled the issue! The rent is a bit pricey but the complex is very quiet, clean, and dog friendly! Office management definitely changed over time, the first 3 years was definitely the best, Upon leaving, not so great but I definitely enjoyed my time here! would definitely recommend!

I just moved to Austin from Houston a few weeks ago and choosing to live at Camden Huntingdon was by far the best decision I could have made. The entire office staff have been so welcoming and kind. The maintenance team is quick, efficient and always happy to help. Being such an overwhelming move, the Huntingdon team has turned it into a very pleasant and enjoyable transition. I love it here! The best part is I also get to work here as a leasing consultant, a great community to live in and work for.

Best experience I could ask for re: apartment living. The staff here are professional, courteous, and really care about their residents. Rachel and the rest of the team do their job very well and treat their residents like humans instead of numbers. The property is kept very nice. No roudy neighbors, everyone has been respectful. I’m definitely going to be looking at Camdens for my next move!

We recently flew over to Austin last weekend to hunt for apartments, since we are moving soon. We had pre-booked a tour for Saturday, 06/20. However, we got a call on Saturday morning saying that they are busy and cant accommodate us in that time frame, despite the fact that our booking was confirmed. We got done early that day, and thought we should give them a second chance. We called them up and they asked us to come over.Outside their main leasing office, they have put a banner advertising three options (live tour, self-guided and team member guided). So I started entering the door, but it was locked. Nadia saw us, came to the door, and asked us to Step Back. Ohhhkkaayy. If you are not offering team-member guided tour, why are you advertising it all over the place?? She gave us the keys, asked us to go over to the apartment and come back. Her attitude was nothing short of derogatory and rude.We toured the apartment and came back. Upon coming back, we were unable to enter because another lady was busy on the phone, and we had to sit outside in 100 degrees, waiting for her to get done. It would have taken her 30 seconds to take their keys and let us leave. I was so flustered with this experience that I even forgot to hand them the keys. And I guess they wanted nothing to do with us, so they didnt ask either. However, the next day, I made it a point to stop there on my way to the airport and hand them over the keys, since Karma will eventually get to their behavior (dont know the exact reason, and I dont want to insinuate).I visited 12 apartments that weekend and never did I face this kind of rude and unprofessional behavior.

I just wanted to write a review about Camden Huntington and my experience. My Daughter is looking to move into an apartment in the Camden Huntington complex. The Complex was nice and well maintained. The maintenance workers seemed very nice as we walked in and were greeted by them and the leasing staff. We toured with Alyssa Reynolds who was super helpful. Being a worried mother, I had tons of questions and wanted them answered to a T. Alyssa was there for us with any questions we had. I think between my daughter and I we must have called her 20 times, but she was happy to answer any questions we had and quick to respond to any emails we sent as well. she is an amazing worker and loved meeting with her!

I just have to say that this team is wonderful....and there responsiveness is just one reason I love being here. Brian has been great.. I called for a maintenance request and not only did he fix what I called in, he noticed something else that was wrong and asked if he could go ahead and fix that as well.Thank you Brian. Ive lived here for about 9 months now and have enjoyed it. Alyssa was my first contact and has always been super helpful when Ive needed anything. She even went out of her way to put a package inside my apartment for me that was delivered early while I was out of town. I called her when I saw it was delivered and she went and took care of it for me. The community staff is always friendly and helpful.

I recently moved out of Camden Huntingdon only because of a life change. Throughout my time at Camden I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. More specifically Alyssa R. From asking how my days were to helping with my notice to vacate and move-out. I even emailed her once I left the apartment and she invited me to visit if I was ever In the area again. The maintenance team is also amazing. Quick to respond and they fix everything correctly.The apartments are really nice for the price point. The pest control services don’t always visit your apartment when you ask. But if you call the office they’ll make sure they come back out.

I like the community for its cleanliness and quick turn around time for fixing any sort of maintenance issues at Camden. Maintence guys are very good at their work especially Bryan and another lady who comes to fix the issues. They are very friendly and good at their job.

Over the last 14 months I have lived at Camden Huntingdon. My experience here has been top notch Thanks to the staff. People in the office are friendly and welcoming, specifically Madison who always remembered who I was and was always quick to deal with issues. The maintenance staff here is second to none, every request large and small was completed within 24 hours. You can find Luxury apartments with a beautiful ground keeping and pool anywhere in Austin, but I promise you that you cant find a staff that will care about you like these people. Only reason Im moving is because Im moving in with my significant other and will find a place a bit closer to her work.

