I called to get services done on my lawn I been a customer with these folks for a long time mind you... First time I called they advised that the owner was out and that they were still offering services I didn’t mind the background with kids screaming I just wanted my lawn to look amazing! They advised that they would come out the next day. I came home and the grass was not cut. Intead if anyone calling me I had To call them at 5pm for the young lady to tell me they could not get over to my location. She assures me they would be out the next day... I’m still waiting on the grass to be cut. I called to see what is going on and voicemail is full and no one answered! VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. I know the owner very well and I am ALMOST certain if he was there none of this would of happened!

Judo Turf billed my property manager for services that were not rendered (which I paid in full before I was personally on site at my rental property). I live 2 hours away from my rental property and when I arrived at my house, I immediately saw firsthand that I was scammed. None of the work that was invoiced was performed. I emailed the owner twice, but did not receive a response. My property manager (TruHaven Homes) reached out to Judo Turf, but I havent received a response from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am uncertain about the trustworthiness of both Judo Turf and TruHaven Homes. BUYER BEWARE
