Fraudulent company. Takes delivery obligations knowing they can not meet them.Fine. 447 126 175 Supposed to have been delivered in Miami 3 days ago. Currently in storage in Atlanta hub. Why in storage? No one knows. Why shipped to Atlanta? No one knows. Why not shipped out as scheduled last night? No one knows. No one answers the phone in Atlanta. Voice mails are full and wont take more messages. Ask customer service 800 number and get a different answer depending on who answers the phone.Hours later. I thought so. No response. Someone just monitoring social media saying nice things. Nothing has changed for my shipment. It is still sitting there. Avoid this carrier at all cost!

This company is quite literally, a joke. I just found out that my delivery would not be delivered yet again today. By the way, this is the THIRD TIME it was scheduled for delivery! How many times will I have to reschedule this delivery to finally receive my shipment? What is the point of making appointment times if the company doesn’t even know why the shipment isn’t going out. One would think that by the third time you’ve had to reschedule with someone that you would at least have some answers to why it keeps getting delayed. Their answer to me was, “I do not have any idea why this keeps happening. You can contact dispatch and see if we are having problems locating it but I really don’t know what the issue is.” This of course is me paraphrasing in my words but basically what I have been told. Really sad. I guess I’ll have to go to the warehouse, locate my package on my time, load it on a truck, and deliver it myself. That would surely take less time than for them to handle my situation.

I dont know who is worse. This company or FedEx.I’ve been waiting on a delivery for over a week. I got a voicemail to call back to schedule the delivery time. When I called back it goes to voicemail. I called into the 800 # and they said they’ll send an email to the dispatch I need to speak with and can expect a call within 24 hours.The don’t seem to have their business together at all.Edit: FINALLY got through to someone.They say it’s sitting at their building in Atlanta. 1 hour from my house but they can’t deliver it until next Thursday. 7 DAYS!Or, I can go pick it up myself. They can’t knock anything off the $300 that I paid for shipping. He actually said these words “we only add charges, you’ll have to call another phone number to try and get that reduced”Why a joke.

Everyone in the reviews are right about this company. They Lie! I placed an order with Home Depot a month ago and this company was suppose to deliver it. They changed my delivery date 5 times. Every time I would call or email they would tell me my order would be delivered the next day. I NEVER received my order!!!! They stole my package that i spent a lot of money for. I have already complained with home depot about them and they are investigating. I had to cancel my order with Home Depot to get my money back!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE SHIPPING COMPANY!!!

Ive been waiting on an engine since june24th and they lost it before the delivery date june 29. The auto company shipped me another one using this company again and now today is the rescheduled dates and set for 7am but its 7:56 and im feeling like this company just ghosted me again with no update. They delivery drop off system isnt good and im tryna figure out how you lose an engine. I would really love to receive my package on the scheduled due date. This makes 2 bad serviced situationsUpdate: Had to call to talk to dispatch and he got someone to bring it today and right now im supposedly waiting. Help isnt bad its just hard to get a person on the phone and i guess some drivers reschedule they self(Not all)Update: The engine came around 12 on the 18 and everything seemed to be good. Just not good with delivery or customer updates

Rates they charge DO NOT match the quote they give you when you call in for a quote. They overcharge and then expect you to just accept it! Waste hours on the phone talking to someone who has poor english skills to only be told to send an email to prove what you are saying so they can fix their mistakes. I have shipped this same item 25 times at least. Weight and measurements all the same. I have gotten no help from the so called supervisor when I have called it. Waste of my time and lost of customers due to damage or lost item. Its 94 Tell me how do you loose something that is 94 x 46. Oh and 35.00 is what they paid me for insurance on that lost item. I lost 550.00 because they LOST my item. They have lost my business. I will now use fedex freight.

