They were extremely timely, showing up well before the time that they were scheduled to arrive, took great care of my bike (2012 Kawasaki Ninja,) and provided great conversation on our drive home. They safely unloaded my bike and went above and beyond to park it in its regular parking spot. Typically getting a vehicle towed is a miserable experience, but Larry and Ducky did everything they could to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. I can’t recommend these two enough!

My camping trailer broke and I was stranded on Colorado Boulevard in heavy traffic. These guys said they could be there in 45 minutes and showed up in 30. They managed to tow my trailer to my house without any issues. They went above and beyond to help me and were truly nice people. Their customer service was top notch. I now have their number programmed into my phone and I will definitely call them if I ever need a tow again!

The guys at Blue Diamond saved me a lot of stress and time with excellent customer service. The driver called and told me he was on a current job and would be there in about 20-30 minutes. He called 20 minutes later to advise he had to offload a car off a semi and it would take him about another 20 minutes. Not a problem as they were quick to communicate with me what was going on and their ETA. Once he arrived we had another truck help us out blocking traffic and he towed my vehicle out of there FAST and also gave me a ride home! Thanks again guys!

I can’t thank Blue Diamond Towing enough. They were fast responders, have affordable rates, and jumped through some loops under my crazy circumstances. I have had a long night when I had replaced my flat tire with a spare only to have hit a pothole and damaged that one too. My son was with me and I was in a rush to get home. Shawn from Blue Diamond messaged me directly and was able to get to me in under an hour. We were able to get my car to a shop close to home.Once I found out the shop doesn’t replace tires anymore, I was able to contact Shawn and his company about the situation and they were willing to bring a tire replacement to my car and install it. I could tell they work well as a team and willing to work through any situation.I highly recommend them!

I called a few days ago and asked how much to tow my car less than a mile up the street to the mechanic shop and I was told $40-$50 depending on what truck they sent out. I called ready to have it towed today and they said $85. Seems sketchy. I wouldnt choose these dishonest people to tow my car!

Such a lifesaver! My seven year old son and I blew a tire off of the interstate in the evening during high traffic time. Alex was there to help us and to give us a tow in no time and his customer service was so appreciated. I asked him once over the phone and again when I called to see where they were after waiting on the side of the road for 2 and a half hours, and again before they loaded up my vehicle, how much is this gunna cost? Each time he said, since you have to wait for us, we will give you a discount and a flat rate, youll be happy, youll be very happy, we have very competitive prices you will be very happy. Never even givin me a ballpark. My bad... I shouldve made him tell me, because when we got where we were going it was TWICE as much as 3 other companies quoted me.
