On a day when the place was very busy, the staff visibly worked theirhardest to help everyone. Brian (with the beard) was especially helpful and a great communicator. They helped me answer all questions, and put everything in place in sending a U-box from Denver to the East Coast. Good job guys. Thanks for the help.

This place is horrible they will charge you an authorization charge then charge you for the actual uhaul then added another day then its taking a full week just to get our money back from the uhaul place i advised you humans to not rent from there at all.....

Lady running the counter handled things well, however I waited in line behind 4 people for 2 hours to pick up my tow dollie. Completely unacceptable, as a customer I understand that there are not enough people at the location trained but this is on management. 2 hour wait for 5 people is bs, will never go through uhaul again. Spent over $300 and feel I should have been compensated for the inability for the location to operate as normal businesses operate. Totally impacted our planned travel. Picked up the tow dollie myself and dragged over to the rv just so I wouldnt have to wait for the propane fillup they were doing at the same time (would have waited another 15 minutes). Only 1 person at the location capable of doing anything so she was handling counter as well as everything else going on, total mismanagement (not on her part)

Some misunderstanding about purchasing moving blankets, services here were fine, Uhual agents helped us get our trailer on and installed a hitch. Employees were all very helpful. Ive had very bad experiences at some Uhaul drop points but by all means this place is great!

Shockingly rude - worst customer service experience of my life. I drove up asking if I could get propane filled and the guy told me to wait by the tank and it would be a 10 minute wait.After 10 minutes I tried to ask him if I should wait in line so others who came after me dont get service before me. I couldnt even get my question out - he just got annoyed and walked away, telling another rep can you talk to this guy, Im tired of dealing with him. I asked the other guy if he could give me an estimate of how long I would have to wait because he kept saying itll be a minute which I finally got him to clarify as 30 minutes. 30 minutes is not a minute.I was so angry not to mention didnt trust them at them and figured I could be waiting for hours that I just left.

Terrible Service all around. While waiting inside the employee decided to dial out and make several calls to other customers reminding them of their pick up (I never got a call like this - seemed like they wanted to make me wait). I eventually got through the check in process and go to get my trailer, and the staff said my truck lights dont work. We plugged into a different trailer, worked great. We then went back to the original trailer and I went to look for myself- trailer lights worked great (did they lie the first time?) I came back to drop the trailer off under the equipment return canopy and the employee nearly yelled at me and told me to back the trailer up to where I got it from. 100% disrespect the entire time.

These guys are the worst. One of their employees who was cleaning the truck I had just returned took my AirPod and was walking away with it. I had to call him to let him know that was mine.I rented a truck from them and they let me leave with 20psi on the right front tire. I didn’t know until I got home.I just can’t stand these guys.

I had a wonderful experience at this U-Haul location! Mark and Rodney were so pleasant to work with especially during this crazy time everyone is under. I had purchased boxes and didn’t have my receipt. I needed to return the leftovers. Rodney went above and beyond to refund my money. Excellent customer service! And it turns out Mark is from the same area my brother and I are from so we chatted away while Rodney performed his magic! Thanks a bunch! I know where to get my boxes from for all future moves! 😀

-10, if was possible rating. DO NOT go here. Ive had several storage units and this is the WORST experience ever:/. RUN FAST TO ANY OTHER storage facility!!!! 1. The MOST difficult access to your storage unit. 2. Unit locked and unavailable after signing contract. 3. And AFTER standing in line for 3 hours!4. Misrepresent/ lie to me about how to cancel contract. 5. Breached confidential information of previous tennant by having ALL her info on MY contract :/!!!! 6. Which means insurance fraud &/or invalidating my insurance fees paid.Seriously, this facility is the crudest joke of a business:/

The absolute worse customer service I’ve had in awhile. Our pick up location changed 3 times in less than 24 hours, the last time being 8 minutes before our scheduled pick up time of 8am. Upon arriving we were told that the location was in a completely different city, which was almost an hour away from our house. When I said that this was not okay, the store manager didn’t apologize, told us oh well it’s not his problem, and we could wait until noon when the truck would be back. He said, “oh well it is what it is”, which shows he had absolutely zero customer service. It wasn’t until my husband said, “Yeah it is what it is but that doesn’t make it right”, that the manager actually got quiet. Is it too hard to apologize for the inconvenience? Is it too hard to try to make things okay? I guess it was for him. Definitely will be spending the extra money next time and going with a more reliable company.

