He was nice when he moved me in. One year later my expensive stuff ruined. Mandatory insurance did not cover it cause water sat so long it molded my belongings. Manger refused to let me back on the property after I discarded my stuff and filed a claim. He purposely falsified his statement stating I have to work here and telling me he’s not going back and forth with me you mad cause you lost your stuff you should have had your own insurance I really wanted to slap him at that point. Just taken back by his unprofessionalism. He tried to right his wrong by speaking to their mandatory insurance company, yet refused to rewrite his statement. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Back to finish my story in 2021. I’m not done. Their gutter caused the damage to my property 5000.00 table and ruined my children photos. They still refused to let me take pictures on the back wall on the inside units it’s exposed to the outside sideways rain and gutters leaked all over my stuff I had to throw everything away. He said that happened to another person to use someone else if you value your stuff.

Wish I could give negative stars. My buddy rented a temp controlled unit. Goes to move his stuff out and its covered in mold. Now they want him to remove it and pay for it. My advice DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! When my friend asked what do I do with this moldy stuff!? They manager said its not his problem. Thats horrible service. Thats horrible customer service.

Very nice. We storred our shed supplies here while we renovated.Its clean, no bugs that we were aware of, and very well lit. The attendant was nice!

I’ve used this storage for almost 2 years the property has gone down since they changed management. They increased the price of the unit to add mandatory insurance AFTER I moved in and had already purchased my own insurance which I pay annually. The grounds are never clean anymore.There’s dead roaches and trash all over the floor every time I come.I suppose when you pay for storage it doesn’t matter the condition of the facility.

Read the other reviews and I’m not sure what type of units they rent or what building but my building has a surplus of roaches to say the least and that’s a major part of the low rating for me. The staff is fairly nice. I have rented from MaxValue for a year now. I do like that over the phone payments do not require a processing fee. They do however now have an added insurance fee of $9 which for me is pointless because I have my own and my belongings are worth more than $2k. I don’t like the overlock process where they overlock your unit and remove the lock when they get ready. In other words if you pay late and make a payment on Friday you won’t be able to access your unit until later in the day on Monday. The office is on the property and the staff is too lazy to go and unlock your unit(?) but will gladly take your money anytime of day. The customer service number just makes a note of everything so their useless as well. After a year Of renting I can say I would recommend maxvalue only for the location but the hours, rates, and cleanliness, no thanks.
