Im giving a Pandemic Pass 2 many retailers. They r short staffed, decreased shipment of products. However,a great opportunity 2 up ur Customer Service game🤨

I am simply at a loss for words. I spent over $8,000 on appliances within the past 2 weeks at Lowe’s. We were suppose to receive our washer and dryer last Saturday 8/14/21. Yet we didn’t and we didn’t get a call saying that the dryer was still back ordered. We also paid $35 each to have measurements done for appliances in the kitchen, and guess what no one called. We went into the store after doing measurements ourselves to order the appliances and we were told that the company who does the measurements quit, but they had a new company (Yes, the company has now called and scheduled). I’m not sure but if a delivery or service can’t be made/provided shouldn’t the customer be informed? We went into the store to be told that the dryer was still back ordered. However, the one star is based on the information provided above, and the fact that I have spent 2 hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone so I can find out when will we receive our washer and dryer. Someone eventually answered, but literally hung up on me. I know that most places are short staffed, but 2 hours is a bit much. At this point I have given up and just hoping for the best.

Was there for 45 minutes wanting to buy a dishwasher and not a soul helped us. I told 2 employees we needed help in the appliances section & there was calls made over the intercom and still no one showed up. So we left 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was able to get someone to help me in the paint dept, wow better than in home Depot. Found everything I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful, will definitely be back.

I just had to post a review about the customer service I received at the Lowe’s in Austell (East-West Connector). I visited the store today to buy interior doors and was assisted by Peter in the Door and Window Dept. He was professional and knowledgeable. Even though I changed my mind several times, he was soooo patient! He is definitely the right person for this job!!! I really appreciate all your help! Thank you!!!!

This place is a disaster. Shelves falling down, product on the floor. Random carts full of product blocking the aisles. Prices on the shelves dont match what rings up at the register. Two stars at least because at least no one was rude to me on purpose.

Jeff and Keith in appliances were over and beyond helpful for a stressful situation I was in when both washer and dryer both quit working one day apart. They walked me through ever single washer and dryer bell and whistles and which were in stock and which were coming quickly. Hats off too Jeff and Keith for all their help. Getting new set this week. Yay

Got what I needed, grabbed some flowers to plant in the yard. The young lady in the Garden Center was professional and very helpful.

Worst delivery service ever. Was told the delivery would happen between 9am and 1pm. Was never called or given an ETA. Called the store multiple times and was hung up on. Even asked for a callback on the automated service and finally recieved a call 1 hr past the time window. Eventually spoke to the delivery team and they stated 3:45pm delivery. I called them back at 3:40pm. They said they would arrive shortly. I asked for an eta and they then stated 4:15pm. Lost an entire day waiting on this mess. Horrible customer service!!

This Lowes was a good experience in old fashioned customer service. The item was reduced on a special sale but rung up at the register for a higher price. Donna at the contractor checkout had to do a manager override and even though it took a little extra time she was very friendly and professional.

The installation process is the worst !Customer service ZERO stars. Call and get hung up on because know one has the answer instead of just being honest. I paid my money so they have what they want but where is my product? If they need to do anything type of installation especially fence & gate please run save yourself the headache. I purchased May 3 gave was giving the delivery date of June 18 called me June 19 at 9:15 to tell me something happened with the trunk and couldn’t get my material out unit Wednesday. This is very inconvenient I had an event in my yard that I now have to cancel because Lowe’s being unorganized and lack of communication.

Employees have no idea where anything is at in the store. Multiple times Ive tried to find items that said were in stock from the website couldnt find them in the store employees couldnt find them. I mean things like a trash can they said they had 43 on hand but couldnt find one. Just yesterday I went to go pick up some cinder block I went to lumber and building materials department where theyre sold I was told to go down into gardening and someone would help me down there get down there purchase my my block and Im told to go to a pickup area guy in the pickup area says yeah we dont carry that go back down to lumber and building materials theyll help you. So Im literally being sent back and forth across the entire store neither department has any idea who has the cinder block. After finding it myself on the exterior of the building I loaded up my car myself because the only person working in the department where they were found was like a 72-year-old little lady who couldnt think about picking up a cinder block more or less actually do it yet when I put in an application I received an email saying they didnt need help excuse me folks I disagree