Rich, Rodney, Mark.... All great people and understand what customer service really looks like. Ive had awful experience with other locations and almost never chose U-Haul again. Took a chance on Havana location and every time I interact with any of these guys, its always pleasant. Other locations literally act like theyre being forced to work, for free and hate people!! These guys here are great. Setting the bar high and modeling what service should look like in this industry, especially in difficult times. There will always be the ocassional employee who is cranky or lazy, but they have management who can and do make it right.

So i pay for the roadside assistance and got a blow out tire on the pull trailer. My drop off is at 11pm and requested help over an hour ago. Im also on hold waiting on a phone answer cuz my online request is clearly been unseen. I see the game their playing now, making me wait hours so i have to pay a big late return fee. This is a low move.

Nice, large location with great, friendly customer service. I was able to get the largest (26ft) truck here with all the supplies I needed easily and quickly! I highly recommend this location for storage needs as well! I was originally booked at a location near here and Im glad they didnt have the 26ft truck and sent me here - this location is SO much nicer!!!!

One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had with a company in recent mory. After waiting 2 weeks for my hitch installation appointment, I received a text confirming the morning of. My fiance dropped off the car at 8 am and paid for an Uber home. We waited all day for a call to report the car was ready but received no communication. I waited 15 min on hold because you cant reach the store directly, and the rep sent a message to the store asking them to call me to update on the car. Waited over an hour, still no call. Its getting close to closing time and I dont want my car stranded there overnight so we drive there. First they say theres already a factory installed hitch on it. So we go outside and show them there is not. Then they say they couldnt do the install because they were missing a part. So we finally just asked for a refund and left without so much as an apology for our inconvenience and their incompetence. I wouldnt even be mad if they would have called us and told us what was going on but they couldnt even be bothered. After two awful experiences with Uhaul in a month, I will never ever use them again.

Great location okay prices but the special about this place is the staff!! Richard was so flexible with us. I was charged another month as late fee because I was two days late to make the payment so I came after in the same month and he waved the whole charge for us! Overall, the staff team is great!

They dont accept debit card to rent a pick up truck!! Really? They assume all people use credit cards! I drove to several U-Haul locations and no one of them accepted debit card. Bad policy for such a known company! They only care about protecting themselves not to accommodate customers! Very disappointed!

I also experienced terrible customer service at this location. My U-Box was not available on my scheduled pick up date (did not even get a call prior). Location is unlikely to answer the phone, typically call is forwarded to the central office.I was ultimately directed to U-Box of Denver to try and find an available U-Box. Not only was this not available and closed, but before I left the Havana street location I was shockingly told “we don’t do receipts here” which raises some serious management questions.

Came it to get a wiring harness installed on my old jeep and the guys did a great job. Wiring looks clean and they got it done in under an hour. Definitely worth it to go to these guys if youre not confident in your car wiring abilities. They do the install for you and you get a 2 year warranty, all for only an extra $80 or so. Seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Terribly rude customer service with no idea how to schedule. Company as a whole doesnt seem to understand how business works. I recieved multiple guarentees that the work we be done by a certain time, from multiple sources. 1.5 hrs later it still wasnt done. Cashiers claimed they could do nothing about it (which is fair), but claimed it was my fault as the muffler was difficult to remove and replace. I had watched my car and they hadnt started it until 15 minutes before I went to check on it (2hrs after the start time). They had it done 10 minutes after i complained. That means they had worked on it 25-30 minutes tops, which would have been 30 minutes early... if they had just been honest about their booking. Uselesw company.

Just wanted to mention, on an otherwise stressful day of moving stuff out of our 2 storage units, what a pleasant and stress-free man we dealt with today. His name is Rich, his name tag said owner. He is such a nice man and so very easy to deal with. We rented a truck also and everything went so smoothly. It meant alot to us. Actually, the guy we dropped the truck off with was very personable also. Nice people make your day. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend this particular location.

Super nice people work here and great costumer service. They helped me get the car trailer hooked up to the moving truck and helped me load and secure the car. While there was a bit of wait to get checked in, it was worth it because the real costumer service and help once you do get to speak with someone. Definitely made my moving experience a lot less stressful.

Horrible experience.. picked the truck up , to drive to Boulder to get some furniture, get to boulder, pick up my furniture, as I was coming back to Denver, people was blinking their lights and blowing their horns , so I pull over, and and my furniture was half way off the truck, because the latch that locks the trunk had rusted out, so I’m constantly pulling over , making sure my stuff don’t fall off the truck, I couldn’t even move my things , so basically I rented a truck and added miles , for no reason , because I didn’t get anything DONE.

