I have used this cleaners for 20 years. The service has continued to decline. You drive up and no one will come out to get your clothes. I have heard multiple excuses like “ the bell is broken” However, once inside i am able to hear others drive up. . I waited 15 min before anyone came out and no customers were inside. Today, i picked up my clothes and once Marie came out the store.. it started raining. Marie ran inside because she didn’t want to get wet. I waited 15 min for her to return so that i could pay for my clothes. I had my clothes. She never returned. I walked in and she was sitting behind the door eating her lunch and using her cell phone. She stated it was raining so i would have to come in to pay. I asked her for the managers number and she refused to give it to me. It was the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent so much money at this cleaners for so many years. Never again! There is no contact information on website for manager/ owner at all

Marie is the most unprofessional customer service person ever!!!! I sent 3 lacoste shirts, $90.00 a piece to be cleaned. They were sent back with oil stains and one had brown stains on them. I tried to explain the situation as Marie rolled her eyes, waved her hand and over talked me. I asked why there was not a tag to let us know that there were stains that could not come out. These shirt were new purchases for the summer so did not have stains when we sent them to be cleaned. She exclaimed not my problem I dont clean the shirts. A man on his cell phone came from the back waving his finger in my face said she already told you. I asked him if he worked there. He was filled with a company suit with paint on it so I doubt it. I asked for a manager and she refused. As I waited Maria turned off the lights went to her car. Began closing the store and I told her I will make a report. I hope this cleaners close down. It is a plaque in our community. People need jobs and a person whohas one is ungrateful!! They lost my business!! It is a shame. I have been going her for 22 years!!

I have been coming here for about a year now, and am glad that Marie no longer works there. It seems that they are short staffed but try to accommodate me and my schedule as best as they can. I would recommend this place to my friends. When they are not too busy, they are great. When its busy you might have to wait a while longer than youd like.

I have been coming to this cleaners for a while now. I picked up my clothes on Saturday and finally looked at them on Sunday eve. 5 outfits were faded due to them washing my dark and whites together. They charged me and didnt mention it at all. I called today and asked for the manager and they said she will be in around 30 minutes. I called back and my number was blocked. Now they wont take my calls or take ownership of the mistake they made. They will make this right or I will see them on court.

Alterations are not done on site and take approximately 1 week to come back.

Every time I have a time critical item to pickup, this place is closed with a sign saying, opening late, or be back soon.

I have been a customer of Ellens Cleaners for 15+ years. I visited for drive through service, Monday, April 13, 2020, at 5:53pm. Another gentleman arrived at the same time as I did, but he walked in. I patiently waited until his pick-up was completed, but the worker never came out. I got out of my car, walked in and asked if she was still servicing drive through. She told me yes, but that she was ready to go. I explained that I pulled up at the same time as the gentleman and had been waiting for 7 minutes to be serviced. She gave no response. I left.During a pandemic, any business at all is critical to sustaining operations, especially for small businesses. I was utterly shocked that after waiting patiently to be helped, that I was treated like my business was optional. I have never been treated so poorly in all 15+ years of choosing Ellens. One star has been given for failed customer service.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!! This cleaners took 2 of my Ralph Lauren shirts and stained them both! Ruined them!! The clerk apologized and agreed to pay for the damage. They were Ralph Lauren dress shirts. $90 plus dollars each. Once the price was disclosed the owner decided to take over the issue and suggested it was a design flaw (although I have had these same shirts laundered time and time before) the owner then called me and said he was not going to replace the shirts and the stains were not their fault. He kept my shirts for more than a month riding around with them in his car and decided he was not going to replace or pay for my shirts! He hung the phone up on me several times when I was asked if he would address the issue and replace or reimburse me for my shirts as his clerk suggested. my shirts were never reimbursed. He is very unprofessional and RUDE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! I will file a claim with the Cobb County BBB.

In a time like this when every dollar matters, this person damaged my clothes and refused to settle with me although several of his employees felt it was the right thing for them to do! DO NOT TAKE YIUR CLOTHES THERE!

