I had the best experience of my life! I went to the store and really did not have a direction of what style engagement ring I was looking for. Ms. Kathleen assisted me and she was so sweet and patient every step of the way! The next day I went back in with my fiancé and Ms. Kathleen assisted me again with the help of her manager Ms. Leandra. They were absolutely AMAZING from start to finish and my fiancé and I are so glad we went to the East West Connector store!!! I would choose them again and again!!! We were able to walk out satisfied with everything that we decided to get. They went above and beyond helping me decide on my dream ring! I never write reviews so for me to do this means they were phenomenal!

I waited 7 weeks for my custom ring ( I wanted a copy of a ring i already had, and provided that ring for them to use)After 7 weeks, i pick up my ring and its the wrong size. Too big. And to get it corrected they would have to rework it, so who knows how long that would take.Unacceptable. The order should have been competed correctly.Horrible communication, aka, no communication received from the store associate at all during that 7 weeks. If i wanted any update, i had to call myself.I was told Id have to sign off on a drawing, never happened. I was told Id have to sign off on a mold, never happened. I was told my ring would be ready in 4 weeks. Also didnt happen. I only know any of these things took place, because i had to call to ask them where is my ring?So to go through all of that, and beg for my ring to be done within 7 weeks (even tho i was told 4) and for it to be incorrect? Thats terrible.The ring itself looks great, but its too big so now i have to wear a metal clip under it to keep it from falling off, and the solution?Another amount of who knows how many weeks?Not cool, Kay.

Store hours DO NOT MATCH.Rather inconvenient? And unprofessional. Update your hours before having people show up to be told youre closed 3 hours before scheduled time. Also, learn to pick up phone calls.

EXCELLENT experience all the way around 5 star Customer service hands down. Theres not a huge selection as far as mens accessories go but, theyre expanding weekly and will order what youre looking for. Delivery time was just a couple of days. Totally worth it. Stop by, youll definitely find something to your liking. And some great gift ideas just saying.

I had a terrible experience with the repair and the employees need to be retrained about the information they provide to the customers at the location. First off, I was told my total was going to be $62.99. When I went to pick my ring up, it was about $67. Theres a difference due to tax, which I was not aware of. I initially asked the male employee 3 times during the repair consultation and each time he told me the $62.99 included the tax. Despite that error, I had to receive a discount due to another error in the repair. I wanted to size up my ring. Instead of my ring being filled with 14 karat, as it was marked and as it was previously analyzed, it was filled with 10 karat gold. When I brought this concern to the employees, they stated that they completely stand by their repair department. I even displayed proof of the 14k initial mark and analysis of my ring being 14k gold. There was a huge lack of communication. If my ring was marked 14 karat and it was tested not to be 14 karat by their repair workshop, as they told me, they should have called me to let me know before proceeding with the sizing. The employee then told me to go to a pawn shop and get it tested if I didnt believe her. Due to this lack of communication and in customer service, my ring is now undervalued/devalued from 14k to 10k. This is ridiculous and I dont want to come back.

This store does not great customers. The workers talk very loud about stuff that has nothing to do with jewelry. One ratchet woman stated very loud, Im bout to go on break. Once again, another business with predominantly black people working there that just doesnt get it.

I cannot begin to express how great this group of people are, every last one of them are friendly and detailed in explaining everything about jewelry, no one rushed me like most jewelry places will do when you come to look and browse around for pricing. Awesome people I will continue to do business with these awesome ladies/gentleman. Thank y’all so much!

I had a great experience at Kays. I needed my ring resized so I stop by. The staff were very nice and welcoming. They explained everything that needed to be done so I understood the process. And to my surprise, it came back faster than I expected. Great place, great people. Thank you

I am new to the community and had some (what I thought were) minor jewelry repairs to be done to a sentimental family heirloom. I thought Id check out Kay Jewelers due to its closeness to my home -- figuring that with it being a large company it should be reputable. Was I mistaken! I was told that it would be 2 weeks to get my precious rings back, I balked at it, but relented as I didnt want to run all over the place for a sizing and remount. It is WAY past 2 weeks...and only after I inquired, did they put a rush on it (they hadnt even started on it). I talked to the store manager and asked her to check on it. You guessed it...no call back...no contact to reassure me. This ring was left to me by my recently deceased mother-in-law and it was dear to her and VERY valuable to my family. Not only do I not have my ring and am not being reassured, but they grossly devalued my ring on my repair ticket (I didnt notice until I went to check it later). It doesnt exactly instill confidence in me that the salesperson who took it in is no longer there. What sort of business are these people doing? It was only after I contacted corporate did the store manager get back to me. Still dont have my ring. This is unacceptable. I will never do business with Kay again. Consumers...beware! Every kiss-off begins with Kay.

Worst Kay’s jewelry I’ve been to. made a payment cash and lost the receipt now they are saying I never paid. Be careful when paying cash at this location because now I have to pay again.

Been a customer of Kay’s for a long time. I always get great customer service. I was excited when i found out there was a location close to me. This location on the other hand, not so friendly. The associates aren’t knowledgeable, don’t seem to want to help, and They don’t seem to want your business. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