This place is full of people who have no idea what they are doing. They are incompetent and unaware of how to do their job. The store owner is not able to train his staff to do the job that he hired them to do. And when the task of him writing the wrongs of his employees surfaces he is quick to blame them. I received about 3 different quotes for the cost of the truck and when I arrived was given a cost 75.00 higher than what I was told. Poor costumer service at its finest. Joel is misinformed and needs to start his trining over. This uhaul has made my moving experience a nightmare.

Cargo van I rented was clean and ready to go when I reserved it. I was actually late but they held it for me. The customer service at the counter was good and fast. When I returned it the man explained the gas service fee and gave me the options on how to avoid the service fee. I was ready to go though so I ate the cost. This is a great location. Ill use them again in the future.

If you are a paying customer, you still have a better chance to be served (good or bad) in timely manner by this location. But, if you happen to be, lets say a truck driver like myself, delivering one box for them, you will have to wait indefinitely, as Jose (the general manager) says customers are first. I waited exactly 2 hours for them to unload the box, which takes literally 3 minutes to unload and to sign the papers. Most likely, I wouldve waited longer than that, if I wasnt pushing. When I called Jose, complaining about that, he seemed to think thats perfectly reasonable, because all truckers normally wait. Thanks, Jose!

We went to the original U-Haul location and had to pick up the trailer at this location. The reservations were made a week before. The manager decided to cancel the reservation because he did not like us? The reservation was worthless. We had to postpone the move. Our experience with U-Haul is all bad. The customer service representatives at the call locations are unwilling to help at all and the local managers have same attitude. What a disgusting company.

I have used Uhaul trucks many times over the course of the last 25 years or so and I decided to try Ubox for my most recent move from Colorado to Arkansas. Other than the actual drivers who delivered and picked up my box as well as a couple of customer service agents, THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!The first issue started when my box did not ship on August 30 like it was supposed to. I was travelling and did not have internet access to check on my order. I spoke to someone on the morning of September 3 who told me that Ubox could not find a shipper for my box and that the box had not shipped yet from Denver. I called later that day to be told the same thing. Neither agent could give me any further information nor could they provide me with contact information for someone at the actual location where my box was being stored. I was told that I would receive a call from the location manager in Denver to see what the issue was and never received a call. I called again the next day, the 4th, and was told that it had, in fact, shipped on the 3rd despite the incorrect information I received from TWO different people on the 3rd.The second issue is that the WRONG credit card was charged on 2 of the 3 charges throughout the process. I had changed this card info online about two weeks before the first charge. On September 6, I spoke to Tina who was able to correct the first charge of $202.49. She assured me that all other charges would be charged to the correct card (Discover). My box was delivered the following day, the 7th, and my credit card info was not visible on the machine provided by the driver so the last charge was (again) charged to the wrong card (Mastercard). As soon as I received my email receipt, I noticed the wrong card was used so I called immediately to get it corrected. I was then bounced around to 3 different people on that call alone and, again, was told that a manager would contact me. I didnt get a call but was able to reach that manager at the number I was provided by the agent (when other agents told me there WAS no direct contact info for the managers). She took care of the charge immediately and was very pleasant and apologetic.I called AGAIN on September 9 because I STILL had not been contacted (as promised) by the local Denver manager to correct the first charge. (I DID receive a call but Jorge only said to call the store and did not leave a direct number to call. All previous attempts to call the store were forwarded to customer service). I was told the manager, Rich, was on vacation the whole week and that George (assistant manager) or Ann (executive assistant) would call me asap. In fact, Richs first day back from vacation was the 11th which is when I finally was able to get a hold of someone at the actual store. ALL previous calls had been forwarded to customer service with NO option to speak to someone live at the location. I explained the situation to George (the assistant manager who answered the phone) who did not seem to want to help AT ALL and put Rich on the phone as soon as I mentioned his name. Oh hes not on vacation. Rich was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to him from the moment he got on the phone. I explained the situation for the millionth time and he gave attitude when I asked if he even received the message to call me. He never even answered that question and got short with me when I asked if he could or could not handle the charge correction. He couldnt wait to get me off the phone and had NO interest in helping at all. Eventually, the charge was taken care of but he is a HORRIBLE manager and has NO business being in customer service.90% of the people I spoke to throughout this whole process acted like they did not care AT ALL about me as a customer or my order. I received conflicting information on almost EVERY SINGLE call I made to Ubox. The level of customer service through the Ubox system is some of the worst I have EVER experienced. Seems there is a reason their boxes are cheaper than other companies. The employees simply DO NOT CARE.