Love this place so much! My apartment is so spacious and it just feels like home. The entire team in the office makes you feel so welcome he second you walk in and have been quick to take care of my needs. Alyssa went above and beyond taking care of me and made my move process seamless and even checked in on me after my move. Off to a great start!

The agents and maintenance staff here are excellent! If I put in a maintenance request, it always gets resolved within 24 hours. The online portals are easy to use and simplify submitting requests and keeping track of rent/utilities. The community is pretty quiet, and although the complex is right off of metric, I dont hear a lot of street noise either. Internet/cable are required add ons, but it keeps me from having to pay more than one bill for the same services I would want anyway!

I recently visited Camden Huntington and the staff is amazing. Madison, Samantha and Alyssa are all friendly and eager to help! They all participated in conversation with me and made me feel welcomed. They made my experience with Camden a great one and although I leased at another Camden I wanted to let everyone know how amazing these ladies are! Keep up the awesome work!!

I have been living here for about a year and a half. Love this place. Never had an issue that the staff could not help with. The office staff are always friendly, especially Alyssa Reynolds who is always ready to assist. Only semi-compaint is the parking spots in front of my building are very cramped.

Juliana Johnson was such a tremendous help to me when I needed some quick assistance regarding an existing lease. She was attentive and extremely responsive. She went out of her way to help me and was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I absolutely love living here. The apartments are very well maintained and modern. The staff here are incredible. I would like to give a special shout out to Bryan the Maintenance guy. On multiple occasions he has dropped everything he was doing to help me unload my truck or help me lift things into the bed of my truck. He is an absolute joy to be around and he is truly dedicated to this property and its residence. KUDOS to you Bryan. You rock!

I have lived at camden Huntingdon for about a year now and it has been one of the best apartments I have lived in. Madison has been a wonderful help through the leasing process and is always so friendly and helpful whenever myself or my brother has any questions. The staff always provides a warm welcome when entering the office and is helpful in every way possible. They all respond very quickly to any of the needs we may have.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years, and plan on being here for at least another year. We love it here! The rent is a little high, but they really take care of their residents. Our cabinets and appliances are top-notch. We NEVER have any bug problems, even living on the first floor. If we see anything, they send pest control out right away and the problem is taken care of. I dont have any dogs myself, but as an animal lover, I really appreciate their policy that all breeds are welcome. I have an indoor cat that loves to sit in our big windows and watch the squirrels and birds. We love that the landscaping is so lush and green. Plus, its walking distance to a park and to a trail leading to Walnut Creek. My only complaint is the high rent, especially when I see that they are not able to fill all of their units despite the housing crisis. That tells me that they are charging too much.

Maintenance staff: 5+ stars. Can’t rave about the maintenance team enough. They are always fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.Safety/Security: 1 star. My car was broken into while living here. There have been multiple vehicle break-ins and at least one incident where a resident was robbed at gunpoint. The staff holds regular meetings for residents to talk with local APD officers but it is disappointing because, considering crime incidents don’t seem to be slowing down, there hasn’t been any major improvements to ensure better security like installing cameras or even hiring a nighttime security officer.Price/Quality of Apartments: 4 stars. Price is great considering the area and taking into account the quality of the interior and exterior of the apartment buildings.Amenities: 4 stars. The pool is nice and big, well maintained, and is hardly ever crowded considering how big the complex is. The gym is a little small but has the essential equipment. My only issue is the printing / computer area is only accessible during leasing office hours, making it a little inconvenient.Front Office Staff/Customer Service: 3 stars. The front office staff working here are generally nice and helpful, HOWEVER- After my car was broken into, we decided to rent a garage and signed a garage rental agreement with a set monthly price. The leasing office came back to us months later and told us the price we were paying for a garage was actually much too low and wanted to not only increase the monthly rate, but they also wanted us to pay what we “owed” for the previous months that we were being charged the lower rate. Very unprofessional considering THEY signed and agreed upon the initial rate so just beware and double-check documents you sign.All in all, a quality place to live for the price. Just wish a little more initiative was taken to help prevent crime and promote a better sense of security here.

