The phone person is great at customer service, but no follow up. I called on 5/4/16 for a knee roller, faxed my prescription over on 5/16/16 and they are still stating they ordered them it should be in a day or 2.. well we at day 13 and still no phone calls or follow from this store. When I call the guy says I am always here, no need to do paper work online but still nothing has been done, I called Wendor and Roberts on 5/18/2016 they had one that just came in, she tagged my name on it and said they will hold for 24 hrs, they stay open til 8pm, my husband went out to pick it up with no problems on the same day. If you need medical supplies NOW, better call Wendor and Roberts and not this place ADA!