T Force has had my order from Home Depot since March 10th 2021 & it still has not been delivered! Everyday on their tracking website they create a new ticket stating the items will be delivered by 8:00pm that same day. This has been going on for 2 weeks now! I have called 3 times via Home Depot about this issue. They keep promising to deliver & never show up without any explanation. If they cant deliver the products, they shouldnt accept the orders. Today 03-23-21, I called directly & got hung up on the first time and no answer the second time. This company is very unprofessional and seems to lack a Customer Service Department. UPDATE: Home Depot changed my tracking history so it looks like my product delivery was just ordered today, 03-24-2021. WOW! Anyways, T-Force here is my TRACKING #100000250106. I was supposed to receive my order almost two weeks ago. I received the accessory which was shipped by another company the middle of last month. I still haven’t received my product that I ordered from Home Depot online ( which I will NEVER do again) that was shipped through tforce. They updated my delivery date several times. The status keeps changing to ordered from Austell to enroute and back to ordered. I didn’t realize this was a separate company. I have never heard of them. 100000255304Update: I had to seek resolution through Home Depot. Always choose the “ deliver to store” option. Home Depot called this company and they saw that my delivery date was being changed every day. The most recent date listed was for today, The rep for this company said they will deliver tomorrow by 8pm, when Home Depot pressed for answers regarding the delay, they tried to hang up on them. I got it resolved, I will just have to go pick it up from the store.That is a whole lot better than this company stealing people’s product. No one has money to waste on them and I hope Home Depot drops them like a bad habit.Update, update: I received my product, called Home Depot to update them

This continues to be the worst customer experience. My estimated delivery date has changed 4 times. I have endured cost from contractors waiting for the product to install. TForce has not responded to my emails and can’t get anyone on the phone. No idea why Home Depot would want to partner with a company that can’t get their products to customers.

First off....let me just say that everyones negative reviews of this logistics company are well deserved.I ordered a $3,300.00 Ryobi Electric riding mower. Initially I wanted to know the dependability of this freight courier and was dismayed to discover that they had 1 star across the board. Negative reviews go as far back as two years to as current as last week (as of the timing of this post). The owner responds with the same two generic apologies, assuring each customer that this is not the type of experience that TForce is committed to providing. My question is...if you are aware of the problem for two years...and nothing has been done to improve the situation...who is more of the problem? The management or the employees? In my honest opinion, neither care about accountability or dependability, I strongly urge my fellow patrons , when ordering from Home Depot, to inquire as to who the large freight handler will be before purchasing an item that requires special delivery and take their business elsewhere if it is TForce.My experience is no different than the rest of the folks here.1. I noticed by their substandard tracking site showed that they took possession of my package four days before loading it for delivery.2,. I only live 120 miles from the facility hub.3. My delivery date arrived and the tracking site showed it out for delivery by 8 p.m. that evening.4. Around 7:10 p.m. that evening my package still hadnt arrived so I called TForce customer service (the first time I was hung up on) to inquire about the ETA and the dispatcher said that the driver had went ahead and stopped working for that evening...almost a full hour before the final delivery time (who knows how much earlier he stopped before 7:10 p.m.)?5. I received a text update from Home Depot that my package was out for delivery. (yeah...how well did that work out for me)?6. I was promised that the package would be delivered the very next day by noon, but judging from other folks experiences with these JOKERS, I wont hold my breath.**update**still no Mower...TForce has missed two due dates for my item now.We, as consumers spend very large amounts of money on high value items like this and should be regarded more than TForce values us because it is our hard earned money that keeps these shysters in business. Once again, fellow consumers....I implore you to check who the freight handlers will be...and if it is TForce, please take you business elsewhere so that we can hit them where it hurts (Their profit margin)...maybe then they might honor their commitments.**update**I finally received my lawn mower and judging by the appearance of TForces equipment, it is understandable why they are such a terrible logistics company....my 695 lb lawn mower was off loaded from the back of a retired penske moving truck. The driver pulled the hand truck ramp out and slid my crated mower down the ramp....taking a few chunks out of my concrete driveway...the metal crate that the mower was attached to was bent and mangled in the process....surprisingly the mower sustained no damage...and this is who home depot contracts to deliver our high value items. SHAME ON YOU #HOMEDEPOT !!!!

I guess Im not the only one with a lost package....after reading these reviews.....Wow! Dont even know what to say about TForce. Ive called every day and yet I get the same answer from the call center. We are trying to locate your package please bear with us! Really? No information? How do you lose the package? Two huge boxes! This place is a joke! If I could give TForce a 0 I would! Awful service at best! We will call you back. Yep, never received a call back! What great customer service.

The best Unprofessional courier service in the world. Even they cant locate their own inventory. They never update the tracking info. Only god knows about your stuff. They never answer the phone. Home depo should kick out them from all kind of business with them. Several time contacted (somehow able to) but come back with empty hand. Dont know what going on with my stuff that purchased from Home depot (value $1300).

