Sent this picture to David and within 30 minutes he informed me it was a Rat Snake. Thank you so much. I now can breath a little easier.

Horrible experience. I’m fed up, once you can finally get through to them they still seem carefree and careless about what they did at my home. The quality of their work was horrible, what a mess and they never even rid my home of rats. When I asked for some sort of a refund which really should have been a full refund they said they don’t give refunds they could just fix the problem. This has been a nightmare I have live animals in my attic I paid them good money to fix the problem and they didn’t. I will be filing a complaint with the Bbb..

My son contacted David about a snake skin we found in our garage. He quickly identified it as a Texas rat snake. This was reassuring since we thought it might be a poisonous snake so close to the house. What a relief!

It turns out This is not a real company it is simply a directory and I was not pleased with the performance and persona of the people that showed up to my house. I regret giving out my address and having them here at all . We are having a security system installed!!!.

I appreciate that not everything works out the way you want it to, but when Joe came out and treated my home for rats, I did not expect to see that problem unchanged after a week. They were still running rampant in my home. I was about to blast him, but he took me off guard. I called to express my anger, and he told me he would be back that afternoon to take another look. He found that the treatment did not work as he had anticipated, so he did another treatment and set out a bunch of traps. He came back every few days for about 15 days to clear the traps. He made sure I was satisfied with his service and did not charge me any additional costs. He stood by his work until he did the job right. That won me over. I am pleased to give them my recommendation.

They didn’t answer there phone and they have a Horrible response time to start off. Then they are rude and pushy over the phone take your business elsewhere.

How do I get rid of these rats if no one answers their phone EVER. Also After browsing their site I see they service the ENTIRE country I want quality work done by a local company I can trust. VERY MISLEADING!

Just wanted to stop by to say a massive thanks to Chris from this rodent pest control company, for helping me out with a situation that was close to becoming totally unbearable. I have a very overpowering and irrational fear or rats and mice, so you can imagine my absolute shock and horror when Im sat eating my dinner and the table and I spot a rodent running across the kitchen floor. I keep things meticulously clean, so I really dont know what kind of appeal my home had for a rodent, but there you go. I managed to stop freaking out after about ten minutes or so, and thats when I called these guys. I wont call anyone else but these guys ever again. they were very friendly, calmed me down, and even gave me some fun facts about rats and mice that actually seemed to make them less frightening. Still glad theyre no longer in my house, though!
