Reasonable priced, did a professional job trimming storm damaged trees and pruning of dead limbs, high above ground. Climbed ropes, carefully lowered cut tree limbs away from fence and other trees and plants. Roberto is personable, good natured and responsive to your needs and desired outcome. Had three large (70) willows taken out of my back yard (actually in North Aurora, not Crystal Lake) including grinding and they did a great job. Had to bring gear into the back (including the boom truck) and haul all the massive trunks out and youd hardly know the equipment was there. A few scuffs and dings in the grass but the neighbors flowers that were almost under the trees werent even damaged. Very professional, prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

Completely unprofessional. Showed up to my house without an appointment, trimmed higher than I said, left without Completing the job and i had to call to complain just to get them to come back and finish. Then tried to charge me $100 more than what I signed the contract for. absolutely regret using this company

Herrera Tree Service does excellent work. I have had them do 2 different big projects. Their prices beat out other quotes, they are able to come to the house and give me a quote within a day or two after I call, and then get the work done within a few days after accepting their bid. They are very professional, hard working, fast working, and leave the yard looking great- even better than before- cleaning up the area around their work space that wasn’t technically “part of the job”. We had Herreras out to trim several trees on our property, including one that had two large branches that were over our home. They did a great job and were very professional! We were very happy with the tree climbers, their attention to detail and safety and their care of the property. They were professional in asking clarifying questions before taking certain branches off & explained why they felt it should or should not be taken down. We also had them put in mulch for us and they did a great job edging, used good quality mulch and took care to clean up any mess made in the yard/on our patio. We felt the cost was reasonable and overall, would both recommend and use them again for future projects!

My wife cannot say enough about this crew. Came out on time and trimmed front yard tree and some bushes in our yard late summer 2018. Bettter yet at fair and reasonable price. Quick to give me an estimate and then that estimate was far lower than the others I received. The service was fast and efficient. Shrubs were removed, chipped, and area cleaned up in no time at all.