Very disappointing and frustrating shopping experience. I have shopped here twice and have had trouble both times. It is very hard to find someone to help you. The first call for help button I tried was broken, the next no one responded despite it announcing help needed multiple times. I gave up after 10 minutes. Many of the workers are in plain street clothes with no vests and only a small name tag which doesnt even clearly say Lowes on it. When I did find someone, and told them I needed help they brushed me off and said they would get someone, but never did. They seemed too busy chatting with another worker. When I found another worker they acted as if they had no training and couldnt answer any of my basic questions or operate their own cutting equipment. Both times I went, there was only self check out available, and I had to wander around to find help with it. Even using the website isnt very helpful because how the aisles are laid out the numbers jump around and arent clearly marked. I was excited to start my project when I came in, but gave up getting the stuff I needed. I will likely shop somewhere else next time.

You guys need to stop putting appliances in your showroom that you guys do not have in your inventory. We start getting billed for an item that hasnt even been delivered yet. estimated delivery date is over a month from now, basically we would be on our second monthly payment before we could get this item.

Found what I needed easy in and out. Not many service people to point you in the right direction but I do understand that alot of people may be out because of covid.

Love me some Lowes, its like a home away from home. Just all great things!

The three young men working outside the garden center appear to be very uninterested in helping customers and very unmotivated. A few were more interested in their cell phones than providing customer service. They were walking very slow and not communicating with me. I tried to call the store twice to share this with mgmt and no one ever picked up. I have not had this experience before and hope this level of service is not the direction this location is moving in. I didnt give a lower rating because the lady at the check out counter was nice and helpful.

Store is well stocked. Associate was very helpful and even made suggestions. Great experience at this location.

Yesterday (Friday) I visited Lowes at a different location than today looking for a specific yard tool to aerated my lawn. Yesterday the female Lowes associate who spent time online looking for the tool I wanted led me to the Lowes location I visited today. Because of my experience yesterday, I knew exactly where to look. Today (Saturday), I not only found the tool I wanted, I had my question answered & a demonstration offered by the associate I spoke with today. I must admit, my 1st choice has been Home Depot in the past because of home improvement classes they once offered ...but... Because Home Depot no longer carried the brand/tool I wanted, for the past 3 weeks, Ive given Lowes a try. Im glad I did. Curbside sucks, never fails… I waited over 20 minutes.Don’t give curbside pick up options if you’re not going to apply it. Just change it to go in store pick up only.

It is Lowe’s. Very predictable level of inventory. They had what we needed in stock. Nothing outstanding either good or bad. I prefer our Lowe’s over the other guys.

Garden center trip today. We love Lowes, much better deals than competitors. We shop both HD and Lowes regularly. In the garden department they have great deals on flowers and even clearance flowers.Perennials are our fav, they come back yearly however the Annuals are always vibrant and colorful. Every garden needs annuals.I had to capture a few photos. The flowers were so pretty today.

Lowes was great. I usually go to Home Depot but Lowes was such a great shopping experience that I will start going out of my way for a better shopping experience. I really enjoy my shopping experience there.

Would like to give a higher rating, but they just dont carry what I need in stock a lot of times. Associates are always nice. A little bit easier to find than HD. I went to the stair parts area... the products are few and far between. Minimal is an understatement. Went to the area for doorway thresholds... the type I wanted were all open missing major wood parts! They were discounted a couple of bucks???? Like that is going to help. Also went to lumber, and there was 1 one by 8 popular board in the rack. I needed several. This was one trip. I gave 2 stars because the place is clean, bright, and the staff friendly.

I found some things at a better price than home depot.

Horrible customer service! I have encountered issue after issue while trying to exchange/return a broken vacuum! I am convinced their extended warranty is just a money grab because they wont even allow you to use it.

Shopping for peel and stick tiles 1031856, while on clearance at all other stores its the regular price here, went to customer service where theres a big sign stating price match guarantee. Pam with a sarcastic attitude stating we only piece competitor...guess what if your price is higher than another Lowes you are a freaking competitor...

Customer service at this place is at a all time low. I was on hold for 30+ minutes just to ask if they had a mobile shopping cart. And I had to call back three times and interrupt the young lady just before saying can I place yo on hold again.. just to find out if they have mobile carts to help the disabled community .. final try and my interruption..because I’m not wasting anymore time with this..lady said No! but I called Home DepotPeople and they said yes! No wait..wow, customer service was there.. I was wasted exacting 47 mins with Lowe’s for that.. I never shop at Home Depot but at Lowe’s. Shop where ppl help and love their jobs! Short-staffed in every department and no manager on duty. Prices are about the same as Home Depot, except they offer no customer service. If you live in the Smyrna/Mableton/Vinings area, do yourself a favor and visit the Home Depot on Cumberland Parkway. You will thank me later.

