I couldnt wait to move from there . Roaches Galore definitely ! Mfs never in the office or available via phone till rent is due . You could tell them about a problem , you think they coming to resolve it soon ? Youre lucky if they remember . I will never again . Doors falling off the henges , loud music , & horrible attitudes the first management but at lest u could get them on the phone . Never seen a place go through 3 managements in a year span . Reconsider ppl lol

This is a great place to live. 10 years here so far. Four different management teams and the upgrades, remodeling, and painting the buildings have made this an amazing place to live. The lady Valerie in the office takes care of needs and is well attentive. Most recently I salute the new maintenance staff is AWESOME. Repairs done in a timely manner and fixed the first time ..... Id give them 10 stars if I could..... Sincerely, SATISFIED RESIDENT

I dont know why the new management had to increase the rent,there are roaches everywhere and u cant use the pool so dirty

This place is TOO NOISY. There are people with loud cars (a grey dodge & another black car) who play their music at all times of day & night for a long time. It has been going on for MONTHS NOW! Yes, there are roaches as well. Pest control comes but it doesnt help much. Mrs. Valerie in the office is very nice & helpful. But no one has taken care of the OVERLY NOISY RESIDENTS & the infestation. I cannot get out of here fast enough! This is my 1st year & I will NOT be renewing my lease!

I wouldn’t give one star let’s start with poor management I’ve been trying to get in contact with this property for two months now and I haven’t able to speak to someone they have roaches the inspection people don’t come out like they are Supposed to often after including the pest fee in Rent so we pay for bs they don’t keep up with their property my drawers in the kitchen are molded up with roach poop all in it and not to mention you can’t even get in contact with this property so I don’t recommend 0 stars !

Eric waa really patient and understanding as i looked or my first apartment. The complex got issues like everywhere else but i enjoyed my time there

Ive been living here 10 years and its not the greatest place weve had gone through a lot of owners and managers through the years the ones we got now maybe worst of all they wont even fix stuff when you call them Ive been waiting for my oven to be fixed for 3 months now it still hasnt been fixed they always get their rent on time its kind of messed up

Been here for 2 yrs and have not had any issues. Ms Valerie in the office is so nice. Any concerns I have she handles them efficiently. The building I live in is very quiet. I am pleased with my stay here over all.

Eric in the rent office lied to me for months and still did not fix; the leak in the bathroom above the shower, the toilet was detached from the floor, they cut three holes in the walls and left them there for three months, the refrigerator leaked, half the stove worked, roaches forever (water leakage), mold growing. I paid my rent on time every month but finally got tired of the paying and nothing was being fixed. Then they evicted me because i demand repairs and held my rent. They lied to the courts and said they would fix the repairs. I paid half of my fees and back rent, with the understanding they would begin repairs. They still did not fix one single thing. And was expecting the rest of the money. And told me i could not pay because eviction was scheduled to happen. I would have to pay $2000.00 to stop the eviction. Wow! People running through the the halls all night. People living in the halls. People randomly knocking on the door. Police there every other day. People speeding through, no matter if kids are out playing. Maintenance men do not fix anything. I have seen maintenance men buy drugs. The lady in the front office is the mother of the drug dealer. This is the WORST place I ever lived.

I lived here back in 2016 and only stayed for a month then moved! Horrible! It’s roach infested and trash is EVERYWHERE, but in the dumpster. It’s nothing but drug trafficking and people hanging out ALL NIGHT! The city threatened to close it down plenty of times during that month. Looks like they’re still up and operating. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! It’s HORRIFIC! I could never sleep at night. The pool looked horrible too! The rent was cheap and that’s the only thing that was good about them.

An apartment filled with roaches. When you call them to repair things they wont show up. They need to renovate this apartment.

Do not live here! The entire complex should be torn down and rebuilt. The leasing office do not communicate with the tenants at all. If the water will be off, they don’t notify you, if the laundry room is closed for whatever reason, they don’t notify you. Emergency maintenance is horrible, the don’t fix anything that needs to be fixed. I have water leaking into my light in my kitchen since before Christmas, no one has showed and I’ve called numerous times. Had leaks in my bathroom ceiling, never not once been checked out. There are rats in the walls, they don’t close up the holes the rats come in through. They only fix things that can be seen from the outside and only when they have inspections. Trust me, from someone who stayed and dealt with the issues, it’s not worth the headache.

Windwood is absolutely horrible...Id rather live under a bridge..This was my first apartment and it was horrible..Roaches..trash in the hallways. I didnt even want to give this one star..Please! I repeat please dont move there..If u do get a gun a wear a bullet proof vest.

I lived here over 5 years ago when they lady was in the office and moved out because of noisy kids and my apt was bad. I just moved back in andwas surprised. My apt had new floors, stainless steal appliances and had a new balcony. When I lived here before my patio was condemned and could never use it. The noisy kids has gotten better but its F**** up that I saw a lady screaming at the guy in the office because he told the kids to to quiet down and get out the street. Folks need to control you D**** kids.

I lived here for 3 years every review on here is correct!! Ive witnessed it all.Our apt flooded after sewage backup and they left the apartment untouched with mold and mildew growing on the walls.Kids are very disrespectful and as for the parents as well. roaches are terrible and the pics they are showing are false advertising.Ive seen 5 ppl get shot and 3 of them died.They are remodeling the outside of apartments and going up on rent when the inside is what needs remodeling!!!!

Residence are very loud extremely loud music being played late at night little kids running around all in the street nobody watching them fights shootings roaches people standing in the halls being loud early in the morning see the cops around about every other week a lot of food places wont even deliver to these apartments. I wouldnt suggest anyone move here

The residents are messy and lazy. They throw trash and garbage around where they live. They smoke drugs on their and other neighbors buildings. They dont watch their kids. They run up and down hallways like they live-in houses with absolutely No respect for the other neighbors. Kids knocking on doors begging. Its the residents that make this place terrible.

Do Not Move Here! You will regret it. This is essentially the projects. Worse even. Roach infested, boric acid, gel, spray will not work. Neighbors stealing electricity, bad kids in the streets, loud ghetto hood rats playing music all night. No class, and these are adults. They will block your path by sitting on stairs, condom rappers on the ground, bummy men walking around all day, people wont move from the streets when you drive by. Its really horrible. Ill be moving very soon.

This place is dangerous shoots outs gambling in hallway a block party roaches greet u at the doors. Trash everywhere but the trash can.You can steal electricity.. Kids so disrespectful you will end up fighting the parents. Someone was killed some one was shoot. People been robbed. Beg bugs in carpet that why they strip the floor to tile... Maintenance is some BS. They going up on rent in the building is bout to Fall down

A 13 yr old snatched my daughters ipad and ran off with it...unless u absolutely hve to move here like i did be careful. Stay to yourself do ur time here n get OUT thid place is WILD. I was ok till i realized my daughter cant even play outside with friends.

Eric is terrible to work with. He charged someone late fees for no reason.

The management at Windwood apartment is horrible. I paid my $50 deposit and that other fee $175 and Im still not in my f****** apartment after 3 weeks. They lie too much!(Dont move here)! Check their reviews and some Youtube footage on this apartment complex

We lived at this place for 2 1/2 years and our place got robbed three times and things constantly broke in our apartment and the management there just put Band-Aids on it and never actually fixed it And the pool is absolutely disgusting it’s black when I was there the water was literally black is poorly maintained do not ever rent from these people if you want to keep your sanity and have Peace of mind don’t live there
