I would give zero stars but it isnt an option. I contacted Mr. Rudy on March 1, 2021 about a washer dryer set he had advertised on Craigslist. I explained to him I needed something RELIABLE as I am a Mom of 5 kids and it was a hassle going to the laundromat. We make a lot of laundry! He delivered the set one day while I was at work (my husband was home) and everything seemed okay. I paid him $560 of my hard earned money which was more than what he asked but I paid more because he was prompt with delivery. We washed one load and it was fine. We tossed the load in the dryer and it worked for maybe 10 minutes and stopped. The next load we washed wouldnt go past the rinse cycle and still will not to this day. We have to manually turn the knob. . I called Mr. Rudy and his exact words were Okay Mrs. Christy I will come take care of it ASAP. I want you happy! 3 days later with zero communication. He came and fixed the belt on the dryer finally and promised to come swap out the washer....and nothing after that day except more empty promises. He randomly called one day while I was at work ( I had NO clue he was coming) and said he was in my driveway and needed to look at the appliances. I told him my husband would be there in 2 minutes as he was at the gas station literally across the street. His response, Oh well nevermind because I am already gone and on the way to another call. SMH. 2 months later I am STILL stuck with a set that barely works. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!! I run a small business and this is NOT how you run a successful business!

I had never used this mans service before and had to find someone asap to come look at my grandmothers washer & dryer. During my google search....I found Rudys Appliances first (odd coincidence since he ended up being EXACTLY who we needed).When I called Mr. Rudy needing his assistance, he was very polite and patient with me while I asked a ton of questions .He arrived the next day promptly, despite the fact that he had other personal engagements that morning and despite the fact that I had reached out to him right at closing time the previous day. So him even coming to look at the w&h that day was a blessing.Moving on..... lolHe was in and out very quickly because he knows exactly what hes doing. My grandmother was tickled pink as shed say, by time he left. Such a pleasure to do business with him and I would absolutely 💯 recommend him for any appliance repair work you ever need!!! Great man who knows his trade and knows how to treat people as more than just customers.