The community has had an increase of crime since I moved in. The office team makes empty promises about improving security. Community manager was not even on site for the incident and according to another resident she has not been here for almost two weeks. Rachel and Alyssa in the front office have been very helpful. Rachel sent out an email with information about the most recent crimes. (Our mailboxes were broken into for the second time) and information that they contacted the Austin police and had security updates coming for this year. I called before the email was sent and spoke with Alyssa who was very nice in explaining Austin police had already been notified, and they had a video of the crime occurring that they were giving police. She even informed me of where mail was being held if I was affected.While the crime is picking up the office team does their best in trying to inform residents of situations. However if you can live with a car break in here or there, or a chance of a mailbox being broken into this is the place for you.

Worth every penny! Secure, friendly, and clean community. Great hospitality! Strongly recommend living here! Great amenities, and the area is quiet, our family will not be leaving any time soon! Maintenance is always on point; takes care of any issues within 24 hours, if not sooner, and are always friendly. My wife and I will be renewing our lease for years to come!!!

I lived here for about 3 years. This location has great staff and wonderful maintenance that help you with any issues. I liked the valet trash. Office staff is awesome and plan cool events for the the residents. Only bummer was parking at times. I always felt safe and in a good area close to a lot of conveniences.

My favourite apartment complex Ive lived at! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff are absolute top notch (I once put a request to have a lightbulb replaced and a team member was at my apartment within 15 minutes!). The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and spacious for a great price, and the pool is one of my favourite hang out spots. The complex is constantly improving itself on a daily basis and I am so happy to call this place my home.

Final Update: I moved out to get a house with a backyard. Previously 5 stars, Ive removed a star because move out cleaning process is deceptive and expensive. They charge a non-negotiable $90 cleaning fee (1 bedroom) but unless you do a deep clean yourself at move out, you will be charged extra. It is a shame this final experience is bad considering how good it was living there.UPDATE: Two years in and everything is great! Maintenance is quick and efficient. It is a great place to live!Ive lived here for just over a year now. The management, specifically Madison, is phenomenal! They are receptive to questions and suggestions for improvements. The prices are the best Ive found in Austin as well!My experience with the maintenance team has really enhanced my experience as well. They are extremely fast responders and I generally have my service requests fulfilled the day I make them. Brian has helped me out with AC troubles twice and I am always astounded by how fast he responds and fixes the issue.The area is perfect; not too crowded, a number of shops restaurants are within a 10 minute drive, and there are two parks close by. Not to mention how beautiful the property is during certain seasons.I highly recommend this as a place to live and hope my experience has helped you decide!

Good Location since very easy to access I-35 and Mopac. But not safe atall due to security reasons. The apartments complex had lot of break-ins in the past 1 year and nothing really changed with increasing cases. No security actions have been taken atall. Even the mailroom was broken into once where I lost all my mails. Another drawback is mandatory technology package for those who dont want to opt for cable connection that two of them which is ridiculous. The parking spots are few and half of them are compact spots that ends up having scratches on car maybe by some other dude hitting the door to yours. If you want to be safe opt for an apartment near the front gates which is well lit up.Pros: Location, Good Layout, Reasonable Rent, super responsive maintenanceCons: Old apartments, bad security (regular break-in), Small parking spots, Management is not welcoming in person (except of social media)

I’m a bit surprised that nobody here spoke about the crime on this property. It all started in Jan ‘19 with an armed robbery in the parking lot and then a series of attempted break-ins. The management was still assessing on the additional security measures months after the incidents.The good:1. Maintenance staff. Quick and efficient2. For the most part a calm neighborhood3. Close to the Walnut Trail and HEBThe bad:1. Parking spaces. Way too small to fit your car in2. Gym — it’s outside the apartments’ main gate. Didn’t feel safe to step out in the evenings3. Walls are relatively thin and I could, for the most part, hear my upstair neighbor’s kids and dog running around4. The space in the apartment is poorly managed with not enough closet space. I’m not sure if it was just my unitI had to leave because I didn’t feel secure here and that the management wasn’t doing enough for months.Hopefully things will get better for what was once a safe neighborhood.

Best apartments I have ever lived in. Maintenance is super responsive and always smiling. Everyone in the office is amazing as well, especially Madison! I have never left a google review before but just felt I needed to cause this place is great!