Given the other reviews Id read, I made my 5x8 trailer reservation for 8AM in preparation for a long wait and nightmare service last Saturday morning. But I walked in, someone helped me right away, when he looked over my vehicle he expressed concern over how low the hitch was but said theyd see how it looked, then I drove across the street to where the trailers are and the gentleman there got me set up, showed me how to hook up the trailer and how to properly thread and hook the chains (I knew I would be taking the trailer off at least once maneuvering around my storage unit so I would need to get it hooked up again myself). He said the hitch was a little low but not critically so and gave me advice on how to handle that (going slow, trying to hit large dips at an angle, etc) as well as what to watch out for while driving.Overall, I was in, out, and on my way in less than 30 minutes, and the trailer was fine for the two days I used it. Id say make your reservations for early in the day if you can, that worked for me.

Besides the fact that I had to stand around for over 15 minutes. I have always got my propane tanks filled here, they told me that they would not refill my tank without it being certified. The tank had been certified in June of 2017, they had just filled it up less than 2 months ago. It seemed like the people working that day were not in the mood to provide service for their customers...Done.

Went in to try to rent a truck , went in with the temporary License the DMV gives you till your physical license gets mailed at the old man at the front desk kept just shaking his head saying No without even listening, he advised the dmv gives you one if you loose your ID, and I clearly told him I just went to the dmv 2 days ago and mines wont be mailed till at least a week, that the DMV gave me the temporary as they do to all new and renewed licenses but the guy was to busy shaking his head repeatedly saying NO to even listen, even after I also had a physical passport as Identification aswell besides my license temporary.!!

My experience with this location at Uhaul was superb from when I attended a few years back. I was preparing to move from Colorado to California and had only a tiny Nissan in hopes of having it take all my belongings across country. I ordered the parts for the tow attachment but only one specific part was left in the entire state of CO. Edmund had called around and stayed up late to ensure that he was able to get htat part in time despite it being the wrong order online. Thank you Edmund, I was able to travel across the country and arrived right on time. So my experience has been a 5+.

They rented me a trailer with 4 bald tires, one of which had a nail in it. I had to call U-Haul roadside assistance to come replace all four tires at my house. Its a shame that this U-Haul store didnt pay closer attention to the equipment before they rented it out. Im sure it would have cost U-Haul a lot less to have the tires replaced there than in my driveway, not to mention it would have saved me a lot of time.If you rent from this store, make sure you look over the equipment very carefully before you leave, because you cant count on them having done it!

We rented a uhaul box and forgot to take out a girl’s booth full of memories. When we came back to uhaul we realized it was stolen by one of its employees. The manager showed no interest on resolving or tracking who had received the uhaul box. So sad.

👎🏼This location is minus 77 stars! I rented from this location long before so I didnt check reviews but after the awful encounter and reading the reviews this location should be closed down. This so called manager is an utterly toxic individual. I came in with a reservation, exhausted, needing to move some furniture items from a location miles away to a storage in same city as the U-haul. I gave my ID that had my current address on it and hes talking different things which is none of his concern or business for that matter. I pointed to his screen and told him it asks for my current address, its there on my DL. He stated, dont tell him how to do his job. I responded, thats not telling you how to do your job....youre an @#%/butt and I wont make time for you. I walked out of the facility and will not recommend this location to anyone.

This location has dishonest business practices, if you can avoid at all I would. My recommendation is to use an app such as TAKL or Task Rabbit, or hire a professional moving company rather than deal with the nightmare that is U-Haul. I could not get anyone to answer the phone, transferred to 800 customer service number quoted one price came in the price was doubled. I was threatened to be charged an extra day if the truck was returned one or two hours late. Was told they dont deal with insurance companies if there is an accident you have to pay up front then get reimbursed from your insurance company.Ive rented from here before and was overcharged as well. If you haveno other choice but to rent from this location double and triple check your paperwork and final bill and be prepared to notify your credit card company of fraudulent charges.