The worse customer service I receive in a big retail store. If I could give cero Starts I would! I went to the store located in Austell to find a Telescopic Ladder which according to the app they have 12 in stock.I had to wait and spend over an hour in the store to finally get some help. Thanks to troy and George. They were amazing. But the rest of the staff were incompetent to do their job. I even have one of the employee saying He didn’t want to help while he was on his phone. I have other people ignoring me for quite a while. The worse part of all. I could even get the ladder and products that I was looking for. So I had to take my business purchase with me. I am never bringing my business to this store again. I will be transferring my business account to a different location. I hope they learn to improve their customer service because at the moment is really bad. This is not the first time this happens by the way!

Big store - good variety of products but NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. I waited for more than 45 minutes for someone to resize some blinds, and no one came to help. Returned at night and they told me the person who cuts the blinds works from 9 to 5 and ask me to come back the next day. Same experience, long wait time and I had to go around the store to find someone willing to help. Fortunately I bumped into Chris at the flooring department and he was kind to help me with what I needed. And the Manager was not at the Store on a busy Sunday. Great!

Store is always clean and its easy to find what I need. However, they never have enough cashiers and self-checkout is always turned off when I go.

Good luck getting the products your order! Their delivery system is trash and if you call you get attitude from the employees and manager and a runaround about it. Taking work off for deliveries that are promised and never arrive, getting products that weren’t supposed to be delivered on certain days and calls only minutes prior suddenly. They won’t give any type of satisfactory customer service either. It’s just an awful experience go to Home Depot and save yourself a headache. Check out their Facebook page, it’s full of similar issues of rude employees and awful customer service.

It happens very rarely that we walk out of a place after we found what we are looking for. Today it happened because there was just one cashier open around 5:30 pm. We left without our stuff and frustrated. Not even the self checkout was open. Long Lines on the one open Register.

Like this store always bright and clean, however, older gentlemen in paint department not knowledgeable giving me incorrect information when I asked him about lightening a color. Also, seemed bothered when I brought back a can that needed to be shaken again. I believe I interrupted his conversation with another employee about their hours and schedule.

I always like to leave a review when I get great service. Yesterday I stopped in at the Lowe’s in Austell to pick up a product I have been wanting. After asking two people where this product was I finally stumbled upon this lovely young lady named Dayah. She stopped the work she was doing, looked at the app, and walked me over to where the product should have been. Finding that there was none on the shelf she then looked at inventory to see if it was available. I feel like she went above and beyond and I just wanted to credit her for her efforts. Thank you Dayah.

I’ve consistently come to this Lowe’s and find it never adequately staffed. Last 3 occasions I’ve been I have waited 20+ minutes for called assistance (in the middle of the week) and always leave frustrated due to lack of specialist. Nono is usually helpful but she needs more team members to service the clientele. I’ll be taking my business to elsewhere for the future

This has been the 2nd time I have come to this location and struggled to get assistance. The first time I pushed the call assistance button and waited a long time before a woman passed and asked if I had been helped. She made an announcement for an associate to come and again no one ever showed up. I had to eventually go to front to get store manager involved. I waited for a good 15 min total.So again I come to this store i inquiring about a hot water heater and again I had to wait about 20 minutes total. Pushed the call assistance button and you can here person over intercom requesting rep to come to the area. That announced about 3x then a live person got over the intercom to say same thing. In meantime a couple other store associates passed and said will call someone bc they do not work in the dept. Needless to say no one ever came over and I just left.So now Im going over to the competitor and pay more money for my hot water heater just because service at this Lowes is the worst.

This store has never picked up the phone once. You can call any department, hang on the line for an hour, no one will pick up the phone and there is no messaging service.

Shopped online and found item idle number which didnt match numbers posted instore. Then waited over 20 minutes for someone to help. I finally found the microwave on a top shelf so now we wait for a man lift. 20 people in line and only 2 registers open and they tried to charge me $100 over the sale price.

Its the only place where I could get a copy of my keys, neither Walmart, nor Home depot could help me, Excellent customer service.