Ive been living here for about 3 months now and my AC broke down at least 4 times and I found 6 cockroaches in the apartment on day 2. I definitely expected better for the price Im paying. Maintenance and Camden staff are trying their best to be helpful but the buildings are old and the ACs just dont work that well.Update: the new community manager (Candice) reached out to me and Im getting a new AC unit since mine isnt cooling. Candice was super helpful and really cares about the residents.

Totally worth it!Brian from the Maintenance service is super quick and very helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care off literally within 15-30 minutes of request and executed very efficiently. Very Impressed!

They are on top of service requests and super friendly. The only issue I had was at move out. 60 days is the time frame for move out which normally is 30 days. I was out of the country and had issues with my 60 day notice getting sent. They were working on quotes for me and didnt communicate over the phone at all about the notice other than emails which I didnt have access to. I had to pay almost 2 months rent which turned out to be $2,000 when they had another tenant already living in the space 2 weeks after move out. After being with Camden over 3 1/2 years really saddens me that they didnt work with me much. It put a super bad taste in my mouth, as I have never had this issue the past 7 years living in an apartment.

Brilliant Choice. We gave a lot of thought and put in a whole lot of research before finding and finalizing on this place as our place of stay. I have not regretted my decision even once.1) Prompt Maintenance. Hard working team who are polite, pleasing and very efficient. Special shout out to Brian and Kyle, who have been there to assist us on the maintenance issues.2) Clean complex.3) They fix issues and any complains very quickly.4) Every staff at the leasing office is extremely well informed and polite. The also do a great job. Samantha and Ryan have been the people we have interacted the most and they have been awesome.I have had no issues what so ever with Camden Huntingdon. Its been the best place to call home. I am really going to miss Camden Huntingdon and their staff.Infact I am also considering Camden properties once again, in the place that I am moving into.Thank you to everyone at Huntingdon!Best wishes

The team here at the Camden Huntingdon have all been so welcoming! The units are all very nice, and maintenance staff keeps up with all work orders! Super appreciative to have this as my first apartment, and looking forward to the day i can come back :D

Even though their service is good, the way they handle theft related incidents is more of reactive manner than a proactive basis. There are several burglary attempts and other theft incidents which is causing concern for the safety of the people living there.Update: 20 Feb 2020Increasing 1 Star due to the speediness in resolving User requests. Maintenance team and Leasing team are working on their toes to get the jobs done. Thanks for fixing the Gym weighing scale issue which was there for sometime.

I love living here. My neighbors are nice, the staff are lovely and very helpful. This is a very family friendly community. It is very hard to replicate the environment here at Camden Huntingdon because there are so many things right about this place.One thing Id like to point out that I didnt really like at first is the trash valet but after a while, its definitely a good convenience to have. I highly recommend this community to anyone who is interested. Ive lived here for a year now and love every bit of it.

I visited only the office and one available apartment, I am not a resident.Pro:- relative save and gated area- location is very good- a lot of qualified staff members- Camden cares about the residents, maybe the main reason that speaks for Camden- new and modern fitness room (small but nice)Cons:- received no brochure with all fees, service charges and other useful information, main reason why I didnt apply- buildings are not new anymore- electronic devices maybe a little bit old- expensive to rent, it is possible to find slightly cheaper options with similar amenities- valet trash and internet packet are mandatory, no free provider choice

Camden Huntingdon has been my home for over 5 years now and I wouldnt live anywhere else in North Austin! Every time I have ever had any service requests Bryan and his team are there to fix them quickly, correctly with a genuine smile on their face. Bryan is so friendly and welcoming! The location of Huntingdon is top notch; close to everything you not only need but want. Grocery stores, post office, The Domain, restaurants, public library and Walnut Creek Park are just a few of my frequent stops. Now, I will tell you that I am indeed an employee of Camden however please know that I truly think the world of this community and staff. If you dont believe me, just schedule a tour to find out for yourself! :)

Dont move here. You will never get your packages AGAIN.The move in process was fine and everyone was nice during that piece of it but once we moved it they took away package services so now we have to go to the post office to pick up packages. Recently, the packages were just sent back to the sender. Unacceptable.

Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance was good and responded in a timely fashion. Parking was a hassle. Gym needs a major upgrade. Gate was broken majority of the time. Rent increased and the prices for all the extra items (valet waste, water, technology packet) was too expensive. Moving out was annoying due to the additional fees they charged us with.We moved to a different Camden about 6 miles away and enjoy it way more.