We love Ellens Cleaners, and we have been taking our clothes and comforters to them for many years. The customer service is top notch. They even do great alterations. Once, our clothes were switched with another customers, but the team went above and beyond to ensure we received our correct items. Ask for Sylvia - shes the best!!

Beware!!! Dont take your clothing to this cleaners!!! They lack complete integrity and will ruin your clothes without telling you about it. I brought a dress that Ive worn once into the cleaners to be cleaned. I picked up the dress and put it in my closet, with no need to look at the dress because I trust the work as Ive had previous clothes cleaned there. Well a month later when I was packing for a trip i pulled the dress out to take with me, and notice a huge ink stain on the dress that was not there prior to it being dry cleaned. They just put the dress back into the bag without saying anything. I take the dress back up to the cleaners and they said they would have it cleaned and that they would fix it. Well I received a call from a rude dry cleaning clerk a week later stating that since its been a month between pick up and the issue noticed there was nothing they could do. Contrary to popular belief, I dont wear the dress EVERY week, so I had no reason to look at the garment. I brought this dress in Europe and it cannot be replaced! I trusted this cleaners and they basically told me to go to hell and they wouldnt be paying to replace my dress. I think businesses such as they should not be allowed to operate in our communities. I will be filing a BBB claim and seeking a solution. I dont care if the dress was only $100 that does not give them the right to ruin it and then not take responsibility for their error. Im sick of companies like these. They should be shut down!!!

I asked for simple alterations on my pants. Why did I get my pants back with one leg shorter than the other. It’s safe to say I won’t be back for alterations.

They always do a great job and I recommended a number of people to them. Ive had problems in the past with cleaners , I really like Ellens cleaners because they do a quality job they are honest and dependableBut I also like is when Tara who works at Ellen cleaners will go the extra mile to please the customer. She sewed a button on one of my shirts while I waited. Thats someone who caresIts hard to find a cleaner you can really trust to do a quality job on your clothes. In my experiences over the years some will do it some of the time but when it comes to a tough issue you find out their true colors.Ive been doing business with Ellens cleaners for over five years. I dropped my comforter off on Tuesday to be cleaned and no one called me to tell me if it was ready for pick up. I called on Saturday to check and they told me they couldnt do anything to it without me signing a wavier because of the material (understandable) except no one has informed me of this and it has just been sitting there for a week! Now I plan to pick up and take somewhere else to be cleaned. Would not recommend this place.

Dont trust them with your clothes or your money. I asked for pants to be let out in the waist and then dry cleaned. They charged me 16.22. When I got them back, the waist band had never been touched. When I tried to call them, nobody would ever answer the phone. When I went in person, the proprietor refused to acknowledge my complaint. I reported them to the BBB and they never responded to the complaint. This business lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. The Asian business owner treated me like I was pestering him.

Do Not Go to These Cleaners. They have lost two articles of clothing since we started going a few months ago. We frequented this location every week to drop off and pick up. The last pair of pants they lost, they supposidly looked for weeks. But, they would never let me speak to a manager. Please pay attention to the count on your original ticket versus the count during pick up. They are scam artists and we will never go back.

Great and courteous service is what you will get here! Ive been using them for years and never had any issues. Clothes come back when expected in the same great condition as you dropped them off.

My first time going there and one of my favorite ralph lauren shirts were torn. How do you tear a shirt and still bag it for the customer. Smh......I almost didnt go here because of reviews like this. Wish I wouldve listen to my gut feeling. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give negative stars I would. I needed a simple alteration to a piece of fabric. The lady who took the order didnt speak English well. The seam was sewn in the wrong place. The man I spoke with didnt want to discuss how to correct the problem, nor did he want to give a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have had some problems on and off with the cleaner, but I am currently searching for a new one. They burned a pair of pants - white pants! The burn mark wasnt dark but I noticed the fabric was very thin on one part of the thigh. After further examination, I realized someone left the iron on it too long and burned the pants! Also, the waist band of my pants was still dirty!

I have been going to this cleaners for years. Recently the lost one of my shirts and they made it so difficult for me to speak with a manager. The ladies at this location has very poor customer skills. They did not want to give me a fair compensation for my shirt.They have lost a customer that has been going there for many years.

They are always on point! I get clothes cleaned every week.