All I can say if you have time to waste, deal with this company. I had Lowes install my windows, very disappointed with the process. The installers they assigned the job were awesome but the actual Lowes employees in charge of this project were such a disappointment, they lack customer service. And since they require the amount of the project paid in full up front, I guess that is why they dont care about customer service. I have had windows installed by Home Depot and their process went seamlessly. when I decided to install the other set of windows I decided to go with Lowes, that was a bad idea! I should have stuck with Home Depot.From loosing one of my windows, then I couldnt get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue, because to them all windows were delivered. Then when they decided to replace the window, they refused to expedite the replacement, this was poor customer service. The least they could have done is to expedite it. When the window was delivered to the store, no one bothered to call me, when I called the store three or so days later, I was informed the window has been in their receiving room for few days. The time it took for the replacement to be ordered and installed was almost 3 months for just one window. Currently I have been waiting for them to refund or issue credit on this since November. Im getting a lot of run-arounds.Please do not use them for your projects if you want seamless process for your projects please go with Home Depot. I will definitely will not use them again or even go shop there. I wish I can return the installed windows.

Went to lowes on east west connector in marietta ga. Got to cashier with about 70 dollars worth items head lamp, sand paper, and sanding belts. Was told after the cashier rang up all items I could not get a military discount unless I sign up on line for the discount, after showing military I.D. at the start. After 21 yrs. Of service I dont think Lowes needs more info about me. Very Rude!!

I needed assistance with a new toliet in the plumbing section. An associate named Frank assisted me answered all my questions and was very friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Plenty of parking. Store no longer carries supplies to repair older homes from the 60s on back. But their competition does. Still love Lowes as they dont rely on self checkouts which Home Depo is starting to do.

Spent 30 minutes standing in appliances waiting behind one person. Wasnt even acknowledged until another person showed up. Was waved off when someone pointed me out. This person never greeted me said anything about a wait. Just ignored me the entire time.

Went in looking for some stuff for a project in the entire section containing the stuff Im looking for was completelyempty. I looked around trying to see if they move the section but couldnt find it no signin this section saying where it might have moved to or saying that they werent carrying the stuff anymore. Absolutely infuriating.

BLUF: Drive an extra half mile to Home Depot.Dont waste your time unless you need it specifically from Lowes. Home depot is right down the road and way better. Expect long lines (because no one is working the register), little selection, and higher prices.Ive been a Lowes person my whole life, but since moving to Atlanta, Ive only been disappointed. Why does Lowes even bother with this location?Edit: Regrettably, I Had to come here again. Its somehow gotten worse. Avoid this place at all cost!

Very Helpful Staff! Most of the time they asked if we needed help instead of us going out and searching for them.

I generally am a fan of Lowes over other home improvement stores, as I find the selection to be better and the prices more competitive than competitors. With every project or honey-do list, this location continues to be an exception. Today it was tuning up the air conditioner.I walked into the store via the entrance closest to customer service in order to get a mask. CS was staffed by two middle-aged women, both not assisting customers or on the phone. I asked, may I have a mask, please? The one woman that looked up gave me a blank, ape-like expression before looking back at her computer screen. I walked up to the other woman, who glanced in my direction when I approached. I gestured my hand over my face, implying I needed a mask. Again, no acknowledgement. As many employees had no face masks or had them pulled below their nose and mouth, I decided to shop without a mask.I headed in the direction of HVAC only to find they were not where I remembered them. I asked an employee where air filters would be. Im not sure, I just started working here. Ask Customer Service. Great. The second employee I could find gave no response. The third employee I asked responded, Check aisle 26. Whatevers left. Odd response, I thought, until arriving on aisle 26. No air conditioner filters. No coil cleaners--Absolutely nothing related to air conditioners other than condensing units. After a series of befuddled interactions with more employees, I left to go to an orange home improvement store. Take a right out of the parking lot, its less than a mile on the left.

Great prices here, good for home improvement.

Went to Lowes at another location far from where I live and the customer service was great. Keith in appliance is awesome. If you go to this location and need appliances ask for Keith.

Bought a hydrangea plant for a gift beautiful price was wonderful

This is the worst store probably in all of Georgia. The customer service rep, Jordan, was very rude and disrespectful while I was there today. I called a manager to tell them about this experience and the manager hung up the call. Even a one star review is too much for them. Go to Home Depot down the street instead. They’re always nicer and have much better service! Don’t waste your time going to this Lowe’s.