Was thinking about moving here... Great location, nice apartments, but once I heard they wont hold your FedEx,USPS mail..... Deal breaker.... Every other apartment complex with 10 miles. Will hold your mail for you..

Very expensive apartments. Would recommend trying other apartments in 2 mile radius of this apartments, I found them cheaper. I stayed at camden for 1 year and I am not going back.Few months ago when my husband said we want to continue leasing with Camden, they increased monthly rent to a crazy amount. They have no intention to keep people who are already living in Camden.BTW there were always issues with gym. Not worth it.

I have officially lived in Camden Huntington for three months, and most every issue/concern Ive had have been addressed. Not only this, but the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are welcome and happy!I toured many communities, but as soon as Madison took me around and answered my questions, I knew this was home. (My FIRST home since moving to Texas at that!) Madison took me on the tour and has taken care of my every request and question. She, along with the rest of the staff, is always super friendly and helpful! Darian, a previous leasing agent, even gave me a few supplies to prepare for an interview. She gave me a fabulous pep talk, and took her time with me to ease my worries. Every property has their issues, but I am super impressed with the way the staff handles each concern that is brought up to them!Kyle, Brian, and Vilma are the ROCKSTAR maintenance staff. They have had to deal with every annoying request Ive put in - from leaky showers to shaky washing machines to even hanging up new shelves in my laundry room. This staff does NOT fail me.The property is fantastic. The pool is lovely with stainless steel grills available to the whole community! The gym is great and super accessible. The floorplans are amazingly open with TONS of storage space. I barely hear my neighbors through the walls and I live next door to a rowdy dog. Valet trash pick-up is SO convenient and something I cannot live without!I do have some complaints, but the ones that cant be taken care of by the staff are few. The parking spots are a bit cramped and sometimes finding a spot is difficult (at least near building 2). Living next door to the leasing office is also a bit noisy especially as summer is nearing. People can get a bit rowdy at the pool, but if this will be a bother to you, I suggest you look for a unit further away. Easy fix. Camden Huntingdon Apartments is a really wonderful community, and I am super happy I decided to move here!

Unsafe environment. Strangers bang on the door and run away.Today there was a snake outside my apartment and Camden did not help in any way possible.

Ive lived here for 19 months. The the management and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the location and easy access to major roadways. It is a dog friendly place but I do wish the complex had a dog park. Most of the dog owners keep their 4-legged friends on leash but for some reason not everyone picks up after their dog even when there are places to dispose of dog waste in various places stationed throughout the complex. All of the units have updated appliances, countertops, and cabinets. I do wish the technology package and valet waste services were optional and not automatically added on to your rent. I would like to have the choice to opt out. I personally think it is silly and a waste of money to have a valet trash service and although I have no issue with the Internet and cable provider, I would have like to have made my own decision about it instead of it being made for me.

The best community to live in at North Austin.Apartments are spacious & well placed. The staff is top notch-Caring, courteous and very prompt with everything. Special shoutout to Samantha and Madison!The maintenance team is brilliant-Quick repsonses, neat work and very hard working. Big thanks to Bryan and Kyle!Only one thing that the gym could b a little bigger considering how big the community is! Nevertheless, thats only a small part of it, the community over all is fantastic!My wife and me have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The only reason we moved out last week is because I had to move to another city due to a job transfer!It’s been the toughest decision for my wife as she simply loved this place to call home!I share her sentiments!The move out process was painful only because we felt bad to leave!!! But the process was extremely smooth and simple!We miss Huntingdon alot & shall fondly remember it!- Highly recommended 👍🏼Cheers guys!

Very high $$$$$$$$ rent .....Just dont come , worst place to live. high cost place... no proper GYM , No Play area for kids, no proper maintenance of floor, extra Valet Trash collection fee, TV cable fee,,, apartment staff says they will take care but never get it done, may be due to top management does not care about residents... internet or technology package is very poor ,,,,,