TLDR: Dont let Raechelles nastiness deter you from getting the deal you paid for!My interaction with Raechelle was unpleasant. Uhaul had changed my reservation for one 26 truck to two 15 trucks, and I paid for them both in full before I arrived to the Uhaul. When I explained this to Raechelle after arriving, she told me that Uhaul didnt do things like that, and that I was mistaken about the price, and confused about the Uhaul rental process. She was as demeaning as possible, letting off drawling remarks like Oh, honey, you must be SO confused. When I attempted to show her the text message that had all of the information, multiple times she replied Im not reading all that! and continued to assert that I was wrong. I wanted her to call main office because thats the office that handled my reservation change, and she challenged that the main office would tell me exactly the same thing. Thankfully, I stood my ground and demanded she call the main office to get this resolved. After a chat with the main office in which she states Hi, I have a customer here that is dearly confused and didnt know how to use the website ... minutes later the main office confirms that I am correct, I had already paid my balance in full, and the prices that I claimed to have were accurate. Raechelle is then unable to complete the task of checking me in, probably due to a near-death experience related to embarrassment, and the POLITE manager was able to assist in finishing up my reservation, which bumped this review into a 2-star rating.Update: Returned a Uhaul here the other day and Roel was super helpful and pleasant. Much appreciated.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I had a very bad experience with this Store. This employee name Daniel. I rent a moving truck Yesterday, and a lady who helped me told me I have to bring the moving truck back today at 6:30. She didn’t told me that I just need to Drop the Key in the drop box. I went there at 6:30. And I saw the sigh says there are open at 7:00am, I waited in the car for 23 minutes . Then I saw a employee ( Daniel ) walked in the store. I went inside with him. Then he was crazy screaming at me. He said the store is not going to open in another 10 minutes, and get the F out of my store. I didn’t know anything. The lady told me to come at 6:30. Then I try to explain to him the lady told me I need to bring the turck on 6:30. He didnt listen at all. And he was coming to me and screaming at me told me to get out the store. And feels like he was coming to Hurt me . I was so scared. I went out the store. And I wait until 7:00am. Went inside the Store . I saw the lady who told me to take the turck back at 6:30. I told her what was happened, and she told me I could just Drop the key in the dropbox . I told her she didn’t tell me anything about that, and what Daniel done to me. And she give me her Managers phone number told me to give him a call he will take care of me. I called the store manager. And when I talked to him on the phone I was crying very bad. I told him what happened. He jist told me that he will talk to him. That’s all he said to me. And later Daniel got in the store screaming at me again and the manager was on the phone talking to me and the Manager told me just leave the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Everyone works there is rude .

Its a fairly basic U-Haul, the general manager is very nice and has always been helpful when I pick up more moving supplies. I did not rent a truck with them but did have to get a lot of boxes, tape etc. I would recommend this location.

They have the shittiest customer service ever. Waited in line with 4 people ahead of me every single customer was given a bad attitude. For every question you ask they reply with an attitude as if we are supposed to know everything. Customers dont work there thats why we ask questions, we dont need these people bad attitudes.

Gentleman working was a real a-hole. Tried topping off the gas tank (had receipt) and got preached at why I was ruining his business? We drove across the street to top the truck off again and it clicked instantly (like the tank was full). He then yelled at me that the filler neck was bent and thats why I was having issues (and ruining his business). Calm down buddy I had the truck for an hour and am paying your mortgage.Take your money elsewhere....

I read these reviews after I made my reservation and thought oh it cant be that bad. I WAS WRONG! This was a terrible experience. They didnt have the unit I reserved nor could they offer me a discount on a different unit! I am now paying about $30 more a month than I was quoted. The manager just kept saying he couldnt do anything to change the pricing or that they didnt have the size unit I reserved. The whole experience was frustrating!

These guys are great! Ive rented from quite a few different Uhaul locations (corporate and neighborhood alike) in the past, and Ive had a very wide range of service, and these were some of the best staff Ive seen. I arrived in an anxious mood because Uhauls website/corporate level had screwed up my reservation and changed it last minute (so, to be super clear, my problem was with Uhauls website database maintenance not with any physical location or staff member). That error on corporates part made me run late for a time-sensitive errand -- but then the staffs pleasantness and efficiency at this location completely made up for my difficulties.The guy who checked me in was fun to banter with while still moving quickly so I could get on my way, and the guy who hitched up my motorcycle trailer was one of the most professional people to hitch a trailer that Ive ever seen, which I truly appreciate; safety is the highest priority, no matter what kind of hurry Im ever in, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable in a way that was downright comforting. Altogether their team was operating very efficiently even though the day seemed quite busy, and I liked their use of radios as well as phone apps to make the check-out and check-in processes as streamlined as possible -- maybe those things have been rolled out elsewhere, but it was the first time Id seen them implemented, and their cohesiveness as a team is impressive.Uhaul locations are highly unpredictable and vary a lot depending on how theyre run. I was originally unhappy to have to gamble with an unfamiliar location once my reservation was changed on the corporate backend, but Im glad I ended up trying these guys, since this location is standout in all the best ways. Ill definitely have them in mind as a favorite in the future.

