In my experience, the owner, Robert James has 0 customer service skills. Ive encountered him several times. He is not helpful or welcoming. He may be the brains behind the operation, but should not be customer facing!Thankfully he has hired an office staff that gets it. Agent Claudia Maravilla is extremely helpful, professional, kind and inviting. She has assisted us in resolving several rate increase issues. She is my reason for 3 stars as opposed to zero. Jonathan is customer friendly as well.***Update***I received a call from Robert James. He acknowledged my review and offered (what seems) a sincere apology for my experience, with the assurance that it will not happen again. I genuinely appreciate him taking accountability. That is what quality leadership is made of!

If I could give less than one star I would. I went with this location because of the price they quoted me when I initially signed up, fast forward just 5 months later and I am already being over charged. I am the type of person that will ask tons of questions before I sign anything so I made sure there were no hidden fees, etc. when I was given the quote. Each time I call to inquire about the overcharge no one seems to know why, except to tell me there was a mistake made when given my first quote. You would think as a customer they would value your business and rather not lose you, but to feel like they don’t care if you cancel your policy and take your business elsewhere is disturbing. This has nothing to do with not wanting to pay more, it’s about how you treat your customers that makes a difference.

Robert James and his team made my experience getting insurance on my new car a breeze! It didnt take long, the employee, Claudia, who helped me was so nice and friendly. Claudia even made me aware of some insurance I didnt know I needed but would really help out if I was out of work or in the hospital for whatever reason. My experience was great and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable insurance!

Ive been with State Farm insurance for over 25 years. I never had a different car insurance. Sadly today, I am cancelling with them because State Farm didnt value me as a customer. They kept raising my rates, so much so its no longer affordable. When i spoke to Robert, he was nice but couldnt care less if i left or not. If this is how they treat loyal customers then Im looking elsewhere for my insurance.

Robert James State Farm is the worst insurance experience I have ever had. My account was moved under this agent when my agent left State Farm. 9 out of 10 calls you make to their office will not be picked up, no matter what time you call. Your emails will not be answered whether you go through the Contact my Agent link or through the office email addresses. If you make a request, and you see that it has not been processed after 2 weeks, then you need to call and follow up. A week after the follow up, follow up again, because it still wont be done. When you are tired of calling and emailing people who dont give a crap about you, then call the State Farm 800 number and ask them to process your request.

I havent had any problems with them . They always call and follow up with me on different policies , change in rates, ect. They always answer when I call unless its to close to 5p.m when they are closing.

It was a problem with my vin number it was entered wrong I call Mr. James he fixed the problem in less than 5 mins