Ive been living at the Huntingdon Apartments for the past 2 + years and I couldnt be more impressed by the professionalism this staff has on the commitment to making sure that the residents are well taken cared for. If you have any issues either big or small, the maintenance will respond within 24hrs. The front office are always in a cheerful mode and will always try to make sure any complaints are handled with urgency. The neighbors are kind and I feel that this is a SAFE area to walk in and outside the grounds. If you have a dog, you have a beautiful park called Walnut Creek which is a 6 minute walk from the apartment and under the Metric bridge, the city has recently finished a cement walk/bike path that leads you directly to Walnut Creek or if you head west, itll take you to Mopac/Taco Deli. If you have children, this is a great place. If you are a avid mountain biker, Walnut has trails that are well maintained and a bliss of heaven. Walnut is a great park that has a playground and several trails. At Huntingdon, the swimming pool is shallow but good enough to stay cool from the blistering sun. Although @ 3.5 ft in depth, its perfect for adults and children. The pool is cleared of leaves every morning. The grounds are well kept from the front to back, using Texas native plants. The garbage valet is an extra cost but is a great add on especially when I forget to take out the trash after sun down. Always factor that into your monthly cost, its not FREE but I do personally like it. Although I love AT&T Uverse, the Time Warner package is a great deal and will add some savings. The location is superior. Youre only 5 to 8 minutes away from the Domain, 183, Mopac and IH35 from any direction. I see that this apartment only has 2.8 stars on Google so Im hoping my review will give you a new perspective. As an Austinite for 30 plus year, this apartment has the best value, location and staff that I have ever experienced.

Ive been here for two years and so far the experience has been mostly positive. Maintenance staff is very nice with their turnaround time being within a few hours (unless it was posted at the end of the day, which in that case would be first thing in the morning). Management staff is friendly as well and willing to help. The apartments themselves are kept in very good condition.There are still some downsides. The apartment floors are on the thin side, so if you have an obese neighbor or children upstairs, you will definitely hear a lot of noise. I had to take some of my pictures off the walls because my obese neighbor kept stomping all over his apt and slamming furniture around causing the walls to shake. They have been making improvements to the structures, but I havent seen much difference in the flooring.Also, if anyone smokes weed above or next to you, you will smell it. Smells seep through the walls easily and can be really strong. For this, I recommend cinnamon or some kind of spicy air freshener.Pricing is still pretty high for this complex (right now a 1br is about 960-1,100 base price), and the fees dont help. You have a mandatory TWC service fee (I think its 80) that includes cable and internet that youre stuck with, and while the service has made some improvements, it still isnt great. There is a special going on where you can get a digital box free for a year that I highly recommend if you have a flatscreen, otherwise youre going to get shitty air cable with limited channels. Other fees include valet trash (30) and monthly pet rental feels PER pet on top of a deposit per pet that are very expensive. Also, there is a fee that will be taken out of your deposit for cleaning after you vacate thats not thoroughly discussed when getting your lease set up (I was told Id get all of mine back, so I was misinformed).Overall the experience is great, but the additional fees, especially the TWC service, are pushing me and other residents to look elsewhere for housing.

The Manager is extremely rude and some residents that live in this complex engage in criminal behavior and are extremely dangerous. The manager is extremely careful about protecting them.

Expensive rent and charge for Cable & Trash is outrageous. Manager Shelby never pays attention to the residents complaints. Parking is kind of a problem out there. You dont have a option to choose Google Fiber or ATT Uverse since you are locked with TimeWarner as per the apartment rules. Internet service by TWC sucks. Many times you get a speed about 2 Mbps instead of 20. Never consider Camden if you are working from home, avid TV watching person. You pay 52$ mandatory for a standard cable . If you need HD , you need to pay 70$ extra to TWC which comes around 120$ just for TV.Gym is smaller ( 2 treadmill and 1 elliptical) and you dont have an option to clean the equipments after workout.

Parking is a big headache recently. If you are coming after 9 pm , then you dont find a parking spot and have to park outside or at the rear which is not safe. Cable and Trash 82$ charge is ridiculous and not even HD channels. Water bill is divided by the community and for a 2 bedroom apartment it comes to 85$ per month. Rent of 1100+ 82 for trash and TV + 85 for water and you end up paying almost close to 1350$ which is expensive for Camden. Regarding trash they have introduced a new policy in which you cant keep certain items in trash , you have to keep trash only between 6 pm to 8 pm outside your door, cant exceed 25 pounds (How can they think of weighing trash), you have to pick the can back by 9 am . You cant keep any trash outside with out the container. If you dont follow , next day fine of 25$ with the trash photo is on your door automatically. So, everything now becomes worst and un necessary rules and policies which we dont require. I wont recommend Camden unless they fix TV, Trash, parking issues

Not at all customer friendly.. They do not cooperate at any level. They can charge at any thing. So, beware. Dont go there.