The worst logistics company ever! Home Depot can do better! My order was shipped more than three weeks ago (in the U.S.!) and I still havent received it. The Austell location is literally a mile from my house and every day they indicate delivery on that day by 9pm...totally ridiculous!Update: was told on yesterday they are trying to locate my package. You can not get a hold of any customer service rep to get an answer as to why my package is just sitting at its Austell location for 4 days. Ordered from homedepot was suppose to get it Tuesday and the tracking has changed multiple times. No wonder why you have 1.3 star.

Ordered a desk from office max. After never receiving my desk I contacted Tforce to ask the delivery person to investigate their delivery because I never received my package even though it updated as delivered by the courier. Was at home working I. The front room next to the front door. Plus I have a ring doorbell. This company contacted me and stated that their records showed that my package was delivered so I needed to contact the sender. WHAT? Why is their error being passed on to the sender? They could not provide any proof pictures of the delivery and they definitely didn’t ask the delivery person to retrace his or her route because they would have realized that it was delivered to the wrong Address. Garbage company... I was given a delivery appointment, and on that day I never received it. What’s the point of a delivery appointment if it won’t be delivered that day? Make sure you ask which shipping company, the place you ordered from, will use to get your order to you before placing an order on any website..

Spent a whole day waiting on them to pickup a package from my house for a return to Office Depot on a Friday with the driver constantly saying they would pick it up between 8:30 am-5:00 pm, but they never showed up. DRIVER said that they would pick it up on Saturday at 8:30 in the morning after I had already spent a whole day waiting. On Saturday I find out that they had no intention of coming to pick the package up, because they only operate Mon-Fri. DRIVER also lied and said they tried to call me. I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau with the proof I have of this company giving me the run around. Especially since I found out that this company is located SO CLOSE TO ME.

Horrible, they just left my vanity out in the rain and they cut the bottom off of the box so it was exposed to the rain to be smart because I had reported them and Home Depot uses them. They were suppose to deliver on one day and never showed up and came out the next week and just dropped the open box off with no notice. They are a rude uncaring company that no one should use. I will NEVER order from Home depot again online to have anything big box delivered. This company is a nightmare!

Same problem as previous reviewer. Ordered on July 2nd. Expected delivery date was July 9th. Then it was July 11th. I called on July 11th and was told that they were behind on orders and would be reaching out to me for delivery on the 16th or 17th. Nothing. Called Tforce on the 17th and they told me they were waiting for a scheduler to get in the office in the afternoon. Nothing. The delivery is very time sensitive and plans have to be made around the product delivery date. I still have no idea when my product will arrive and it will cost me another $60 in services paid to others to do the activities I needed this product to complete. Terrible communication and horrible experience. I would give negative stars if I could.

Ordered an item from Home Depot, which was supposed to be delivered by TForce. Got the delivery confirmation text, but no item. A review of my security camera showed the item being delivered and photographed, and then taken right back to the delivery truck! Home Depot opened a case but I havent received a response yet. They delivered a piece I bought from Ballard Designs. Had to lure them with cash to have them put it on the porch. They also refused to take it out of the box. How can you check for damage? They were just plain LAZY.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I have never experienced such horrible service my entire life. I was told my goods would be delivered on Monday and flew all the way back to Atlanta just to receive the good. Monday comes and no delivery, no call or email to let me know they ran into a problem. I call to find out what happened and they apologize and confirm my appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no delivery, no call or email to let me know my items will not be delivered. I speak to one of their dispatchers and he sets me up for an appointment on Wednesday and promises to call me first thing in the morning to confirm my items have been loaded on the truck for delivery. Noon on Wednesday and no call, so I call them back only to be told that they are not delivering my goods again. I have no clue when my items will be delivered and all the while I am only in Atlanta to receive these goods and have to get back to running my business out of state. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company again, this is the worst shipping experience I have ever had.

Delayed shipping along with my calls ringing once then telling me the user is busy. People have questions about their very pricey purchases and their communication is horrible. Fire whoever is in charge and get that building running efficiently with good customer service. Also due to Covid you are unable to safely wear a mask and have your temperature checked to personally pick up the package since tforce wants to continue pushing the date back. Called customer service and was sent small packages services…. she had no idea what to do so sent me to usps that also couldn’t help me. Either meet the delivery times or let the people pick up their packages. Fkn ridiculous company. Oh not to mention they are unprofessional and rude if you happen to drive to that location and attempt to get your package.