This place is one of the shadiest places I have ever done business. If you like dealing with companies that say one thing and then charge you for every additional thing they can think of- then you have come to the right place. Showed up and got a storage unit per the recommendation of Uhaul. Went and filled out the initial paperwork which of course included me paying more money for insurance each month and a lock (because they are too cheap to provide one). Then the very next day I get an email saying my rates are increasing, because they were too shady to tell me that the day before to my face when I was there, they decided to wait until I moved my stuff in so that I would have to go back and move it again if i decided to go elsewhere. The actual storage unit area smells disgusting, and I am sure I will come back to my things being infested with mouse and rat droppings. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Its horrible here I regret ever getting a storage with you . I will never pay another months rent past the first months. Heres why. Security Paramounts convenience by a hundredfold. You have to swipe a key card multiple times to enter the door once then when you enter theres a huge freight elevator way too big for anyones needs. Something you might find in an underground government bunker. Anyways the blast door on this thing is manual and theres an outer door which way is like a thousand pounds you have to lift yourself. Let me tell you its a workout every time you come and go from your unit. Based off of that alone. But thats not it theres an inner gate that weighs like 300 pounds so if your units on the third floor and youre considerate of other people youll close the door on the elevator so other people can use it except when you do a guy on the second floor will use the elevator Take It to the Ground Floor leave the door open so nobody can use the elevator at all. And youre stuck on whatever floor youre on until they close the door. Then when the elevator gets there you better be ready for another workout cuz its the outer door ,then the inner door open ,then close ,move your stuff out. Coming back from your car you have to swipe the key card another time to get in the door.Let me tell you something when your inconvenienced with moving or having to store something and lets say maybe its winter time too,snow you know. You dont want to be inconvenienced when you have your hands full or youre pushing a loaded Dolly to have to stop and swipe a key card for the 6th time this visit. The office staff told me that they could fix the elevator to where it wasnt such an inconvenience for the customers except the 80 grand was too much money. Some of you might agree but in my opinion Lets Help the customers. I am I right? Also another employee told me that all they had to do was turn the key inside the door that would make it automatic open going in and going out. That means all somebody has to do is turn a key to make it more convenient. Shameful. Also it doesnt make any sense in the first place because let me tell you why. In the building coming in behind somebody who swiped their key. Go into somebodys storage and steal their stuff and then would be automatically let out of the secured facility without having to swipe the card. Point being you should be made to swipe the card on the way out not on the way in anyways its more secure and it makes more sense. If the thief had to stop and wait for a person who legitimately had a card to come and open the door hed more than likely be caught in the act.

I had a reservation for over a week prior to moving. I received confirmation from this uhaul that everything was on schedule. The morning of the move I went to pick up my uhaul truck, I was informed by staff (after waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes) they did not have a truck for me an Id have to go to another location. They showed no remorse at my inconvenience, just another day for them. Staff also complained at how hectic their day was. I missed time with the movers I hired while driving around Denver getting a truck from another uhaul.

Working for John Mancuso who owns Retirement home movers we rent a lot of trucks. They have always had the truck we were promised on time in good condition. Upon return we havent had any issues as far as overcharging milage or trying to say we didnt fill it back up with gas, so over all I gotta say a quality representative of U-HAULS business model.

If you need to rent some moving equipment hop in your car and drive to a uhaul in Kansas and then drive back to Denver and youd save time. Id rather be at the dmv - waiting in line currently and there is two employees and 30 customers... Never come here if its last place on earth.

Everything went well until I went to return the van.The scanner they use to dispatch and return vehicles malfunctioned, and it showed that the numbers of miles was higher when we left than the miles when we returned.The nice dude checking vehicles gave me a ticket and told me to explain to the people inside. Ok, no problem.The dude inside mistook the actual number of miles that we ended on with the number of miles that we started on. He calculated it to be 25 miles that we drove, and i knew that was impossible. When i tried to correct him, he was very passive aggressive about it, showing me his numbers, doing them again, and then referring me to their contract. It wasnt that his math was wrong, its that he just confused some numbers.But unfortunately, im a very timid person, and swept it under the rug, even though it bothered me. When i got home, i did the calculations myself, and, being generous with it, the total miles we drove was at least 11.So not terrible, but if im going to be berated when im just trying to ensured im charged the correct amount, id rather carrying my stuff with my own two hands.
